I'm always a bit wary of booking a Best Western but this trip I wanted a serviced apartment near my customers and this looked like the best location. I was pleasantly surprised at how well setup the apartment was. I had a nice view of the garden and there was even a grater in the kitchen. Will definitely stay here on future trips.

Nice place to stay. Just be carefull that the big bed is not 2 singles shoved together.

OK, room is enough big. Small apartment basically. A bit expensive, good service and people are polite and very nice with customer. Close to the airport and breakfast was included. (continental type)

Fabulous value for money. We stayed 2 nights to attend a training course in Perth. Very clean and tidy, friendly staff, close to restaurants. Pleasantly surprised that road noise wasn't noticeable for the most part, even though our room faced the highway. Had a good night's sleep both nights. Would definitely stay again.

Very secure and well appointed. Very low water pressure for kitchen tap, but bathroom pressure very good.

Excellent place to stay for departure to airport. 1 bedroom apartment was very clean and quite. Ordered the Chinese for dinner which was yummy.

The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for 10 minutes.

If you just want somewhere for staying a night, and you are able to fall asleep anywhere.

The room was ok. The place was close to the airport and to my client. So it was ok for me. Options for dinner we not many. If you don't have a car, the options are pretty low. An Indian restaurant just across de road and a Mc Donald's. I would not stay there again unless it is absolutely needed.

First recommendation to business traveler in case of flight from perth airport after 1 day or short meeting.

A WARNING TO ALL THAT BOOK ON THE NET! This hotel is right on the major highway into town, 8 lanes of traffic just meters away, the rooms have no double glazing at all. If you book on the net and take a cheaper offer, you'll be stuck in one of these rooms right on the road rather than up the back, you may as well sleep in the airport lounge as it would be quieter and more relaxing. I complained when I arrived and was told the hotel was fully booked and bad luck, no refunds as i'd already given them my credit card! I then rang other hotels close by and they all had plenty of rooms, so clearly they were just annoyed I was on a deal. When the taxi picked me up to take me to the Loft hotel just up the road he said this place was notorious for this attitude and he had had many similar stories. Clearly a total rip off and you should be ashamed of yourself Best Western.

Close to airport, close to city. Good for work travel.

Ok comfort, not too noisy, breakfast could be better though.

Close to city, river, parks, Swan Valley and airport. Good bus service to city and Guildford tourist areas. Very friendly and courteous staff, great pool and spa area. Quiet and good calibre of guests with no rowdiness tolerated.

Comfy well sized rooms. Very helpful will organizing taxi's. Take away and eat in food choices nearby.

The manager Melissa Daniels was seen taking photos of children whilst swimming in the pool, when approached to ask what she was doing she got very abusive and defensive very quickly… She also bad mouths a lot of the owners of the apartments (including Unit 61) saying they are "bat sh! t crazy" I also saw her quite a few times peaking thru peoples windows while they aren't home… Horrible lady and horrible ethics… Beware of her around your small children and if you like privacy you won't get any with her!

I have been staying here about 4 times a year for 3 years, and always found the staff helpful and friendly. Until my stay in November 2013. The new woman manager is unfriendly, rude and didn't want to help with my requirements, and then sent an email to my employer telling them I had been rude to them on check in. I was checked in for 8 nights at a cost of $1760. I checked out the next nite and found a much nicer hotel. I will never stay there again.

Arrived late, there was no one in reception so I had to check into another hotel for one night. The noisiest hotel that I have been in, there is a pump or something that runs every 2 minutes for about 30 seconds, loads of road noise being right next to the highway too. I would not recommend staying here.

Best Western does it agai. Fantastic service. This place is awesome. Totally reccomend it. Do yaself a favor, try them.
