Booked a 2night stay at the last minute, rang when we arrived in Melbourne to see if we could check in early. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location.

The room was lovely but don’t open the windows for fresh air, the appartments that share the same balcony space don’t follow the no smoking rule. I came back from a lovely dinner out to find my room smelling strongly of cigarettes.

Great place to stay that has everything I need for an overnight work trip.

Location is spot on with walking access to IGA, Local watering hole and Asian variety eating. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Fantastic staff and stay, would recommend to anyone, great rooms with stuff local and on a regular with night service tram line — worth ever cent.

It's not too bad but can be much much better and cleaner.

Quite nice rooms. Modern and well equipped with mini kitchens and fridges, great for people staying for a little longer and perfect for conferences and such. Not much for views and I could clearly hear doors being opened and closed in nearby rooms which wasn't awesome for lighy sleepers but all in all, a very nice hotel.

Nice spot, great staff, comfortable bed. The aircon had a few issues talking to the remote control. Construction outside but that can't be helped. It's a good spot.

Quest Abbotsford is a well presented, modern and we'll appointed combination of hotel rooms and apartments for own/rent. It has a wonderful little pool, BBQ and outdoor area, as well as a cute little library/sitting room and conference rooms which can be booked or hired. There is a sauna near the change rooms as well which is a good touch.

Right next to an IGA and very close to a shopping centre. The room was a great size and nicely maintained. The TV is is fully operational as does not have any restrictions (e. G. It allows you to change inputs if you bring your own device).

New, clean and good facilities. Free shuttle to local offices is also fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

A lovely place in a great location! Tram stop right outside and an IGA (convenience store) downstairs. Staff are very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I've given five stars despite some minor issues and a potential health & safety issue. 1) Communal condensing dryer appears not to be cleaned regularly (Cleaning staff perhaps unaware of second compartment on condensing dryer). 2) Attracts some undesirable clientele. 3) Kitchen sink wasn't fastened onto bench (reported to reception). 4) The two mattresses made to create a king bed were of different quality; made for awkward sleep.

Fantastic service, professional staff. Rooms has all modern conveniences. Artistically pleasing decor. Ideally located close to the city and south yarra.

Adequate conference facilities with some tea and coffee utilities. Minor hiccup with the booking, but staff was friendly and helpful.

Very Dissapointed. Arrived and went to the counter and everything was fine. Paid for our rooms and only then was advised that our check in had been delayed by an hour because the rooms were not ready. Not offered a replacement room to get ready as we had a wedding to attend, instead were told we could get ready in the toilets! Spending over $600 on 3 rooms, paid more for a 'suite' that was identical to the cheaper rooms and only compensation offered was a late checkout, which was no use as we had to leave at 7am. Staff excuse was that it was very busy… that should never become the customers problem! Will not be going back. Will be advising others to steer clear.

We loved our 5 day stay at Quest. The staff were always friendly and happy to help with any queries. Our rooms were clean and comfortable… the beds and pillows were really awesome… almost felt like home.

Well l didn't get a chance to stay the night because, although l had made reservations two weeks prior and absolutely requested the room with the bathtub and confirmed my request two days before arrival. I walk into room and yes! No bathtub! Upset is an understatement!

Well furnished, properly maintained, in front of tram (109) stop, friendly and helpful staff who are available till 11pm. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Quest at the beginning of April, we found it to be a very nice place to stay, we got an upgrade because there was a mistake with our booking which was not our fault, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were very spacious, had to ask a couple of times because the cleaners didnt leave teabags or coffee and toilet roll but they always arrived within a few minutes. Handy for trams, shops, etc. Really enjoyed our visit!

Fantastic stay here at quest Abbotsford. The service provided to my family and I was the best I have experienced around the world, within walking distance to the MCG and local restaurants Quest Abbotsford definitely exceeded my expectations.

Dude it was mad, we hot boxed the bed under the blankets and got so cooked when we came out the blanket we didn't know what day it was. Heres the story of my weekend in this hotel. First night, the office lady jacks me off while I'm taking a shit, then proceeds to lick my bell end, which lead to crazy anal sex. Second night I got stoned out of my head and didn't know what day it was and broke into a retirement home and got a granny pregnant. Then the third night I wrapped my shit in the blanket and waited for the room service lady to come in and penetrated her so hard that she didn't have a gooch no more, and made her eat the shit out the blanket! I highly recomment, great service :).

We stayed at Quest Abbotsford and absolutely loved it! The staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. Right from check in to check out the service was impeccable. Our room was beautifully furnished with a roomy lounge area, fantastic self catering kitchen with everything you could want and a lovely comfy bed. Everything about the room was perfect. The location was ideal within walking distance to Victoria Gardens Shopping centre and restaurants. We easily travelled into the city centre by tram, which ran right outside the front door. You cannot go wrong staying at Quest Abbotsford and we will definitely be staying there again.

Immaculately clean and beautifully furnished apartment. Home away from home! So glad we found this accommodation for our recent trip to Melbourne. The staff were very helpful with telling us about the lovely local restaurants and advice about the easy public transport to the city center. Look forward to our next trip to Melbourne and will definitely stay at Quest Abbotsford. Can thoroughly recommend.
