Despite the cold weather we want to sit outside, the view is just too phenomenal. No problem it is immediately covered and a bowl of water for the dog is still available. The food is great. Starter, main course and dessert left only a wide smile in our faces. A short chat with the boss of the house, who, despite his full operation, takes the time to ask if everything has fit. Everything is just right here. View, service and food top! Thank you for this successful evening.

We were allowed to spend Mother's Day at Magdalensberg. Despite the full house we were served quickly and kindly, the tables were lovingly decorated. The food was as usual in the best quality and the price didn't scare us in any way either. Kudos to the Skorianz family and the whole team for giving us such a wonderful day. We like to come back.

Locally was totally full and the food and service were still very good and fast at the table.

Although it was very well attended that day the service has been very fast and always friendly. Our food can be in a reasonable time and the quality was very good as usual. Look forward to the next visit there.

Inn, alas, not as one imagines. Staff not very friendly. In the case of large society, money for the deck is ripped off.

The operation can still be so nicely located, considering the non-existent emotional intelligence of the operators, we finally just felt ripped off. A bit of an outward smile just isn't enough.

Nice inn at the top of Magdalensberg. The rustic décor, the great service and the nice people have immediately convinced. There is also a large play area for children outside, and a smaller one indoors. The view is great!

I personally sneak that this restaurant was chosen as the most popular restaurant in a newspaper. In my opinion, only because of the excellent location of this local.
A severely disabled woman was refused to use the private toilet despite asking. She had to use the arduous path to the basement via a steep staircase. So it cannot be that an eatery like this is in no way accessible to disabled people.
So far on this subject.
Even the food is not exactly the yellow from the egg.
I consumed a must roast with breadcrumbs. So far the most-roast was acceptable but the dumpling served was suitable for a doll's house but not for a good-bourgeois restaurant.
My opinion on this is that the business policy of this local is the following, that the vast majority of the guests are only one-off customers anyway and they find the opportunity even with the existing.
Will continue to drive to Magdalensberg, but as far as possible the "hospitality" will avoid these locals.
Hope, however, that this criticism I have quoted is understood as constructive criticism.

Very delicious food. Beautiful summit house with a nice atmosphere. The operation is friendly. Getting there without a car is a bit burdible as it is very steep.

The restaurant and hotel is situated on Magdalensberg and has outstanding views. The menu is traditional Austrian cuisine and is of a high quality. There is a wide variety to choose from and a good drinks selection. The service is friendly and they speak both German and English, albeit the srrvice could be faster. In any case I recommend going for the view alone. There are also deer and goats for the kids to feed and view.

A wonderful summit house decorated with a lot of love. For every celebration to recommend and also for a short moment to pause. The family business is a feast for the eyes and this is no longer usual in this day and age to be welcomed with so much warmth and friendliness.

We spent a wonderful evening here. Great food, good ambiance, nice service. Good value for money.
You just have to go somewhere else you missed something. For special days simply Class.

Really awesome place! Incredible view and very nice attractions for kids! Wild animals can be seen and feeded. The restaurant is very good even if this time meals were a lit it to salty… Prices are very popular.

Used to be good in the past. Now it feels overcrowded and grimy. Still — great views, and nice children playground with a small private zoo are the upside.

To called new year's eve extra, whether normal operation is positive feedback. After the arrival we felt very unwelcome, we interfered in the preparations for the new year's eve. The service was snippy, know-it-alls and just plain rude. So it is NOT definitely with the guests. But we can allow no Further, if you have no competition. This was the second and last Time. For the first Time 6 months ago it was unfortunately similar, and at that time it was a wedding, which disturbed the normal operation. The second Chance was not used. No matter, good food is no more enough for us, definitely on the Magdalensberg.
