Went camping this morning. A Miss Kiosk served me. Asked her about GF cake for my son of celesy. She confirmed to me that they had some, but in the pastry shop. Then in the afternoon I went to the pastry shop and by chance the same lady served me. I asked for GF cake and there was exactly one piece. She put it on my cardboard plate. When asked if the one with the trowel had served normal cakes before, she said "believe so". Then I left everything behind… such a thing must not happen. Moral of the story… I had a birthday and no cake. And the greatest thing, she put the cake back in the Vetrine… for the next celiac. Please please, something like this is dangerous, it must not be. I'm pretty upset.
