Exceptional holiday park — has something for everyone! For starters, it is in the perfect location — right beside Middleton beach and within a few minutes walk, you have access to playgrounds, pub, restaurant and cafe. The play areas on site are fantastic but also there are other playgrounds in the surrounding area which are also definitely worth a visit! The park itself is extremely clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly! There is so much here to keep the kids entertained and we all left our holiday feeling very happy and relaxed — just as you should feel at the end of a holiday!

We are always happy to return to our favourite place big 4 Middleton. Friendly welcoming staff it is our fourth time returning and we will always come back here to stay it’s just amazing highly recommend them to anyone, it’s a family friendly place.

Reception staff were awesome gave us maps and tips on where to go in Albany. Only had 2 nights would of stayed longer if it wasn’t $51 pn for 2A. Ideal park for kids. Facilities clean — lots of bins! Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and fish chips.

The cabin was spotless and very well equipped. The amenities are fantastic… great for adults and kids. Location is awesome… right on a fantastic beach and near to cafes. We have stayed here heaps of times.

The chalet kitchen is fully equipped… Very clean utensils. The rooms and beds are very clean too! Will definitely stay in this chalet again if I ever comes back to Albany. The beautiful beach is just 5 mins walk from the chalet… Very lovely.

About the best site we have visited in four States. Clean, great staff who are very friendly. And almost on the beach. The caravan en-suite is an absolute joy. Pity this site isn’t on the East Coast. Nonetheless, next time we come over the west this is where we will stay.

Very happy with our chalet here at Middleton Beach Big 4. Very clean, comfortable and the park is immaculate. We are very close to the beach which is great even though the weather is not on our side to swim. Great location and Albany is a great place to visit. Highly recommend.

It was a lovely place to stay, the gardener was a little over anxious with watering our site as when we came home water was all thou our annex which caused the bottom of our bags to b very damp, and also was a little disappointed that we werent told about the increased theft in the area for that time of year which caused one of our bikes to b stolen on our 3rd night in out of our ten nights.

Great room with spa. Beach within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful and would recommend to everyone. Plenty of eateries around and not far from centre of town. Having a very enjoyable stay and look forward to coming back again. Worth every cent and the self contained chalets are fantastic.
