Very nice and spacious houses with plenty of space for the whole family (4 people in the Sonnleitn Chalet). They were all very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant on site was delicious and was also delivered to the chalet.
The nearest cable car was only 5 minutes away by car and has great leisure activities to offer.
However, the nearest shopping opportunity is a little further away, but with a little planning it is not a problem. There is a bread roll service every morning, so fresh bakery stuff is always provided.

Spent our holiday in the Sonnleitn Lodge this year. The house meets the expectations according to the photos. Very nice and very very clean. It smelled very good how we got in. And for the dog they put down a bag of treats. We found it very nice.
Very friendly and eager staff. We can only recommend it and will certainly come back.

The whole hut is just great. It's all totally well thought out, everyone is very friendly. The sauna and the pool are a dream. Even our dog got a bag of treats and a blanket to sleep in for the reception, but these are little things that please some. I would come back anytime.

We stayed for 3 nights with our best friends in the Sonnleitn Lodge. During this time we were able to experience the MarktlAlm team as very friendly, competent and extremely helpful. The lodge was very clean, modern. The view from the HotPot was fantastic! Keep it that way! We will definitely be back!

I also have no objection to bringing my own bed linen and towels… for me, it reinforces the feeling of "home".
The dog zone is great and with the huge Sackerl Leckerlis you caught our dog For our hairy girl, but the hare enclosure was the absolute highlight… Thanks to her protective instinct, it was difficult for us to get her away

Fantastic houses, Marktl Alm restaurant super food and all mega friendly, to make your holiday a dream.

We were two adults and three children and each had enough space. The cottage was well equipped with sauna, hotpot, fully equipped kitchen and fireplace. You can take care of yourself (also gives you the possibility to have something delivered by Billa), or after reservation you can also eat in the market hut. The hut was well cleaned, but we still found some dog hair on the ground. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the hotpot. At first it cooled down too much on day 3. A short guide for the oven, heating and sauna would also have been nice.

Family with dog suitable. Spartan equipment sauna is hard to bring over 60 degrees. Few seats in front of the house. 1 Tv for a 12 people house. Wc below a naughty place. Would not be approved as a toilet in Germany.

Stayed at chalet it was a great weekend, the facilities are good, equipment and interiors in good order, very comfortable. Unfortunately the sauna and the whirlpool did not work on the first night.

We were there in the previous June week for 4 days/3 nights, with a whole game (11 people) we liked it so much that we are just planning to come back in September =D hut was top, there is nothing missing, otherwise everything worked smoothly! The location and the possibilities to do something there is very simple — are IN a word — ENTHUSIASTIC!

The cottages are all newly renovated with new bathrooms, floors, new kitchen and beds. The huts have a very large balcony which is also used as a canopy for the outdoor whirlpool and for the sauna.

Top of the tops! Very comfortable, fun, elegant ski paradise.

It was horrible experience this time. I would suggest to everybody to go very far from this place if they want a nice memory of they vacation. This was the fifth time we stayed in this place. It was not perfect before either but for this price it was OK. First it started that we did not have running water in the chalets for two days. Not in the bathroom not in the kitchen, not to use the toilet or for drink a glass of water. 14 people in one chalet including children multiply more then 10 chalet so it is more than 100 people. And they did not do anything they expected everybody to go wherever they want to do their business. Outside it was — 15 degree. After we left they accused us that we stole their 20 Euro coffeemaker. When I told them we did not. They said they go to the police and report us or if I write a bad review about them. But I do not one anybody to have this experience. So I am waiting when the Austrian police will knock on my door and look for the 20 euro coffeemaker.

Beautiful huts, well equiped and comfortable.

We were two for a week at the Marktlalm and were completely satisfied.
From the cleanliness to the very friendly and helpful staff, the great view, the equipment of the house with fireplace and prepared firewood, the veranda with barbecue, the comfortable beds, the great connection to the direct hiking trails, the underfloor heating in the bathroom, the perfectly functioning Wlan and the TV up to the bread roll service.
Highly recommended!

Wonderful place, with reasonable prices. Ideal from families, through couples to bigger companies.
