The best night sleep I have had in a hotel in ages. Great functional room. 18 floor lounge has great views of Perth.

We are in quarantine in this quest we came from Darwin and this place is not worth the money at all
Our toilet door does not close our air conditioning don’t work the dishwasher doesn’t work don’t ring reception as they don’t help ether we are just lucky we have our own towels as you don’t get new ones at all and don’t bother washing your clothes as that takes 3 hrs and the dryer is not any better so I would say look somewhere else to be locked in. And don’t have a fear of closed in spaces cause you get put in a dog box. And don’t use Uber eats as they don’t deliver here you have to go through so other company and add an extra 10% on top of your order.

Nice clean hotel. Disappointed with time frame set to return security deposit seeing how it was quickly processed via your eftpos terminal but it takes your hotel 6-7days to return funds to your guests. Every other hotel returns these funds the time you check out so this would mean we won’t use your hotel again as this information was not given to me at Time of check in!

Room for two people is way too small.
The single beds are made for children and are uncomfortable AND I should not have to walk past guests smoking in front of the entrance. Never again will I stay at a Quest anywhere.

Clean, modern rooms with everything you need for a short stay! From the moment we arrived in the amazing reception space to our room. Everything you expect from a nice hotel room, plus a few of the simple modern touches, like modern appliances, a stereo with iPod dock that is current and my personal favourite… real coffee and a coffee plunger! It’s obvious that customer experience has been considered and prioritised! Will definitely stay again!

We stayed here on Friday 7th September. The front entrance is BEAUTIFUL. The lady on reception was the highlight of our stay. Very friendly, helpful and vibrant. The room was nice and well appointed but unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned as there were hairs on the floor.

Quite an excellent place to stay, however, the rooms were slightly more cramped than I would like. Most of the facilities were nonetheless perfect.

We had a beautiful, relaxing, private, executive one bedroom apartment, we were luckily enough to be upgraded too. As they had gotten our initial booking wrong. Sun soaked one bedroom apartment offered views of Perth CBD as well as the stadium. All kitchen essentials were provided as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom provided hair dryer with attachment and toiletries which smelt pleasant. Service was a bit lacking as we tried to contact reception just after 5 but they did not respond. I had to go down to the concierge to have my request fulfilled. As note on Sundays they don't offer housekeeping All in all it was a great experience and would recommend to friends and family.

Attended a business meetup in one of their superb penthouse suites. Fantastic venue with brilliant views over the city and surrounding suburbs from the balcony.

The location is excellent. There is no need for a car as it is 20mins walk to the city centre and a 10 min bus ride on the many buses which are free within the city. There is a direct bus to Kings Park also. The premises are professionaly maintained by a housekeeping crew and the kitchenette is well equipped with induction stove and ducted holds. The latter means you can cook without having fumes in your apartment. There is no on-site parking, so there needs to be some planning if you are treating it as a base for driving to Perth’s surroundings. There are many car rental companies within walking distance of the property. Avis and Thrifty are the ones with more global presence just round the block. Parking seems to be the cheapest at the Ambassador Quality Hotel just down the street. If you are up for the trouble, on street parking round the block is free from 6pm till 7:30am the next day. But if you are parking on Adelaine Terrace, be careful to remove your car by 7:30am.

Great location in Perth city. Classic church architecture. The apartment is comfy and modern.

This place was fine. Nothing spectacular. Good location for downtown sightseeing.

The Executive Studio room was lovely, but proved a little too small for two people and an infant (there wasn't a lot of room to out luggage). Suggest renting the larger apartment if there's more than one of you. Otherwise, pricing was fantastic for what you get — everything in the CBD is an easy walk away.

A wonderful experience and is situated in the prime location of Perth. Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are friendly and cooperative. Service was quick. I opted for a 2 bedroom flat with all the amenities. I would highly recommend if stay is longer.

Newly opened in late 2016. Very good location in east Perth CBD. Super convinient to restaurant, wine shop, supermarket. Good kitchen utensils in case you want to cook something. Coffee maker. Bread toaster. Washing and drying machines. We had 2 bedroom apartment with balcony facing Adelaide street. Helpful staffs. Super hot deal for the price spent in a such brilliant place.

A very pleasant experience. Friendly staff, modern facilities, very clean rooms. This hotel was only opened 6 months ago and as such feels nice and new.

Very disappointed to have my partner arrive alone from Brisbane on her first ever trip to Perth, having previously booked the accommodation online and to be told she could not check in due to the person on the front desk not being able to manually enter in credit card details to secure the room. It was just out of luck that she was able to pay the $500 cash deposit otherwise she would of been stranded. The front reception did not care or even attempt to try assist despite the room being paid for and that she was in a city she had never been before with no other contacts. Very very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone! It has put a sour start to her trip.

Booked a couple of room's for my staff who were over from Brisbane (2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom), they were very very impressed by the rooms. Last time I had them staying at the Hyatt, this time I thought I'd try a new hotel. Was a cheaper rate and a bigger/newer room. They all slept well and came to training happy and impressed with the room and the staffing experience. Don't normally write reviews on hotels but this time the service was that good it required a note of recommendation! 10/10 would recommend Quest East Perth.

Just a weekend stay, rooms were nice and clean, quite spacious. Ensuite had plenty of room. Large balcony, view wasnt too bad. Good spot as The Rise was just across the road so didnt what time was just a quick walk to get a snack no matter what time it was.

Located just up from perth water front. Easy short and free bus ride to perth city center. Very clean and looks wonderful. Lovely staff.

Neat and cosy with a great location away from the central CBD but close enough to walk. There's a handy 24 hour supermarket a short stroll away.

Just can't believe I make phone booking tell them I want a bed room with balcony facing to the river at 26 Jan Australian day to see sky work cost $399. Got tell it has been booked in facing to the river and will send me confirmation email but next day I only got a blank confirmation via email so I call back then can't find my booking and tell my booking is 25 Jan not 26 Jan got to be kidding me them don't even know when is Australian day?! And the room they try to book me in level 16 with facing casino which is u can't see any fire work at all! At the end they just told me them got no room left after I told my son will take him to firework heart broken for a little boy Very disappointed will never come back!

Best hotel I have ever stayed at in Perth, only had a small issue but was resolved quickly. Thank you for the upgrade. Loving that new hotel smell. Would definitely recommend this place as a must stay when in Perth. Will be back soon.
