We enjoyed our stay, reception staff were friendly. I missed breakfast but my husband said it was great. The design of the inner courtyard means that windows would be almost impossible to clean. But I noticed that they were very dirty.

If you ever decide to stay in Melbourne with your close ones, I highly recommend this place. Walking distance to CBD, Great views. Very professional and friendly staff resolved all the queries I had in an instant. I was staying in an apartment with big living space, a balcony and a big bed with a great mattress. Everything was super clean and modern. We will definitely stay there again.

Sebel is great value for money. Very spacious apartments. The staff are very helpful and friendly people.

Great quiet location and very close to the Etihad Stadium, Docklands District and Melb CBD. Mini supermarket and bottle shop directly across the road. Visited for our anniversary and were upgraded to a room with a balcony with beautiful views, bottle of wine and chocolates. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definately be back.

I have visited the place quite a few times and it's really impressive, the living conditions and the facilities such as the swimming pool and the tennis court are great, would really move to docklands if I could… The location is also great as there is easy access to few trams which go directly through city.

Lovely clean apartments. Check in and out efficient. Fully equipped apartments, but plenty of food options and a small supermarket close by. Easy to get to airport from here as you miss much of the city traffic. Located close to Etihad stadium. A short walk to outlet shopping and tram stops. There are some restaurants around, but the area lacks a little in terms of nightlife ambience.

Starting from the beginning the lady at the reception, she was very rude and not welcoming. Also they charged us twice and when we told them they said they can't do anything because of the holiday so we were $940 out of pocket for 5 days when we needed our money for Boxing Day. At the end we wanted to stay one more night and they said the price is $209 while it was $180 online. The gentleman at the reception was lovely but it was too late as we already checked out. We end up moving to another hotel. Such a bad experience will never go back again.

Staff were lovely and the lobby was clean and welcoming. The apartment itself was worn with big scratches on the floor. Mould in the shower. Toilet didmt flush well. The balcony is large but dirty. No sponges in the kitchen. Disappointing over all.

Nice hotel rooms are spacious enough and in room dining meal was substantial. Location is great with lots of options for eateries and drinks and quite locstion.

Nice place for a short stay. Decent sized rooms with TVs in bedroom and lounge. Lovely view of Docklands from the small balcony. Couch wasn't very comfortable, bit too upright. Getting through parking entrance is a bit ridiculous as sensor for the car is too far forward and sensor for the room key is too far back so even with a passenger, someone has to get out to swipe.

Phone didn't work, TCL TV (took 10 minutes to figure out how to use: no instructions). Great room, fitted out really nicely and quite large size. No food service after 9pm and a hassle trying to let Uber Eats deliver to the room. Also no bath robes. Good value.

Great location, friendly staff, Great apartment, BUT $25 a day for parking was way to steep and the cleaner who did our room didn't clean any of the sliding glass doors in the lounge room as there was finger prints all over the glass, and unfortunately the beds in the master bed room needed to be changed as I didn't get any sleep the first night as you rolled into the middle of the bed, way to soft. The second night I took a sleeping tablet to ensure I got a good night sleep, and I did. Lol.

Fantastic accommodation. Our suite was spacious, staff friendly and helpful. Together with good location, perfect view and amenities like swimming pool or sauna, I will be happy to return when I travel to Melbourne again.

Nice outdoor view, big room and roomy kitchen but the toilet sliding door does not close properly even after being repaired so we have to improvise. The room was not cleaned properly before we arrived. We found an empty water bottle under the bed.

The apartments were roomy and had a good view. The whole apartment needed a good clean, walls had black marks, light switches were sticky and had black finger marks, the rubbish bin under the sink was smelly due to a new plastic bag put in on top of smelly liquid and food scraps. We had 2 adults and 3 children and there were only 4 cups, plates etc despite the knowledge that there were 5 people.

Good facilities, little pricey. Good access to restaurants.

Very friendly service. Allowed me to check in early after a very busy night. Rooms modern and tidy, with good kitchenette facilities.

They advertised their place as "docklands serviced apartments" which was confusing and their main building doesn't have the number 18 on it so we circled around for a good half hour and finally went in to just ask if they can show us where to go and turns out that THEY ARE the "docklands serviced apartments". After they confirmed that our reservation is with them, they told us that check in time is at 2 so we left our bags with them and left to have lunch. Came back at about 4:30, our apartment was still not ready! They gave us some coupons for free drinks at their cafe/bar and told us it wouldn't take too long. Finally we had our apartment at about 5:30 which is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional for any hotel/serviced apartment. Their explanation to this was that they had a new cleaning team and the new team couldn't manage … Other than all the miscommunication and delays, the rooms are big and clean and the staff were friendly.

Good location but overall felt like there were nicer places in the surrounds. The pool and hot tub are across the street which is a bit of a pain in winter and not something you want to go outside for. Wifi also not included as default in rooms, you have to go and ask for passwords etc. Which is a bit annoying. Place is definitely nice inside and you won't be disappointed but I think there are nicer hotels nearby for the same price.

Great place for couples or families. I love the harbour view with a balcony for fresh air. Staff are helpful and the establishment is very secure. Rooms are modern.

Beautiful, very modern both from the outside and in the internal structure. There are sauna, whirlpool and swimming pool. The harbour side room was very spacious, provided with comfort and beautiful.

Rooms are great. The location of the apartments are very difficult to find, though.

Apartment is very clean and cleaning service is excellent, definitely can't complain. Expected a bit more in terms of Le Club benefits since I'm a gold status (only received 2 water bottles, no apartment upgrade or anything). Only other negative is that the gym is in the building across and not in the same building.

The location of the hotel was amazing! A beautiful view of Melbourne city. The room was huge and very clean and it was just a delight to stay in!

The rooms were perfect, however very disappointed that they took our credit card details and charged for a 3rd night instead of the actual 2 that we booked and stayed for. They said on the day we checked out that they would sort it out and after an attempt to email them we still have not heard any feedback, its been more than a week and the funds have still not been refunded to us. We were not expecting this would happen from a well known hotel.

Great hotel. Great rooms, love the furnishing. Bathroom products are plentiful and fabulous quality. Great location. "Water views" was a little bit of a stretch. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I recently stayed at this lovely apartment building. The staff were exceptional very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and very clean. Well located for access to Ethiad Stadium and the docklands precinct.
