Great night out for dinner, meal was delicious, desert was amazing, if you would love a great feed, fantastic friendly service head to the Comfort Inn Julie-Anna.

Attended a weekend conference in the Ridge Room 03/11/19 and I must say how impressed I was with everything! Fantastic food, spotlessly clean environment and beautiful gardens. Excellent service. Loved this place! 10/10 :)

This is a lovely, quiet, child friendly place to stay (they do prefer not allowing the kids to prefer to wander in the gardens though… such lovely gardens are magnetic to flower-children). The housekeeping staff are amazing, efficient, friendly, compassionate.

Great service friendly staff. Clean comfortable beds and room, big bathroom, TV works. Restaurant great food Walkable to town, lake across the road to walk around too Swimming pool area great and central. Black out curtains.

I’ve taken my kids there 3 years in row as a stopover to Mildura and they love it. Will be there again in 4 weeks. They won’t let me book anywhere else. Great pool & meals and the staff are awesome.

Nice pleasant stay, clean rooms, excellent location, allthough dropped a couple of stars due to very poor customer service at checkout. The $10 extra person fee was added to our bill without notification, even after spending $150 there for dinner & missing out on our pre-paid breakfast. Breakfast is over at 9AM. I just don't like it when they ask you to pay the account before you get your itemised version. Checkout is at a non-negotiable time & unreasonable at 10AM, even after asking for an extension. Room was left unlocked by housekeeping, when I Iook off for half hour in the morning. Reported to reception & just receivef a blank stare? Great start, with a disappointingly, lousy finish. Review your unfriendly customer policies.

My family and I recently had a 'stay-cation' (we holiday'd in the same town we live in) at the Julie-Anna and we had THE BEST time. We stayed in a family room which was amazing having our kids in a seperate room. We spent heaps of time lounging around the awesome pool area, and were treated to a delicious breakfast. So much to do within walking distance too. A great family accommodation!

The owner of this hotel Kristyn was incredibly rude to us and left multiple passive aggressive voicemails on my phone as well as an unnecessary letter telling us the state the room was left in was unacceptable when we were in the middle of our stay. We only left clothes on the floor because we were in a rush and last time I checked it didn't matter what state your room was in while you are staying there as long as you left it clean and tidy at checkout. I felt like I was back at school camp undergoing a room inspection! No one deserves to be treated like that. At checkout she was so rude and unhelpful it border lined insulting. We were also accused of stealing towels which is absolutely ridiculous as we definitely hadn't and why would we want dirty brown coloured motel towels? She was going to charge us for two towels a total of 70 somewhat dollars before I flat out refused because the towels had been taken from our room by housekeeping the morning beforehand and never replaced. I had to dry myself with a hand towel after my morning shower. I also haven't received my bond back from the room even though no damage had occurred. Do not stay here if you don't want to be ripped off and every single chance the owner of this hotel is a flat out nasty person who doesn't know how to run a business or keep a once good reputation that this motel used to have. Such a shame as I have stayed here for 5 years in a row and never had a problem but I wont be coming back.

My family and I stayed at the Julie-Anna this weekend for a mini-break and we were blown away with the hospitality and attention to detail. We had the BEST weekend relaxing in the pool, enjoying the air con (especially on the 42 degree day! ) and the breakfast in the morning was spot on. We walked across to the lake for dinners, lunches & ice-cream dates, everything you need is quite literally at the doorstep. Kristyn and her staff are so welcoming, we felt at home immediately and could not recommend the Julie-Anna more highly. Thank you to the J-A team for a great weekend, and well done on running such a fantastic motel!

We enjoyed our stay and very convenient to all amenities to the CBD.

I've now stayed at the Comfort Inn Julie-Anna in September 2016 and 2017. The staff are wonderful, they are so friendly and accommodating. Each year, I've asked for a room with a spa bath. I don't get to enjoy a bath in the flat I rent so I make the most of bath in Bendigo twice a day. There's nothing so relaxing as a good soak in a warm bath. The restaurant associated with the motel is also very good. Breakfast and dinner dishes are very good. On this trip, I enjoyed the signature omelette for breakfast and had a wonderful crumbed steak dinner followed by a yummy ice cream sundae. I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn Julie-Anna if you're staying in Bendigo.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Heating worked great on a cold night. Plenty of space in the room. Was a good stay.

Me and my husband visited Bendigo for the weekend and stayed at Comfort inn Julie Anna, Room was very spacious, everything was very neat and clean and the people there was amazing… Very wonderful service

This accommodation has a lovely setting opposite parklands and lake. Very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Sad the restaurant was not opened. Would have completed the 2 nights stay. The trains run very nearby but really didn't disturb us. Neighbors having latenight spas was more annoying. I think after 10pm is a bit inconsiderate and may be restricted by management to before 10pm in consideration for other guests! Not a big ask, I don't think!

Stayed there for a city break, rather than a stopover. The upgrade room was worth the extra cost. Restaurant was good.

Perfect. Large spacious rooms, nice restaurant, and excellent management. Not only the best I have stayed at in Bendigo but up there with the best in Aus.

This motel was a lovely place to stay. Rooms are large, bathroom was clean and friendly staff. Close enough to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Bendigo. Definitely recommend this motel.

It doesn't look much from the outside, but once inside this is a friendly little motel. All rooms are grouped around an inner garden, with a small but refreshing pool with same deck chairs. Great to cool of at the end of a hot day (it was 41 degrees Celsius during our visit to Bendigo). The rooms are huge, with bathrooms matching them. Nice furniture and all the works (minibar etc. ). Breakfast cooked to order, with great eggs Benedictine.

The staff here bend over backwards to help as much as they can.

Family went to Bendigo for the weekends, we had dinner at this Inn. Staff was friendly and the menu we ordered was most delicious esp. My daughter who had crispy skinned roast pork. We had to pinch pieces from her plate. My son loved his chicken dish and, overall, dinner was great. Would definitely come back again.

Thank you an amazing weekend. The friendly staff and hospitality can't be beaten. The food is delicious and plenty of it! And the view stunning! :) We will be back for sure and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!

Polite waitresses, timely meals and good food. This coupled with the clean rooms and amazing customer service, I'd reccomend julie annas to anyone.
