Overall the location is nice (if you want to spend time in South Yarra). They have a 1GB daily limit on internet!

Do not stay here! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lisa is an idiot behind the desk and it’s clear they have no clue what they are doing. Meant to take a holding deposit of $300. Still they have not released this as confirmed by my bank. Very sly about how they work and will rip you off. Stay clear!

Friendly service, were upgraded on arrival, very spacious, quiet apartment, fantastic location.

We went to visit my cousin. It was Wonderful place and good to visit this Apartments very well organized living residence Area… Venkat Anna Nookala.

Spaceous rooms, with balcony. Also includes fridge, washing and drying machines, and other facilities useful for quite long trips (as those to Australia often are, for all foreigners, for geographic reasons). Near chapbell street and a lot kf restaurants bars etc.

Clean and affordable. Very happy with the size of the studio. Would recommend.

Wifi is slow. Late check out not possible. Gym equipment are limited. Great location.

On top of paying for the room they put a $300 hold on your account for 31 days and you have to fight to get the money back.

Asked me for a $1000 bond after I had already paid for the hotel, due to being 20 years old? Discrimination at best.

Good choice, I was stay in here for 6 weeks and I stay in 2 bedroom apartment hotel with kichen and living room. The staff is very friendly. But I can't found scissor, and the other important tools in kitchen. The service is very similar with apartment, customer must be prepare more by self.

Rooms were nice but service was below average.

Good place to live with shops around in walking distance. Good location for transportation to central, to take trains etc. Kitchenware are also in general good. Suitable for a small family to stay and cook foods by ownself.

It is a real apartment, equipped with all comforts. There is a washer and dryer! (very suitable for Melbourne which is humid). The kitchen furniture and the others are basic, modern and well made. The air conditioning can become in these days of cold a good "air heater".

Staff was fantastic and helpful! Room was modern, clean and spacious. See you all soon!

Awesome! 4.5 Star Accommodation not far from the Melbourne CBD! The best part of it all, an Executive Apartment for $139 per night… Can't believe it!

Close to the venue that we had an event at, exceptional service from staff but the dishwasher was full when we arrived, 99% of crockery and glasses were in there, couldn't even find a wine glass they were all in there. Just be aware most places ask for a $100 holding deposit this one was $300! Dearer than what we paid for the room! Extremely excessive!

Great location and fantastic faciliites. The rooms are also very large and well appointed.

I came down to Melbourne last weekend and stayed at the Quest SXY, I found the apartment very spacious and the service exceptional. I would highly recommend staying there to anyone. It is very convenient — walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Check out the nearby Yarra Lane — love the little frozen yogurt bar there.
