Lovely atmosphere, relaxing.

We had a lovely stay with Esta & Gavin,
The location was perfectly quiet and peaceful (being from the country we often find staying away noisy and not dark enough). The bed was very comfortable — the most important thing according to us! The sunset from our living room window was stunning every evening.
It was sad, because of Covid, we didn’t get to have the full country club experience, but enjoyed our time there, and day trips locally.
A sight you don’t have featured would be Buckley’s Falls on the Barwon River at Geelong.
And a fishing directory would be awesome!
We traveled to Point Lonsdale (Swan Bay), Barwon Heads, Apollo Bay (Barham River), and Warrnambool — a long drive (Merri River & Hopkins River), as well as Smythe River on the way to Warrnambool. Hubby caught a beaut bream in the Hopkins. I was surprised it was very difficult to find any fishing information in your area, so this could be an aspect that would put your resort as a ‘cut above the rest’. I love the idea of you having a fish stocked dam, and worms too! We had to drive all the way into Mario’s Bait & Tackle at Moolap, after finding the fishing shop on Google in Torquay was no longer there. Other close fishing spots are Spring Creek in Torquay and Thompson’s Creek at Breamlea. We also tried Anglesea River, but a local told us there are no fish there since the Alcoa Power Plant closed and water is no longer being put into the river.

Great place to relax with family and friends. So quiet & bush settings with beautiful views.

Beautiful countryside, not too far from Torquay and surrounding beaches, clean cabins, fantastic staff and owners, cute animals, great pool, lots of things to keep kids entertained.
HIGHLY recommend!

Although COVID limited some activities the staff coped very well with it and we all managed a turn with the locals and turned some great winter weather on for us too so we could explore outdoors.

Lovely bush land surroundings in very spacious villas.

This is a time share. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. It is child friendly with lots of farm animals. The indoor heated pool and spa are clean but some maintenance work is required. Our villa was spacious and well equipped. Again some maintenance is required. The premises were very clean and the staff friendly.

The owners Meg and Mark are very helpful and friendly. Meg is wonderful with the children and we loved the patience and kindness Debbie has during the craft activities. The Resort staff are friendly and the property looks well looked after and very clean. It's in a quiet rural setting with lots to do in the surrounding areas. The Resort also has lovely farm animals for the kids, acres to play in and serves some yummy meals.
We had a very memorable time. Thank you Meg and Mark.

Many thanks to Meg and Mark for a great stay! We will definitely be back and maybe more of us next time. The three bedroom cabin was just perfect for the three of us, extremely clean and comfy and the resort facilities were just what the doctor ordered. We really didn't need to leave the site to have a very relaxing and comfortable holiday. With our 6 year old grand daughter in tow it was wonderful to be able to partake in the animal feeding through the week, play tennis, swim in the magic pool with a spa after, walk around the site as well as join in the entertainment and nibbles that were put on in the members' lounge. All in all very well thought out and we were made to feel very welcome, even when we were a bit late vacating our cabin — totally my fault. Well situated on the Great Ocean road and still close to Geelong there was plenty to do in and around Bellbrae. Examples were the Chocolatierie at Bellbrae that could have waylaid us all day, the MillsMarket in Geelong, our journey to the Otway Fly Tree walk just to name a few. Meg's description of where to go and what to do was a real help in deciding on our entertainment. Many, many thanks once again. Cheers,

This was the best relaxing holiday I've honestly ever had! staff were so friendly, everything clean and appealing, the spa was so warm and toasty. I could seriously go on but love love love!

We spent a week here. The unit was well appointed and comfortable. Bellbrae was a central location for us to do day tours on the beautiful great ocean road, day tour to Soverign Hill, day tour around Geelong and Melbourne City. Too bad not enough time to enjoy the club facilities. Thank you. We will return.

We loved our stay at Bellbrae Country Club. A fantastic place for families and kids with lots of activities on offer. The indoor pool and animal feeding were loved by our family. The units are well maintained, spacious, clean and quiet.

Nice pool, rooms were being upgraded whilst we were there. So the facilities are getting a well needed update.

Bellbrae is terrific for families. We spent a week here and enjoyed all the facilities. The unit was well appointed and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The sauna was a little bit too hot but thank goodness the pool cooled you back down. We spent 2 days just relaxing and enjoying what the club had to offer. Thank you. We will return.

Great time share for a relaxing vacation. You do need a car to get to all local attractions, meals etc.

Brilliant place to stay with young kids with a playground, tennis court, games room, swimming pool and animal feeding every second morning. Only disappointment was that the activities were a great deal more expensive than when we last visited (2 years ago) where there were daily activities offered to kids for free. This time it seemed every activity (with the notable exception of the animal feeding) came with a new or increased cost.

Such a great place! Excellent for families, heaps to do, also relaxing and peaceful with beautiful views. The animal feeding is a must!

Beautiful place to stay away with the family. Bedrooms adequately sized. Nice little living areas. Stunning views. Indoor pool, sauna and spa. Open office space for anyone to use and lots of wildlife for the kids to enjoy and not to be forgotten… free mini golf!

What a lovely place to come and relax… very peaceful and the kids just loved it!
Lots of activities for the kids to do… very prompt service if something went wrong… they are straight on it… we had great fun in the games room and in the indoor pool area…
Central to everything… only had to drive at least 5-10 mins to torquay…

We've have come a few times and we love the place. Has everything you want, close to great beaches and lovely walks. I would come back again. Would recommend this place, fantastic.
