Love this hotel. Great location ski in ski out. Lovely staff, family friendly but also I would stay here as a couple. Food is fabulous.

Really a great hotel for families with children of different ages (in our case from 3-9). Archery, guided walks with Isi, adventure playground — there is the right activity for every family member. Service and food are also top, the Corona hygiene concept very well thought out. We will definitely be back in winter!

Arrived today and there is nothing to maul. All very friendly and helpful. Food very good. The rooms are huge. Will report again at the end of our holiday. Well weather bad. But the hotel can't do anything about it.

We are absolutely thrilled with the hotel. Especially with children, this is a dream here. Super friendly and helpful staff. And the food is absolutely top! Feel mega comfortable here and the price-performance ratio is mega.

Essen wie immer top, auch das Zimmer. Einziger Wermutstropfen: im Spabereich halten sich manche Eltern nicht an die vom Haus vorgegebenen Regeln (wann ist Kindersauna und vor allem wann nicht! ). Dies kann man zwar nicht dem Hotel anlasten, es trübt den Aufenthalt aber dennoch etwas. Duch den Umbau hat das Haus und vor allem der Essbereich aber gewonnen!

Great food, friendly People, clean and big rooms, Nice playground for kids inside and swimming pool for adults and kids. Definitely thé best I ever went too.

Great for family-friendly services, all child-friendly. The offer is rich in both outdoor and indoor activities. Even the bouffet for the little ones … what tenderness to see them move independently already so puppies. In summer excellent temperatures, very beautiful landscapes.

We were positively surprised by personal approach of restaurant manager Sasha when we asked for a special dish for our youngest daughter. He managed it with his personal involvement — buying it in a local retail store. Hotel was clean, food very tasty and we also liked daily special cousin themes served during dinners. Animation programs and summer activities have entertained us for the whole week. Happy to return back again.

Great value family hotel with great meals. Beautiful Spa world with pools. Big playroom and play area for children with babysitters. Great animation program for everybody. There are few things that could be upgraded but overall it is a great experience.

Ski school for kids was a big disappointment. Location, hospitality, food — no complaints. It is quite cold in the hotel's hallways, if your room is remotely located, you need to get fully dressed on your way from spa.

Great hotel, very friendly staff and the ski slope on the doorstep! With children's animation that really enjoyed our girls. Excellent buffet… just gorgeous, we'll be back.

Very nice family friendly hotel right on the slopes. Ski Depot, rental and separate exit to the piste with ice bar and ski school meeting.

Really a great ski — and Wanderort. But for our family (12 and 16 year old children) all the children's offers are slowly unnecessary, but definitely recommended for families with small children. As a couple vacation I would not recommend it because (it is a family hotel) so many children are there. But great food, new modern rooms and also ski lessons directly from the hotel. For ski holidays with children top.

I enjoyed every moment spent in the hotel. It has all facilities which skier needs. But, above all, the design I liked the most!

Very good gym. Super sauna and adult area. The pool area is too hot. I understand there are children playing in and around the pool, but it should not be so so hot that you can hardly breathe. Sauna and gym are five starts!

Wonderful place for the kids. Play Area and pool very nice kids. Clean rooms.
It is very bad on the service almost non-existent compared to other falkensteiner, no one speaks Italian, timetable preposterous for us Italians (dinner from 18 to 20.30) and food I would say terrible, but obviously there is another culinary culture.
The important thing for us is that the children had fun!

Excellent, we have often made holidays here. Price, performance very good. The hotel, the staff, the food, the staff, the activities offered and the wide selection and variety of options, excellent, very good. We have told many friends and quite a few have been able to convince themselves that we have told the truth.

Sadly our family is very disappointed in this hotel. Food is not good and the restaurant needs a makeover.

Great disappointment, the Restaurant is like a motorway service area and it was not possible to seat our family of eight at one table. It is nothing like on the website — due to marketing. Way too overpriced and we are hoping to get out of here soon.

Duschtüre had no seal — soil was wet up into the hall — wetness was fixed within 3 hours. Very good service, staff is very helpful.
All in all, nevertheless a very successful stay!

Highly recommended for families. Rich buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are clean and well thought out. The direct location on the ski slope is also positive. The spa area is also leaves nothing to be desired.

This hotel is a former Robinson club. Now he's in the Falkensteiner family.
The building is quite winding and takes a while to get an overview of the corridors and transitions. The rooms are modern in wood and have a warm look.
Overall, the facility has already come a little bit in the years.
It is a very child-friendly hotel. There are extensive childcare facilities, cinema, own children's swimming pool, own dining room with special food for children and much more, which is tailored to the little ones.
The food takes place in the large restaurant, which holds many separate tables, among other things, with a view of the forest. This restaurant will be rebuilt and modernised shortly (2018). The food is a buffet, and drinks are included, including beer and wine. For breakfast there is a rich breakfast buffet. A snack with salads and dessert is held at noon. In the evening there is a country theme-oriented evening buffet, which we have absolutely tasted excellent.

Total disaster, food is the worst possible, all what was published is not the truth. Not value for money.

This hotel is great for familied with kids. There are lots of leisure acitivities available, skiing is very accessible and the pools are also fun. There are massage services and saunas for adults, the breakfast and food in general are amazing. Also, Katschberg is a great ski resort with comfortable lifts and a wide variety of slopes to explore.

Great hotel for family. Located on a slope, skis from the door. There are rental, school, fitness center, open (even in winter) and indoor pools, game rooms, bar. Instructors are there, English not all, but learn well. Food is good. Compared to Club Med the rooms are better, the food and service is worse, at a comparable cost (if a lot of skating). Good pistes for children.

Very good hotel… Only downside: naked pools are inaccesible for people who prefer cloths.

Nice place, well organized, clean, nice. We have different tastes regarding the kitchen but you get used to it soon.

Big hotel right at the slope, restaurant offers very tasty food. Wellness does not have water slides, just one swimming pool and a sauna section with 3 saunas and two cool-off pools (warm and cold). They do offer massages though.

Super hotel, friendly service, in the mountains. These people will do all the necessary to make your summer stay as comfortable as possible.

Wellness Area with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, Turkish bath and so on and so forth. Gym with modern equipment that overlooks large windows in the mountains and on the ski slopes with a breathtaking view.
Children's Area spread over three floors with dedicated cinema and crazy slides!

I liked it it was a pretty good Time. I was there with my Family so that was great. I loved my Time here. I Will come again it was a lot of fun.

Amazing hotel with awesome food, rooms, staff and great access to ski resort! Worth paying not little amount of Euro to stay there.

Well — family (F/M/teen) were expecting a lot from "Funimation" us. Unfortunately the hotel is slightly "off-rocked" — everything is (Foyer, Spa etc) — public appeal is top, but if you've spent even 10 days there, such a notice. For a three star hotel (I would exclude a higher rating) is the hotel ok — for four star I miss the minibar, room service, or even real customer service. Somehow, it's strange that you must submit "Pledge" for thermos flasks, card games, etc. I know only from the youth hostel.
Our room (Deluxe family room) was super furnished, very clean — only the beds were somewhat hard — unfortunately our wish was ignored after peace: our room was right on the passage for all other rooms on the 5th floor. Episode: Guests or children playing at our door by fell until late in the night. The fire door had a special role probably — like this was raised and we were "locked" — whether this is so true I like to be doubted.
The staff was super nice — if she understood our language — and even new year's Eve and Holy Night always committed and friendly. At the reception, one had the feeling to be supplicants — especially when it came to the topic "Wireless Lan" ever. Information different on day five — by "is working" to "it must be your device" — and a more active delaying tactics — allow fast roaming in the height.
By dinner we were initially thrilled – after two days however, the chaos at the buffet is a part on the cookie.
