The most wonderful accomodation run by the friendliest and most helpful staff. Our cabin was gorgeous and comfortable with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. The view was sensational for breakfast every morning with a nice 10 metre walk down to the river. Amazing amenities for the kids, with game rooms, jumping pillow, playground, heated pool and bike tracks. Bbq and camp fire facilities available around the park. 11/10 all round great stay!

We have enjoyed 3 nights at the Big4 Porpunkah, great place, great friendly staff. Close drive to all snowy mountains. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay so much at Big 4 Porepunkah that we bought an onsite van. Jim and Sandra are amazing people who helped make our experience so enjoyable.

Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice quite park even though it faces the main road. Pool is nice. Rooms are clean and smell good.

Incredibly rude owners. Went up Australia Day with my family and couldn’t wait to come back home again. If they don’t agree with something their only solution is for you to pack up and leave. I also witnessed the woman who owns it scream at some little kids.
We always stay at a big 4 Australia Day weekend but can’t say we’ll ever come back to this one.

Nice quiet clean park, this is our 2nd year and we’ll be booking for next year again.

Beautifully clean & lovely people running the joint. It's a very quanite little caravan park surround by gorgeous mountains & trees.

So upset with the way the manager (Jim) spoke to our camp. He was so disrespectful and rude, absolutely disgusting when there were young kids present on the site. Might want to reconsider working in hospitality if you think threatening your patrons is a good idea! BIG thumbs down.

This was our second visit to Big 4 Porepunkah. Unfortunately we won't be returning due to the incredibly rude staff. Absolutely disgusted in the way we were spoken to by management. We understand it's a busy weekend however no one deserves to be treated the way that we were.

Great place to stay for the driving tourists who will visit Mt Hotham, Mt Buffalo and Mt Beauty. Very affordable and optional number of beds you need, pay for only the number beds you need to use. The little house looks great and cozy but will be very cold during the Winter, but it has a heater so no worries. You will also have a parking space for your vehicle, there is also a barbecue grill. The Beautiful Bright is the nearest town with lots of restaurant and food options that stays really late at night so late dinner is always availble.

Clean and tidy with lovely river views. Small playground, bbqs and plenty of space for the kids to explore. TAWK members, so kids stay free. Less than an hour to Mt Buffalo, so perfect place to stay for the snow or bushwalks. We will back! Thank you.

We stayed during the weekend to make sure all our gear is ready for a big trip, the place was empty but it is winter, there were a couple of vans, so it wasn't a ghost town by any standards, our kids made some friends with some other peoples kids that had an onsite van. We enjoyed our stay, cheers.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Porepunkah and Bright staying at the Porepunkah Bridge Holiday Park. Our cabin was clean and well appointed, staff were super friendly and helpful with great advice on where to eat and places to visit. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked the same accommodation for Christmas as soon as we got home. Don't hesitate — book your next holiday here. You'll love it!

First time and wont be the last time we stay at this amazingly located park. Choice of swimming in the Ovens river to splashing around in the parks pool. For a busy weekend noise from other campers wasn't heard, amenities we clean. The owners/managers, Steph and Cam who are only new to the game are working hard to ensure every visit is an enjoyable for everyone that ventures through the gates. Worth the visit to Porepunkah Bridge Park.

What a great place! Kids had a ball in the river and the pool. Everyone was extremely friendly and very relaxing holiday indeed. Definitely will be back!

New owners, clean tidy park, reasonable prices. Pretty spot on the river. Well run in busy times, toilet amenities very clean. Cater well for families swimming pool.

Excellent location out of busy Bright. Easy drive in and also to take-away. Pub, swimming in Porepunkah. Not large or noisy. Friendly staff and simple shop for necessary items, including wine and beer! Had a brand new ensuite site and had washing machine. Can highly recommend this camping park for all types of camps. In the process of doing up site but certainly worth the effort. Ken.

Beautiful location, river front. Close to Bright. Bakery and coffee car drive through park every morning. Would definitely come back.

We have been coming here for years and this summer has been one of the best yet. Lovely location on the river, great walks, beautiful views and close to wineries and places to eat. New owners are creating a more relaxed, community feel by being friendly and approachable.

We have stayed at Big 4 Porepunkah twice now, January last year we were all sick from the water in park as wasn't good and this year was good except for the pool it was very dirty and green wasn't happy as we couldn't really swim there. Overall park was good and friendly staff and families. Not sure if we will be back for a while.

Stayed on an unpowered site from 26/12 to 2/1. A mixed experience, fantastic location on the river, close to BBQ and park facilities. The site was close to the river but a long way from facilities, not even marked as a permanent site. Toilets were a very poor standard with a number of cubicles barely big enough to get into. There was a dog on leash policy which was not enforced.

Great park but tread carefully around new owners parents. They are very intolerant of kids.

I have been staying here every holiday for 10 years and I have loved every second. It's in a great spot with easy access to ovens river and a short 6km drive to bright.

We always stay at Big 4 always get great cabins. The last stay was ok. The staff a great friendly park very clean but the brick cabin a bit small and not very comfortable. Will stay again if I get cabin 1 out of 5 years being bit uncomfortable can’t complain to much.

Great place to stay. Very tidy grounds right on the banks of the Ovens River, not far from Porepunkah township and on the road up to Mt Buffalo. Our cabin was in great condition, and more roomy than similar cabins we've stayed in previously (one of the Executive Cabins). The team running the park is very friendly and attentive. We'll stay here again, for sure.

Wonderful experience bolstered by well kept facilities, friendly staff, and beautiful surrounds. Cabins have all you could need and are well resourced.

Friendly staff. Would cost us extra $15 to have a bed made up for us — that was already in the room, they just obviously don't want to make it. Space in rooms decent, bed comfortable. Shower was hard to set at consistent temperature. Overall reasonable. It is a caravan Park after all.

Beautifully maintained park with Shady sites, mountain views, the rail trail just across the road, small pool, river access, games room, camp kitchen and jumping pillow. Very family friendly. The owners Sandra and Jim are both friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, wonderful accommodation that caters for all budgets. It has facilities for parents and kids, with pool, play areas, bbq's, gaming room, clean tidy toilet/ shower area and right next to the river and rail trail.

We had a great stay at Big 4 Porepunkah this weekend. The camp kitchen was extremely clean and had lots of equipment to use. It was also outside which was fantastic. The staff were lovely and the amenities were clean. I'd definitely visit again.
