I stay here every time I’m in Warrnambool the service and rooms are the best.

Easily found, clean, tidy, friendly staff.

Nice rooms and lovely reception staff. Don’t bother responding to their “We want you honest opinion” comments cards or emails though as you will receive a very nasty email from Barbara advising you that you got upgraded for a good price. As well as some belittling comments as an added bonus. I raised that there was no shower curtain in the shower and water sprayed everywhere which was a slip hazard. I did slip over on the wet floor as I was coming out f the shower. I was inf…ormed it was a disabled room and there was a non slip mat. Apparently Worksafe Victoria standards on slips, trips and hazards don’t apply. I raised issue with the heating as it did not work well. It was warmer outside in the 7c warmth! I was then told it was in perfect working order via email and I didn’t bother contacting them.
Being considerate when a storm is present and 9pm at night is apparently not acceptable for Barbara. Finally, I commented that the cleaners trolleys could be bigger as the linen and cleaning cloths were blowing around the car park. The response I got was that they were happy with them. I was then informed via a blanket script, that I was a valued customer and they wanted my opinion so they could provide a superior service. I beg to differ.

Comfortable bed but it wasnt a queen bed. No hot water. Good location.

Not happy with stay at all. Upon arrival, staff were friendly but they charged my credit card for an already online paid room and when I noted, they just refund it with no apologies like it wasn’t their mistake. Rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable but very noisy. Will not stay again.

Great place to stay, room was a decent size, very clean, and all the amenities you need, walking distance to restaurants and take aways. The host are fantastic. Great motel.

Arrived late, reception closed but key quickly sorted. Room good, everything there. No problems at all.

Our only gripe is that our room was right on the side of the major intersection, so we got very little sleep. It sounded like they were coming into the room. Other than that, the room was pristine clean, beautiful linen, comfy bed. The receptionist was lovely. Recommend you ask for a room away from the traffic side.

Not happy with stay at all. Upon arrival, staff were friendly. Rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable. Paid for king room, and requested a quiet location. Room was shockingly noisy (room 18) so had difficulty falling asleep. Then once I fell asleep was woken by an alarm, which kept going for about 4-5hours. Moved rooms to a lower grade room, however there was still significant road noise. Offered no refund for difference in price when room changed, still paid king room rate for smaller room. No apology, no sympathy, nothing whatsoever for the noise and shocking experience. Will not stay again and will ensure location is removed from my companies travel booking system.

Booked 2 queen rooms. Terrible night's sleep was had by all 4 adults. The mattresses felt lumpy (my husband and I slept on top of bedding for extra cushioning). We had been shown a different room when we booked in and told it had a brand new posturepedic mattress in it so we advised we wanted that as one of the rooms. That didn't happen. When we mentioned it to the manager in the morning, she shrugged it off and stated all the mattresses are the same! Never again!

Great place! Very clean rooms and staff are very helpful. Has an awesome welcome info guide filled to help find food and what is in and around warrnambool.

Room was nice, comfortable bed. Lovely bathtub with a jacuzzi feature. The kitchenette was rather small but provided a microwave and fridge. The TV included Netflix. Free Wifi. All in all not outstanding but what you would expect and decent value for money.

Simply hideous place to stay. There was dust everywhere and the windows are so thin that you can hear every car drive past. I recommend that you stay somewhere quieter, such as Deep Blue.

Clean, tidy and in a great location, with professional staff.

Rooms are spacious and equipped with modern furnishings. Good value for money. Bed is very comfortable, shower is great. Off street parking, while handy, is a little cramped. Due to the location, road noise can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Aside from those 2 minor issues, pretty happy with everything!

One of best motel rooms I have stayed in… multiple mirrors in unit a definite plus… comfortable bed… lovely decor… TV ideally positioned … bathroom/shower well appointed … would definitely stay here again in the future.

Cheap and nasty. Dirty, dusty and sticky room. The most obnoxious staff you'll ever come across. Beautiful town but dont ruin your stay by staying here.

I stayed at the BEST WESTERN Tudor Motor Inn in Warrnambool, the room was clean and fresh, the food was delicious with huge serving sizes and the staff were super friendly. I will definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly but I would not come back due to Windows would not open so the room was hot. Aircon did not work and to top it off we had a family room only had 2 mugs and 2 glasses beds were in front of the cubard so had to move bed to get in to them. Very disappointed.

Great people great restaurant next door.

Our group of 30 people stayed at the Tudor Motor Inn & Apartments as part of a charity bicycle ride from Adelaide to Melbourne in early April 2015. The Tudor Motor Inn staff were great to deal with and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the different configurations mean they are well suited to different sized groups/families. Highly recommended.

Not a bad place to spend the night, or the weekend. Prices are reasonble, beds are comfortable, and the shower has a decent pressure (and is hot). The Wi-Fi is free, but quite slow, and they do have a mini bar.
