My family stays one nigh when we travelled to Italy, the rooms were clean, the staff was polite and very helpful, the breakfast was good, the rooms has a very nice views to the city and the Alps, and some part ot the lake visible too. We enjoyed the fresh air. First we missed the car gate because its seems to be a sidewalk only, and the road was steep and curved to reach the parking place. Not the best place but its worths the price.
