Aged but clean, can be a bit noisy with cars closing boots etc. Staff absolutely outstanding across the board and restaurant breakfast is awesome. Very close to town central and a real bonus. They printed email paperwork I needed for another matter in a flash. Would definitely stay again.

$189 a night is definitely expensive for what we got! The room needs an upgrade the Receptionist was rude on arrival and some youths jumped on my car roof and was running along the hotel rooftop. The music from the neighbouring hotel went all through the night! I will not be staying here again!

Rooms were very clean but unfortunately there was no cleaning during our 3 night stay due to Covid. Breakfast was included and adequate. Staff were pleasant. Motel is well kept but was built to a budget so walls are thin and it’s noisy. That said if you’re looking for value and cleanliness you won’t be disappointed!

Save for the cleaning and maintenance persons, the staff look like they don't want to be there. Being asked if I wanted cutlery in the restaurant is absurd. Was I expected to eat cereal with my fingers? When I said yes, the staff member rolled her eyes and threw the cutlery on the table. The check in staff weren't much better. The rooms are dated and in need of renovation.

Just checked in very busy very polite service very clean rooms I’m happy.

On arrival we were greeted with friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious with quality furnishings. Mini bar and coffee machine was provided. Environmentally friendly toiletries. We had breakfast and dinner at Season’s Restaurant.
Food was great, thanks Chef and friendly staff.
Best location close to town centre, Esplanade and whale tail sculpture.
We highly recommend Hospitality Esperance for anyone wanting the best stay in Esperance.

Friendly, helpful Staff, good portions of food in the restaurant, clean rooms with everything supplied, on the beach, within walking distance of the shops and cafes and very reasonable prices.

Made a mistake booking and had to pay an extra night, when hotel wasn't full. Manager has been unhelpful. To take $130 for doing nothing is a bit rich. I go to Geraldton regularly for business I wont be using them again. I strongly suggest to people not to make mistakes or you will be slugged. To be fair could of split the difference. Oh no. Wont answer ph calls. Business must be bad.

Great location, clean, friendly staff and nice rooms, only problem is that if any one was outside on the balcony we could hear every word and could become noisy at times.

Everything at the Hospitality Inn has to offer, the location, the friendly staff, the clean rooms and the best Rib Eye ever. Not to mention the price cheap as chips.

Esperance is one of the most beautiful areas in the world and the beaches and national parks around it are magnificent — and this is the best value place to stay and the on site restaurant is fabulous.

A few things that come to mind from my experience at Hospitality Inn Esperance… the most amazing scrambled eggs and the desert with the custard balls which were so delicious it should be a sin to eat them. The rooms were nice and spacious and the complimentary shampoo, soap and conditioner are fabulous. I would recommend this Inn to everyone who is coming up there to stay over. Staff are friendly and helpful. The waiters were friendly and always have smiles on their face. … Thank you for my great stay.

Well appointed rooms, well priced, wonderful customer service and centrally located. Hospitality Inn Esperance is my go to for accommodation whenever I’m in town. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hospitality Inn. The room was spacious and very clean. The view out to the ocean was perfect. Clean towels were provided every day. Food and service were the best. A wonderful pool and a short walk to the beach for families with open spaces to play and barbecue facilities.

Great location in Esperance with everything I needed for my stay here. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Esperance for a short time. Close to all the main food places and right across from the water.

Clean but getting a bit run down. Price was ok and walking distance to center of town and attached restaurant has awesome food. Hard to find anywhere else to eat though the town doesn't come alive until after 5pm.

It's affordable, clean and close to town but I couldn't only find one spare plug to charge my phone, some of the furniture looks like it's time traveled from the 80's and the Wi-Fi is a bit of a bit of a faf to get logged into and it's not the fastest. This considered I'd still recommend it just be aware it's right next door to the nightclub, so if your not a party animal or a light sleeper I'd pass staying on a Saturday night.

Not bad cause its on the water front but no self contained kitchen on site restaurant but bit pricey. Hot water system needs to be fixed, forever changing from hot to cold constantly.

Great little motel very central to everything in town, rooms clean and comfortable. Restraunt food is just like phone cooking. Breakfast was great for a good start to the day. Beds r very comfortable. Staff are really lovely. Only problem we had was shower hard to adjust kept going from hot to cold and the toilet would not stop filling after flushing. We filled in maintenance form report a card that it was in our room. The sunrise was Magnificient. Love Esperance. A very pleasant stay and would choose and highly recommend this motel.

Stayed here on one of my trips down south the rooms were nice and the bed comfy. Ended up watching some movie about ancient warring Asian cultures and trolls or something. The movie was pretty terrible but the hotel is good.

Not unpleasant but it is what it is, a motel restaurant. If you're arriving late and tired there is nothing wrong with it.

This was the only hotel left in Esperance during the summer season, so I decided to take the opportunity. It is in a very central location and in walking distance to anything in the Esperance town. However there are several simple points in which this hotel NEEDS to improve on if they are wanting to charge this pricing per night. Room service is a good addition but the following should be addressed: — Aircons in the room are very weak, I would basically say they don't really work. (This is from being inside 2 different rooms, neither worked well) and it can get very hot in Esperance. — Shower fan looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months and spider webs on bathroom windows — Lastly the Wi-Fi password should be provided in the room, not have to request it from the front office, only to have it expire half way through my stay.

Friendly staff, good room and facilities. But the showers dribble the tiniest bit of water that fluctuates between scalding hot and freezing without notice. It's got to the stage now that if I need to stay here again I'll just accept that I need to go to the caravan park and pay to use their showers.

Room was very clean and comfortable with off road parking. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Negative: no microwave, kettle — poor equipment for a motel. Windows do not close and there are no fly bars. Nocturnal visit of blood-sucking plague spirits is guaranteed.

Rooms need updating food as always I think is very good staff are great and you can have agood laugh with them.

This place is great. Has got a swimming pool, reception 7am — 10pm, complimentary laundry and ironing service, plenty of parking bays, friendly staff and superb restaurant. It is just few minutes from beautiful beaches (by a car) and shops. French bakery nearby. Highly recommended! Definitely will be back.

We got to stay in their newly renovated room. It was modern, neat and well kept. I'll definitely stay there when I'm in Albany again.

Room is beautiful nice view and all but I highly don’t recomend this place for anyone who likes to stay up later than 10pm to chat outside room when having a smoke because a lady will come out to tell you you’re too loud and make you whisper then come 2nd time when you are even whispering lower than the air con across from your room or cars zooming past your room. Because she then threatens to then call police to get you evicted!

Good location 1 block from the waters edge, good sized rooms, very clean, complementary laundry facilities, decent Wi-Fi, comfortable furniture. Overall I would stay again.

Hotel is quite nice, however configuration of the superior queen rooms needs looking at as other rooms. Tv backs onto the wall where the bed is.

It was great quickley checked in and out. Our room was clean. Close to town beach across the road. Price was good too. Overall it was an enjoyable place to stay.

Really disappointed that my family visiting me in WA had such a negative experience at this Esperance motel on their drive home, their stay at this final WA location has left a tarnish on this great state of WA.

Rooms comfy, shower area a bit minimal, restaurant only opens at 7am. Lots in walking distance.

Great room and facilities. Had a great nights sleep. Location right across from the ocean.

Average place. Don't have any of the cooked breakfasts. We ordered eggs benedict for breakfast and it was pieces of ham under soggy eggs and what looked like sauce from a jar.

A normal hotel, of its style and like many in Australia. Spacious room with complementary services. You can improve the service of night reception, a little stupid the girl who greeted us, and any change the next day, in the morning we were lying properly by another receptionist. The restaurant was already closed when we arrived, and I can't comment …

Brilliant place great food staff amazing overall best place to stay. Across the road beautiful beach plus walkways etc recommend it to everyone.

I have told everyone that this is amongst the friendliest welcomes I've had anywhere in a very long time. Lovely staff, great restaurant and superb location to boot. Given I'm here for work; I'd have no hesitation to give 5 stars were in not for some quirks with internet access, but I suspect that's not the fault of the local staff at all.

Old style renovated, clean and good position. About $20 /nt over priced.

4 STAR? REALLY? This place is NOT GOOD! Most of the staff were friendly, but that's about where the good side of it ends. Problems were. * Old out of date rooms, that are TINY. * The shower hot water was inconsistent, water pressure was dodgy, the cold shower tap was so touchy it was impossible to get it right. * The bathroom sink was leaking from the plumbing underneath, and by the looks of the stains on the wall it had been doing it for several months! Even when the co called "cleaners" came through they didn't even mop it up. We had to keep a towel on the floor at all times as it was slippery. * ALL of the cutlery and glasses were FLITHY. We had to hand wash everything in the timy bathroom sink before using anything. Even when they did the room up again and replaced them all, they were flithy! * Not all of the items we used (soap, shampoo, toliet paper etc) were replaced when they cleaned the room. Several times we had to go find the cleaners and ask them for supplies. Very unprofessional! * The room itself was very dusty. The base of the TV had maybe 6 months worth of dust buildup on it. Window sills were the same, side tables etc. Disgusting! There are MUCH nicer places to stay in Esperance, fpr the same or lower cost. Never again.

Drove from Sydney to Perth and stayed at 9 motels. This was by far the worst value for money motel we stayed at. Ok it's on the waterfront, but, the room was small, the bathroom was tiny and has't been updated since the seventies at a guess, the bathroom was if it was in a small caravan. Can understand that it is busy in early January and you can charge according to demand, but if you stay in Esperance outside of the high season, I am sure you can get much better value for money.

Good location but had the most offensive staff member called Julie rude and oboxious how she was employed is amazing clearly no screening.
