We have been here so much over the last 6 years and I gotta say it gets better all the time. So many little improvements — the service is awesome — so friendly — and the breakfast has got so much better. The beach of course is as good as it always has been. Pretty special place.

Pay $617 a night and you can’t even eat dinner at the hotel, you can’t get room service as they don’t pick up the phone from your room unless you call on your mobile and press one for reservations…. Absolutely poor service!

Great service! ’ Shane was and is very helpful as well as the reception staff. We are staying here for the 2nd night out of our 7 day stay and already loving it. We unfortunately have no Wi-Fi due to the storm but the hotel has reimbursed us with a voucher to dine at the restaurant which was very nice of them. So all in all we are having a great time at the Pullman bunker bay Will definitely be back!

The Pullman Bunker Bay is an exquisite resort in a beautiful location. But what makes this place truely special, are the management and staff. Stayed here for a special occasion and it is such a beautiful resort with a five star location! Being able to walk straight down the beach is wonderful. The pool is great too. The apartment itself was a little disappointing for the price point and is a little run down. The taps in the bathroom need replacing asap, so old and slow. The breakfast is so yummy and we also enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant.

Everything about this magical place ticks or the 5 senses! Picturesque views stunning white sand and crystal blue ocean MAGICAL. The food was delicious and service was amazing. Mostly I found Mr Darren Lauder to be a exemplary how her managers this very busy resort and I was treated like Royalty and he made me feel very special SO BE GRATITUDE to him and all the wonderful staff 10 out of 5 stars from me.

The staff are amazing, we mentioned this was where Hubble proposed and we were back celebrating our marriage. We came back to our room to wonderful chocolates and a beautiful print of bunker bay! Cherished forever.

We have only stayed here on 5 separate occasions. Always a relaxing getaway — even with children.
They have a children’s playroom, large garden area, private beach access, lovely pool, great service all round, not to mention the amazing ocean views at breakfast.
Our villas have always been clean and amenities plentiful.
Couldn’t ask for more.

It is an amazing resort. Rooms are large with beautiful high ceilings and lots of natural light and air. Pool is gorgeous and the beach is something else. Service is brilliant, something that is hard to find these days. Dropped into Wise Wines for lunch while we were there. It’s only 10 mins up the road. Delicious wines. I will definitely be back at the Pullman Bunker Bay. We stayed 4 days, I needed another 4. Thankyou to all the staff who made it a vacation not to forget.

Went in for a day spa voucher after previously calling, leaving a message and message not being returned. Day spa was closed as with clients and sign saying to go to reception. Reception rudely tell me they can’t do a voucher & I have to come back another time. Eventually after serving other people and ignoring me they said they can do a resort voucher (not a spa voucher) which I then waited another 15 mins for. Terrible service, not accommodating at all, waiting around for nearly 30 mins to just buy a voucher!

A beautiful resort nestled in the scenic Cape Naturaliste area. Worth a stay if you have a car and deep pockets for the room. Oh it's got its own private beach too.

The restaurant and bar have a beautiful view over Bunker Bay, and the beach itself is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately the rooms are a little dated now, it seems they haven't had much love in the last 10yrs or so. Double bed was two singles stuck together, not uncommon but was frustrating there was no mattress protector or fitted sheets. Also we were situated next to the boardwalk on the lake, so it was hard to relax with so many people walking past. I'd recommend getting a room up on the hill with a view if possible. Frogs can be a little noisy at night in the lake too.

An amazing resort near cape naturalistic! Everyone has their own little villa (we stayed in a two bedroom) just minutes away from the beach. Breakfast is great, you can sit outdoors and look out to the pool and beach area. 10/10 will stay again.

Very nice place for a relaxing holiday thats not to far to drive to. One observation is that the lighting around the complex was inconsistent. There were blown bulbs along stairs to the main hall which made it hard and unsafe to see the steps.

The resort was fantastic, probably the best I've stayed at in that area. In a lovely location down near Cape Naturaliste and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The staff were brilliant: friendly, helpful and engaging, clearly enjoyed their job. The villas were very well appointed, modern and clean. Would definitely go there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Whenever I’m feeling stressed Pullman Bunker bay is a nice quick getaway. I really enjoy it here in winter. (unusual to most peoples opinions). This is because I find it more relaxing. It’s nice to sit by the crackling fire and enjoy a red and tapas board. I noticed they recently have improved food. The view is spectacular and there nearby picturesque surroundings by foot are a treat for the mind and sole. The decor is timeless and very suited to the region.

This is my favourite place for breaky. Usually go for a swim early then up to the resort for an array of practically whatever you want. Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon like WOW. Coffee is insanely delicious and a variety of teas. Own juice bar makes it a must. Public walk ins welcomed.

Very nice with generous rooms but lighting needs to be improved. You can't read a book in the lounge room. Breakfast was excellent.

A lovely secluded and tranquil spot. Good quality accommodation of generous proportions. Nice restaurant and bar. Most units are self contained so you could cook if you wish. The resort is just 100 metres or so away from a lovely sandy beach and there are multiple scenic spots within a 15 minute drive. If you like wine, the Margaret River wine region cann easily be done as a day drive. You will need at least 3 days but preferably a week in this resort.

We have stayed here twice now. It's great! A bit pricey. Restaurant is awesome! Definitely get the breakfast added to your stay. Rooms are great. Biggest letdown is the long walk from your car to the room. Especially when you arrive and carry all your luggage to your room and have a baby to cater for. Staff are awesome, very professional but courteous and friendly at the same time. We do recommend this place quite highly. I think it would be great for conferences.

We had the diner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The waitress, marie Anne, was very helpfull. We recommand.

We love the location, staff have been friendly. I was disaapointed with the restaurant's Good Friday's dinner menu. Truely didn't offer enough seafood options for us. I really think for what it cost us we could have had a more satisfying dinner in town at a tavern. Breakfast today though was everything we could have wanted.

Nice secluded location, backing right onto the beach which is stunning. A 10 min drive from Dunsborough, and 5 min from the lighthouse which has some nice walking trails. The pool is really nice, but unfortunately not heated. The weather was quite cool despite being summer, so going for a swim was not really appealing because of this. The rooms are spacious and have a neat kitchenette and a huge bathroom. The on site spa, Vie, offers a variety of treatments of which we had the massage. It was very relaxing and while it is pricey, all resort spas are expensive. You definitely need to book in advance to get your preferred time (or perhaps any time! ), ideally a few days before you arrive.

My wife and I recently stayed for 3 nights — what a disappointment! Our studio villa needed a makeover (cracked and broken mirrors, chipped paint, etc, etc). We sat in the bar area having lunch for over two hours one afternoon and didn't have a single staff member ask us how our meal was or whether we needed more drinks!? If you are expecting full service, 5 star luxury YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. However, if you go in expecting to get you own drinks and snacks (including around the pool area), and rooms showing wear and tear — you'll love it. We will not be back, as there are much better options available elsewhere locally.

Very nice manicured facility with private access to one of the most beautiful bays in southwest Australia.
The restaurant is also top notch and recommended.

One of the best hotel resorts I have seen so far (and these are some). Super-great scenery, bay and super-clear sea water. Hotel rooms are housed in their own small villas, very spacious with kitchenette and living area. Nice pool. Nice international staff and good breakfast and diner. Really recommended.

Hmm, nice but… prepaid booking cost $312 per night, so not cheap. No views from room, other than looking at other rooms. The rooms are bungalows, and felt just a little like a car garage converted into a hotel room. Nice location though, good beach. Pool was always busy so often there were no seats available. Breakfast was good. Drinks by pool are expensive ($20 for so so margarita, $10 for beer). I prefer Bali.

Hotel on the beach. Amenities are modern and clean. Excellent hospitality from the staff with buggies to drive you around the resort. The studio room we stayed in was well maintained and more than adequate with all the household items you would need. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time had at Pullman Bunker Bay. One of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed in on so many fronts. Spacious well designed rooms, beautiful landscaping, attentive service and magical views out to the Indian Ocean where we spotted dozens of migrating whales. Also enjoyed the complementary yoga & tennis facilities. A great breakfast buffet too!

Nice resort style hotel with self contained units as well as hotel rooms. There is a good sized pool and direct access to the beach. The pool gets quite busy in the afternoon. The restaurant serves a good selection of food in the evening and a breakfast buffet in the morning. Overall a good option near Dunsborough.

From the warm greeting to the fond farewell my stay at Pullman Bunker Bay could not be faulted. Excellent friendly service and beautifully well appointed and clean accommodation. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow me to use the pool, which looked so enticing, but I did make good use of the spa bath in the room. A quick walk to the pristine beach should not be missed. Lovely food and wine too.

The hotel does not live up to the hype I read about. I am a silver member, and there was no complimentary drink on arrival. The room service we ordered was cold, and very unappetizing. While the 2 bedroom villa was comfortable, it certainly was not luxurious as expected. Housekeeping removed a pillow case from my daughters pillow, this is yet to be found, although we reported it on 4 separate times. Prior to staying we recommended the hotel to friends from Melbourne, we were planning on joining them in Jan 2018, but certainly could not justify $1000 + per night with our overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The beach is perfection. The grounds were immaculate. It was great that the resort is "Car Free" so there was no fear walking with the kids from our room around the resort. The Service (reception, porterage and restaurant) was outstanding. The staff are WONDERFUL! Your biggest asset :) The rooms are well appointed but a bit tired — there were chips in the cabinetry, the bath facet leaked, the remote for the bedroom TV did not work, The couch was a bit lumpy. But these things are to be expected with use. Overall we had a brilliant stay and made so many memories with our children.

The emails before we even arrived of asking if we wanted anything in particular supplied was amazing, the staff on arrival and whilst there and checking out are the best in the world. So personal and caring. The restaurant was outstanding, even getting to talk to the pastry chef. We loved how its so quiet in our rooms, you would think we were the only ones there, so sleep was peaceful. The cleaners and men running around so personal and chatty too. This resort is 100/10 for every dept. The ambience, food, just everything. We have stayed here 4 or 5 times now and will keep coming back.

Three pleasant days at beautiful Bunker Bay — two couples staying in two bedroom villa. Staff friendly & efficient. Accommodation spacious and well designed. Only negative: website advised a casual & fine dining restaurant. They are the same space & casual food menu seems only to be available during the day. So we were 'coerced' into eating from the fine dining menu two nights in a row (which diminished the experience on the second night which was to celebrate a birthday — same menu both times. ) However, the food was exceptionally good! Be sure to try a dessert — the pastry chef is French…

The Pullman resort was all that we desired and received. Great rooms, a special mention of the bathroom's makeup and we were satisfied with the room and amenities. Great little veranda, nice to sit there with a glass or two. Lovely gardens nice and green. The only comment we both had was the lack of handrail up the steps leading to our unit 133. We are both in our late stages with handicaps and we both had some difficulty with the steps. A handrail would have been the answer to the problem.

My wife and I are on this one week holiday in WA, to celebrate my wife's birthday and at the same time, have a bit of wine tasting around the Margret River region. The service provided from moment we checked-in and throughout the stays, till check-out were wonderful and pleasant. Staffs were friendly, courteous and helpful. Happy with the buffet breakfast each day, the variety of food and drinks on offer may be fairly standard, but definitely satisfying and have nothing to complain about. And we especially appreciate a very nice gesture from the hotel with a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in the room on our arrival for my wife's birthday. That is a very nice touch and truly appreciated.

The stay was good although it would have been preferable to have had a unit closer to the reception. I have a morbid fear of snakes and there was a lot of greenery to negotiate to get to the unit at night. The bed was comfortable. The facilities in the room were good except the lighting could have been brighter. The breakfast had excellent choices and was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The Hotel Service, Decor, and Position was amazing. The Area and wild life was truly breath taking. The design of the cottages and the outdoor alfresco heated pool was unbelievable. Let alone the views from the restaurant dining to the Entry. The Dining I must say is a little limited and priced a little high but the presentation and Service is awesome. Truly a must go & stay experience that must not be mist. Thank you A+ A & C.

The concierge service was excellent where the staffs were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I must say this gentleman by the name of Sean who explained to us the weather condition with his mobile apps was very fascinating and the pictures he took around Margaret rivers was very beautiful. I would suggest that you can have a gallery of all the beautiful photographs taken around your vicinity. This will allow tourist like me to appreciate your surroundings. All the staffs indeed made our holiday a memorable one. We have been raving about Pullman Bunker Bay since to all our friends and we will definitely come back. Well done!

We had a lovely time from the moment we arrived. Jade at reception was a pleasure to deal with, and Shane was very friendly while showing us where to park and giving us and our luggage a lift to our room. The one bedroom studio was beautiful, and very spacious. Perfect for us and our 2 year old daughter. Also very happy that kids stay and eat breakfast free, quite rare to find generosity such as this. The only negative was that it was quite rainy (predictable given the time of year we stayed), so not being able to park close to the room or walk undercover was a little inconvenient. But luckily Jade and Shane had both told us to call for a lift if we needed, and we did so a couple of times to avoid getting soaked. Would definitely love to stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We travelled to Bunker Bay from our home in Perth and were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were looking for a relaxing break in a scenic location and the Bunker Bay resort delivered absolutely in full. Located in what must be one of the best locations in WA towards the end of the Cape Naturaliste headland and surrounded by natural bush-land with Bunker Bay itself directly in front. Meelup and Eagle Bay are both minutes away and are as stunning as Bunker Bay. We stayed in a one room lake view villa and it was extremely roomy, modern, had a full kitchen and was located right on the edge of the lake with a 30 second walk to Bunker Bay. We stayed in winter so made full use of the reverse cycle heating and the in room spa. The room was so good that we ended up coming home from a day out and self catering in the room over a couple of nights instead of eating out. The fact that the resort is car free was also a major plus and made walking around a pleasure. The restaurant was good but more options for on-site evening dining would be a plus as, on our first evening we were after a snack type bar meal as served in the bar only to be told that these meals stopped at 6pm and we ended up having to have a more expensive option. The food was good but choice was fairly limited and the customer service wasn't as good as expected.

The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, courteous and obliging. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've seen. The variety and quality of the food was excellent. However the overall condition of the apartment was very disappointing and not what I have found to be the standard at Accor properties I've stayed at. I understand that it is not easy to keep appliances and furnishings in good condition due to the fact that people are rough and careless but I think some money should be spent to freshen the rooms up so they match the pictures advertised. The location is lovely so I think the expenditure is warranted.

We stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed the fact that everything was available in one location. The Vie Spa was amazing, and very relaxing (well worth the spend), and their skincare products are very good. Dine in at the restaurant for dinner was fantastic, reasonably priced for the quality and dining experience. We did have lunch at the bar, which was a little disappointing as food seemed to come out of the same kitchen and carried similar price tags as dinner but was something you'd expect to find at Fast Eddies. The rooms were amazing and very well laid out. Customer service was fantastic.

Pullman Bunker Bay is a great weekend getaway from Perth when you don't have the luxury of time to travel overseas. We felt like we were in a complete different place when we checked into the resort. I believe it would be more wonderful if it was summer time or if the weather was warm enough to enjoy the pool and also the "private beach". Will definitely return in summer time!

Beautiful building and grounds but service levels rustic and sporadic. Either not enough staff or poorly managed. Staff were nice but felt neglected at both dinner and breakfast. Customer service needs a good overhaul. Processes inconsistent and disappointing. Communication poor throughout experience between departments and staff. Easily sorted if willing to invest in improving customer experience.

Awesome for the price you pay, I'm in love with this place. If you are needing to get away for Perth this is the place to go.

Its approximately my 12th stay here and as always it's amazing. That says it all really. The fact that I keep coming back over and over again. The place, views, rooms, staff, facilities, everything is amazing.

Everything was amazing and excellent, breakfast delicious. We went to the beach every day, you can see whales and flocks of dolphins from a distance by. Staff and service was excellent as well-as you can see.

Area is beautiful. Rooms are decent but not necessarily 5 star. Room service food is not very good at all. TV on demand broke. Not really a 5 star hotel (not even a mini bar) but if you want a beach that is gorgeous that you can venture on at night this is the place. Staff is friendly. But Nevertheless you would expect more from a 5 star establishment.

Obviously a larney spot. As foreigners, it was expensive to eat there but it was really good and we enjoyed the service.

We stayed at the Bunker Bay Resort for 3 nights for our wedding, which was lovely and well organised. We stayed in the lake villa which was perfect. Service from the resort staff was great.

Im not one to complain or right a bad review but because this was a five star place I thought it better to write at least something. Nothing to like about the room we were in as it was really dirty, dusty and vermin everywhere. Air conditioning was unserviced and we both got sick after the first night.

Access to the beach, great rooms and lovely pool. Good BBQ facilities also. Best place I have stayed at in WA.

The resort is super wonderful house and plants. Even lizards and iguanas living there. The beach is really great and the accommodation is fantastic. Only, for the price and the description in the menu, dinner, what we have have delivered us from hotel restaurant really is a disappointment. It tasted good to call, no question, but a ketchup sauce, tomato chutney, I find rather questionable. Exactly my "Parmesan" was a simple slice of cheese. But anyway, the food at the restaurant can be itself of course already back better/nicer/more correctly addressed. But we would not again take the in-room delivery.

The resort is a little run down for a "5 star" place but has great potential. Our room was not adequately cleaned: it had had a once over and that's it. We got to change rooms but it was the same story. Reception staff didn't smile and seemed bored with their jobs. The restaurant food was really average and the service was slow. Again, not what you expect when you're paying 5 star prices. When we complained to the manager she took our complaints very seriously and compensated us. We were thinking of having our wedding there but changed our mind after this experience. A great pity, because it's in a world class location.

Warm welcome and a Beautiful area, this was a great location to relax and a base to visit all the local sites. We went up to the local light house and caves, we also enjoyed and visited many local coves, all in all we enjoyed the tranquil resort.

We ALWAYS have a fabulous experience. We come back every year and we did get a complimentary bottle of wine when my husband was celebrating his 60th birthday at the resort. We love the natural setting, which is what attracts us.

Over-rated and over-priced. As it was Valentine's Day and considering the price of the room, I expected a complimentary box of chocolates or bottle of wine — Nothing! However, if your sweet tooth got the better of you, the solitary Snickers bar in the fridge was priced at $4. Wifi in your room had to be paid for as did 'barista' coffee at breakfast (most hotels/resorts include these services in the nightly fees) — and the free Wi-Fi in the lobby wasn't working. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

I still haven't found a better resort anywhere in WA that is better than this one. And we've nearly tried them all! Great for couples without kids who want to wine, dine, pamper etc.

The pool and location are the best parts about this place. Set on a beautiful coastline you really can't beat going for a walk at sunset. The pool is lovely too and it's a really relaxing spot to read your drink and have a glass of bubbles. Our room was fine but nothing outrageously awesome.

Had to wait forever for a buggy! Construction work has been going on. Noisy. Bar closed.
