This hotel environment is very good, the bed is also very comfortable, the only drawback is that the network is too poor, so that my mobile phone traffic consumed overnight.

We always stay here when we come to Bunbury. Rooms are nice, well priced. Good location just outside the city centre.

Lovely new apartments with accommodating staff. They staff were so flexible and bent over backwards for anything I needed. Located close to the centre of Bunbury and Koombana bay.

Absolutely terrible. 1 star Accommodation. Avoid at all cost. $200 deposit for the room which you won't get back for 10 days… Pathetic. Avoid at all costs.

Visited a friend staying here for dinner, the self sufficient rooms are great, clean, roomy enough for a couple with a small child. The grounds were very clean although I did notice anyone can just walk into the complex.

Went there with a work mate and he got a free upgrade and I didn't. Was it to do with looks? Clearly I was better looking. Maybe they felt sorry for him. Yeah that's it. My room was great… until I saw his. Now I feel like a giant in a small room. The milk in the fridge looks small, the chocolate mint looked small. Hell even the fridge looks small. Will definetly come here again. Hopefully I won't have a studio room next time… which are nice… but small… if someone you know gets upgraded and you don't.

Roomy apartments great for medium term accommodation. Very handy to beaches and local shopping and attractions.

Very friendly staff, easy check in, and a nice bottle of Shiraz from the local Willow Bridge Estate winery.

Two single beds put together instead of one big bed so there was a bit uncomfortable lump in the middle.

Great location next to Koombana Bay.

What a gem of a find. These apartments were perfect. They were large airy and most importantly clean and fully equipped. We stayed for two nights and wished we were there longer. The pool is quiet and well maintained. The BBQ facilities were clean when we went to use them, and realised why the next morning when we observed the maintenance man steam cleaning them! Ideally situated just outside Bunbury town centre where you will find ample eateries and shops. The staff were very helpful and keen to advise of local events and places to visit. There are menus from local restaurants in each room and again staff will make a firm booking for you on request. A special mention for Mel on the front counter who could not have been more helpful or pleasant if she tried. If there is an award for employee of the month please give it to Mel she deserves it. I cannot rate this place highly enough. We had two units joined to each other which afforded us 3 double bedrooms, two kitchens and two full bathrooms. We visited on 29th and 30th December 2014 before departing for Perth for the New Year celebrations. We live in Surrey in the United Kingdom and the family we were holidaying with live in Melbourne. Very very happy.
