The Milano serviced apartments was a beautiful place where they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom place for free. UNFORTUNATELY there were work constructions that went on all night (im mean from 9pm to 6am) meaning me and my girlfriend couldn't sleep at all. They clame to have sound proof windows, but we were staying on the 15th floor and heard nothing but noise and banging for the whole night! I went down at 5:30am to complain but the office wasnt open until 7am. They should of put something on the website saying how there is working going on so we were aware and then we could of had the option to book somewhere else or give the hotel a shot knowing there was construction work. But nothing of the sort was provided and we were unaware of the situation when we booked. So I went back down at 7am to speak to the manager. She wasnt there. When we checked out with less then 1hr sleep I asked to speak to The manager for a complete refund (Because im not going to pay good money to a hotel if I didnt sleep). The manager at that time was in a meeting so we booked a personal 1on 1 appointment at 2pm. When 2pm arrived we were waiting another 30min until I asked the guy at the frint desk where she was. She completely ignored us and never showed up. For a manager that is super slack and very unprofessional leaving us to deal the mater with the front desk guy where he had no authority to give us a refund!

A nice place that is centrally located to anything you'd want to do in Melbourne and if you want to go somewhere outside of the city you can hire a car 2 doors down!

Room is small but clean. Had cooking facilities just enough to get you through a few nights. Foxtel, 1 bathroom between two rooms, no bath in our room. Views are fine, pool was good, quick tram ride to the Melbourne mall. Not sure if I would stay again, it was a last minute place to stay so we were comfortable but I would want ila bigger room next time. Two kids and two adults, was enjoyable.

Clean and beautifully apartments with full facilities including sauna, swimming pool and gym facilities. Close to everything such as all major rented car companies, restaurants/cafe, Melbourne Museum, Queen Victoria Market, free tram zone, shopping malls etc and all within walking distance from the apartment.

Clean and friendly. Smooth fast check in and out. Not a bad choice for an over night stay. Small apartment.

A good experience overall. Good alternative to a hotel when travelling with a young family. Ample space for a small family even in the one bedroom apartment. The parking can be a bit tricky though as you will need to find some off street parking before checking in and getting the remote to get into the car park. The apartment was well furnished with a good sized fridge, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer all good to go. The apartment we were in felt a bit dated though. Small cosmetic damage to the blinds. The sliding door to the bedroom was also dusty low down. Only noticed it at our little one was crawling on the floor. The views from the apartment was excellent though.

Make sure you ring to see if your in the hotel you booked. Also if you booked parking make sure they have you booked for that. They can put you in another hotel around the corner, that's what happened to us, without being told beforehand. The bed in main room was smaller than a king. To me I think this is dishonest bit of a pain walking to another hotel when car is parked at the hotel you booked. Location was good. Great if coming from Asian country overseas as a lot of shops and most people in hotel area are Asian or if you speak the language you'll love it. RMIT (university) is only metres away excellent for uni students. Chinatown not far. Tram virtually a few metres away. Nice facilities. 3 elevators pretty quick. Victoria Market metres away. Roadworks happening as metro train is coming. Aldi supermarket around corner. Everything is pretty much at you fingertips or a short tram ride away.

Nice place to live, just walk in. Nice rooms, good services, Gym, swimming pool. U can cook food as all the necessary requirments are already available. U will save a lot if money.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Need a uniform so u can distinguish them. Kitchenette great, no bowl had to use saucepan for cereal, pillows flat as, mould in the shower. But over all handy location and reasonably comfortable.

Not very much room for the money. In Melbourne you are spoilt for choice when it comes to well priced accommodation and unfortunately this place is a little low on the list of value for money. The room was very small and not very well maintained, that's not to say it was dirty just things falling apart that needed repair.

Quick stop through which was nice. The spa/sauna area and tennis court are very cool. Decided to get ubereats instead of using the generic room service menu that was an external provider.

Nice place to stay if you get a deal. Nice to have your own kitchen. The rooms are a little battered and bruised and could do with some better maintenance. The pool and gym are excellent, the tennis court would come in handy too if you are that way inclined.

Small apartment, but ok. Nice long pool, although my eyes hurt really bad after looking under water. They must've put a lot of chemicals in as my eyes never feel this bad. I struggled to open them for a good 15 minutes! Great sauna. Great location, just off Elizabeth St. Apartment was missing a set of knives and scissors, and despite letting them know we never got any knives. Had duplicates of other utensils, but that doesn't help much when you need a knife. Oh well. Would I stay there again? Probably.

Very modern, bright friendly apartments with daily cleaning. We got a special price of $108 from Jan 1sr 2018, and enjoyed our stay. Also easy access to the city with many tram options.

Pool is a little small, but manageable. Jacuzzi/spa & sauna is very comfortable. Place is extremely clean.

Really beautiful room, good service, would be great for extended stays. The parking situation was weird, however the attendant said that, generally, everyone using parking has their own remote to access it while staying.

Stayed here with friends overnight. Facilities in the rooms were good and, despite the hotel being located in the middle of the CBD, the rooms were very quiet. The only quibble we had during our stay there was the swimming/lap pool may have had a fraction too much chlorine in it, but the spa pool was lovely.

Good location without aircon in th bedroom. Its like boiling in the room when outside temperature is over 35 degree.

Came down from Sydney for a bit of romance with the wife. Was very impressed by the ammenities and the spacious rooms. Staff were friendly and the location is perfect for seeing the sights for Melbourne CBD. Would definitely stay again.

Good place with loads of eating options. Rooms are small. Also breakfast if included in the tariff is no value for money.

It have all the required nasicity around it ie. Grocery, metro, trams & eatry joints for all cusiens.

Security is good with unique key going up to your own floor, swimming pool and gym. The surrounding is quiet and comfortable. Very convenient as there is a supermarket downstairs and near the free tram stop. But the toilet has two doors so you need to lock them every time. Sad that it doesnt have Wi-Fi.

Great location with lots of facilities to enjoy a night out with friends such as table tennis, swimming pool and BBQ.

One of the night receptionist was very rude. 1. She gave me queen sized bed room even though I booked king sized and even tried to lied by claiming the queen size is the king size. We insist to have king size but she said no cleaner available and reluctantly check us into 2 bedroom apt just for thenight. One of the room has king size bed. About 30 minutes later she called us that we are not to use the second bedroom. It has too be on pristine condition or they'll charge us 60 dollar. We were really tired because of the long drive and just comply but were really upset. We dont really need the second bedroom anyway but the way she pass the information was very rude 2. When weconfirmed the other before. I was given a free complementary Wi-Fi but refused to give me one and wanted to charge me fot the Wi-Fi. Thankfully the male staff the next morning was very professional. He said that I did in fact have free Wi-Fi and offer me the upgrade for only 15 dollar extra or can opt to be moved to 1 room king size. Which is fair. I forgot his name but I appreciate his professionalism and definitely will come back to this place. I would rate this place 1 if not because of him. Ray room 1409

We are looking to stay for 7 nights in this place but I was very disappointed with lots of reviews that rooms and bathrooms are dirty cracked and needed fixings. Another reviews said that they stayed 7 nights and had not once changed their bed linens. Lights are poor, no toilet papers, balconies dirty. Balconies pose hazards. Staff service poor. How can this be expensive and 4 star if these reviews are not good. I hope something has been done with this place to improved your rooms and services.
