Like most of these service apartments, its a bit run down with basic bedding and dishwasher that doesn't work well. Location is good and price is reasonable. Avoid the studio as they are tiny, worse than an average motel room.

Generally good, reception excellent. We came for four nights, two of which were a Sunday and then Monday public holiday, no service to the apartment for these days so ran out of sugar, tea and coffee. Seems a little mean when you pay the same amount as on the other 2 days. Also our bathroom door was difficult to open and close, but that may just have been ours. Other than that the building layout is rather confusing at first and the door/lift release mechanisms a dash slow/ cranky. But the apartment is well equipped, light and airy, spacious and quiet. So overall good plus.

The room is small but nice. Got a working heater and fridge and reception was nice. However they had a ton of rules they give you and charge you for basically everything. Don't use the bins? Then that will come out of your deposit. Car parking? You have to pay and they are cramped and hard to park in. Want internet? Then you have to pay for that as well. Make a little to much noise? Then that's another $100. The hotel rooms don't look nothing like the pictures and the picture I posted is the view from the balcony. You also share the entrance with a another apartment tentant and I believe we share the same key. Meaning they can come and go in our room and we with theirs. But for the price it's good but not great with the room we got.

Great apartments. Very easy parking, nice accommodation. Clean and nice facilities. Had a supermarket within the building, thus easy access to shops for food. Would definitely recommend. Will stay again in future. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great place, have stayed great numerous times.

Road facing apartments are quite noisy. Fridge leaks water. Only good thing is relatively cheap price for small sized apartment.

Be aware that on arrival you are asked to give a $100 bond. This should be returned or made available in your bank on checking out. My partner has still not received her bond back 6 days after checking out. We were told 12 hours it will be available in her account. It should not have been taken as a transaction in the first place but the manager and staff offer very little to rectify the problem except to blame the bank. Terrible service and not the correct process.

One of the worst hotels I have been to. Service was appalling and can't seem to handle their financial side of things very well. Absolutely disgusting.

Good location with clean rooms. The staff were fantastic and helpful. Close to trams and restaurants. Secure parking was available at $15 which was reasonable given limited street parking. ALDI on the ground floor was convenient. Would stay again. Thank you Apartments Ink for a great stay :)

Room was okay, had some guests come over and in a matter of 5 minutes the manager knocked on my door and told me that they looked through CCTV and asked all 5 guests to evacuate, no loud music was playing, no damage, but yet we couldn't have more then 2 guests what an absolute joke completely regret staying.

The apartments were good. I loved my stay. The service and quality of the staff was exceptional. They had all the expected amenities for a serviced apartment. ALDI on the ground floor was a bonus. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed with my wife and kids on the weekend. The two bedroom apartments were spacious and clean. The quality and service of the staff is worth mentioning. Very friendly and helpful. Close to publish transport, restaurants and cafes. ALDI on the ground floor also very convenient. We had a good stay and will definitely return.

I would rate this accommodation 3 star quality. Nothing to write home about. The pantry had left over food in it from previous occupants, some half eaten. The fridge was great at keeping things at room temperature, parking should be included in the price.

Seriously overpriced. TV remotes were so covered in grime they were sticky. Not happy with the reception either.

Came down for training and stayed in 1 bedroom. Had all the amenities required. Close to trams and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were great! Would stay again on my next trip down in 3 months time.

Absolutely nothing at all! Over priced room, nothing like the photos on the net. Service was rubbish, TV didnt even work, dvd player didnt work, room was filthy. Slept a whole night in the queen bed (2 single beds joined together! ) To find a massive old blood stain on our bed covers… an absolute disgrace of a place… paid for 2 nights… and checkd out after 1 because we felt dirty being there. Still waitinf for our phone call back from management after the receptionist told us the photos we took of the room where disgusting and inexcusable… never… ever… ever… again!

We have just checked In. Reception was Fantastic. They couldn't give us a twin bed last night, however he sorted it out. Amazing.

Great value, clean modern accommodation.

My stay at Apartments Ink was very comfortable. The apartments are spacious and provided everything I could ever need, including easy internet access. I shall definitely return, and thank you for a great stay.
