Simply brilliant Jane &Keith have a vast knowledge of the region having enjoyed all it has to offer.

We stayed for three days with Jane and Keith and what a relaxing three days it was. The rooms are excellent, as are the breakfasts and Rosewood is an elegant and eclectic home away from home. We were fortunate enoufh to have fellow guests that were wonderful breakfast company and added to the experience. We would happily stay there again.

We had a great stay at Rosewood Guesthouse in January on our trip in Margaret River. The place is beautiful, tranquille perfect to relax.

Amazing breakfasts and beautful Rolls Royce for wine tours and weddings.

We had a lovely 2 nights at Rosewood Guesthouse. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The chocolates on the bedside table were a nice surprise. From our window we were entertained by a delightful parade of several different birds in the birdbath outside. Very relaxing and quiet.
Keith and Jane were the perfect hosts, giving us many sightseeing options in the Margaret River area and providing a delicious home cooked breakfast every morning in their beautifully decorated lounge dining area.
After a day of sightseeing it was nice to come back and relax in the lounge with a glass of port or sherry and chat with other guests about the days activities.
We highly recommend Rosewood Guesthouse to couples and families.

Great bed and breakfast. Felt "at home" immediately. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Very good bed. Charming host. Great breakfast with homemade marmelade, fresh fruits and apart of the normal eggs+/waffles always a daily special. Mine was a mushroom omelette. By far the best omelette I ever had.
They provide you with a list of places they recommend where you can have lunch/dinner.
I can highly recommend this place for your stay in Margaret River.

We stayed at the Rosewood Guesthouse for 3 nights, Jane our host welcomed us with her big smile & took the time to recommend places to visit & eat with a detailed map. We took her advice & didn't look back! Our room was large & very comfortable & immaculate. Keith & Jane did not disappoint with our daily breakfasts & the fabulous daily specials… this is now going to be our "go to place" to stay in Margaret River & highly recommend it. Centrally located, only 10 mins walk to town. Looking forward to seeing you in July for our next getaway with friends. Thank you both for making our getaway so special.

This beautiful guesthouse is a must visit when in Margaret River. From the delicious home cooked breakfasts to the idyllic setting there is no other place to relax. Centrally located in town but also with that country feeling this place is heaven on earth.

This is a very nice and friendly Bed & breakfast. Tomorrow they have arranged a wine tour in a Rolls Royce. For us. Also gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

Very country hospitality. No wheelchair facilify as stairs … old upgraded mansion.

It just felt like home, so relaxing and friendly atmosphere.

This was our first time experiencing a BnB guest house. I thought it was going to be strange sharing a house with people, however the experience was lovely and we still felt we had privacy. Our room was large, king bed very comfy. We came down to a beautiful breakfast in the morning. The hosts were lovely too.

We stayed here for three nights after my partner proposed and it was just perfect! Stunning gardens, charming rooms that were classic yet equipped with all modern conveniences, wonderful hosts and delicious breakfast! It was the little touches, like homemade ANZAC cookies and complimentary port, that made all the difference! Breakfast was next level yummy. If you like stewed fruit, I think I tried about 12 different kinds over the 3 mornings! And the cooked breakfasts were always fresh and delicious. We particularly loved our hosts’ suggestions on where to go in the Margaret River — it lead to some of our most memorable lunches/wine tasting. We cannot more highly recommend!

Loved the Rosewood Bed and Breakfast! Jane and Keith are so welcoming and made us feel at home. The delicious breakfast cooked by Jane herself was impeccable. The tips on what to do in the area and good local eateries were appreciated. Accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Also extremely clean. Every detail was attended to. John and I had a lovely stay at Rosewood Guesthouse. It was s great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Jane and Keith's attention to detail was reflected in all aspects if our stay!

Each year we stay at Rosewood Guest House for a weekend. We have been through several owners in this time but Jane and Keith take the cake. The welcome is warm, the gardens beautiful, rooms exquisitely decorated. Jane's smiling face at breakfast is really the way to start the day. The dining room/lounge set off by the gardens outside is restful and comfortable. Breakfast is substantial and extremely tasty. I can highly recommend the facility to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable and quality break away from home. Wendy Stayed February 2017, travelled with friends.

We will never know what the accommodation is like. Had booked and paid for three nights in early September but had to cancel at the very last minute to fly to Ireland for a funeral. All others either gave a full refund or offered a rain cheque because of the circumstances, but not Rosewood Guesthouse. Not much compassion shown here, they took our money and ran, which I must add they were fully entitled to do but!

Rosewood Guesthouse is an experience of comfort, charm, beautiful food, sensational hosts Keith and Jan and a never to be forgotten delight. Make it fit into your agenda as a must if in the Margaret River district!

Wonderful stay, just a short walk from the main strip. Very friendly hosts who shared some great tips about the area. Beautiful gardens, comfortable beds and breakfast was included. What a great start to every day! Also, the rumors about the Anzac biscuits are true. So grab a handful ;) Thanks Jane & Keith — keep up the pleasant atmosphere!

Fantastic place. Comfortable beds, great breakfast, waffles that can't be beaten, and really good advice from Jane and Keith about things to do and see in the region. Would easily go back.

I have stayed in Margaret River several times and at Rosewood twice, I find the covenience of the location right near the main street and local eating places to be one of the main attractions. The hosts are very knowledgeable about the surrounds and happy to provide you with suggested day trips if your time is limited. The breakfast is outstanding and superior to many other B&B's I have stayed at. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous place! We drove from Perth and found Rosewood so easily, fantastic gardens and then when we entered we knew it was a special place. The owner gave us great information about nearby restaurants and sightseeing ideas on a map he gave us. Then our room. Just divine with a huge king size bed that we had the best sleep on our holiday. Loved sharing the breakfast table and sharing stories but the breakfasts were amazing. For a start I am vegetarian and was amazed to have so much choice available with different specials each day. Decadent and delicious. Thanks for a fantastic stay and we recommend the tour in the Rolls Royce. It made our stay.

I have been visiting Rosewood Guesthouse over the last 7 years and during this time, I have found the experience wonderful. Jane and Keith could not be better hosts and for me, there is no other place I would wish to spend my time when visiting Margaret River. I recommend Rosewood as the ultimate 'home from home'.
