The tables in & on the balcony were dirty & sticky. Stained dirty doonas covered with a white sheet! No cloths or tea towels to clean anything & we did not get any towels for the pool very disappointing.

Great place, clean and close to everything and the people in the office wer great. I would without a doubt come back here again.

Terrible service. Took our booking for the requested number of people then cancelled and said they couldn’t accommodate as they had no availability. Their own website stares 5 rooms available and that the room we booked can sleep 4. They denied this was the case and said their online bookings are only requests which totally contradicts what the site suggests. Rude staff who weren’t willing to take accountability for their own mistakes. Totally ruined our weekend.

We loved it! Great price, great location, beautiful pool and hotel. Will be back.

Great for a couple days of unwinding. Beautiful location in a town that isn't full of whizz bang mod cons… just the way it should be!

It is a great resort with great facilities such as tennis court, table tennis, indoor pool and outdoor pool.

Really thin wall, you can hear everything that happens in the next room over. The shower had some mould in it and for an off season stay the buffet breakfast was sold out while we were there. Would hate to see what it's like during peak season! Amazing location just didn't quite love overall experience.

The most chill cafe in Melbourne. Love this place in summer for coffee food juices etc. Place for the kids to run around as well.

Blood on pillows when we first arrived, half eaten salata left in a draw. Room had not been cleaned once. Undercover car park was not big enough for our vehicle, (workute). Pool area was kept nice and neat staff were very kind and helpful but the cleanliness was poor.

This resort does not even deserve one star! Apart from being filthy, we booked for 2 adults and 2 kids thinking like in most places when you are paying for 2 kids they actually get beds. Well not only were they horrible torn up folded couches, only one actually folded out as other was not usable at all, surely there must be a health and safety code. When you call this company they cant do anything for you at all and shift blame elsewhere! This company will certainly not be around much longer!

We booked for 7 nights. Certainly not a 4+ star resort and having offsite management is an absolute joke. They're happy to take your money but not provide a service. I hope they read these reviews and seriously take note of what their clients are saying, as there seems to be a common theme. No servicing of the apartment was disappointing. The corridors outside level 2 were not cleaned over the 8 days we were there and were smelly and dirty. Balcony was filthy also, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Found a lace g-string under the bed, & it wasn't ours! Cleaners are obviously not very thorough. Had a bar fridge instead of a full-size one, which is needed, and there was hardly any glasses or crockery in the apartment. Disappointing that there was no free Wi-Fi considering the money you pay and the DVD player in the room was not great. Also, being a part of the Wyndham Resort, there were functions on in their bar/function room and so there were bands and people talking/singing loudly until all hours, with the function spilling outside as the weather was nice. Whole complex could hear everything. The positives were that our apartment had a great layout and the view over the pool area was good. The gym is a decent size and had good enough equipment with the weights and exercise machines. Indoor lap pool was good, needed to be hotter though.

This is a breath of fresh holiday air, — — plenty of that too — at Torquay. Good accomodation, some rooms not quite finished. Generous facilities such as a pool and a pool bar with happy hour and snacks to die for. Breakfast and other meals available at fair to middling prices. Friendly and helpful staff. The free stayers are subject to subtle pressure to join the club and have to attend a presentation with persuasive consultants on hand.
Otherwise a stress free place worthy of a visit. Opposite the beach and in easy walking distance of town centre with excellent retail and service outlets.

Firstly I wasn't actually aware that the beachfront resort is just a few rooms of the Wyndham Resort. Unfortunately this means no room service, no staff available to assist you, no where to get linen from and being unable to use some services of the resort. Also means you have to drive to another location to pick up and drop off your key. Secondly the room was terrible. I purposely booked a queen room but the bed was a double, the doona didn't even have a cover, nothing in the fridge, towel hooks in the bathroom weren't attached to the wall, the AC didn't work and you have to wash the dishes and dispose of all rubbishy when leaving. 'Poolside view' from the balcony was a view of the car park. Very disappointing.
