Wonderful meal and great service. It was our belated anniversary dinner. We were greeted at our table with a lovely card from them and a complimentary glass of wine… an extra touch much appreciated.

Beautiful authentic Italian food, amazing staff and as we sat down the kids were welcomed with coloring pages. Will definitely be back ❤️

I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for so long and finally got to have that experience! Great place and the food did not disappoint. Definitely the best Italian Restaurant I’ve been to so far.

We went to Carbonis tonight and not only was the food incredible but the waiter who looked after us all night was the most amazing waiter we have ever had! Such a genuine person, Carbonis you really have won with having Tyler look after your customers. Thank you Tyler, we wish we could have tipped you so much more. We will be back not only for the food but to see Tyler! You are incredible!

My husband and I visited the restaurant for the first time a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. The service from all staff was absolutely amazing very tentative, polite and super professional. The food was so wholesome beautiful, tasty and delicious. Good portions we took our left overs home. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommended this fabulous Italian restaurant! We dined at Carboni's lastnight as a family, and could not fault anything. The service was wonderful, our waiter so lovely, the food was amazing and we all walked away after our evening, wishing that we were locals so that we could dine here more often!

First time there tonight and wasn’t disappointed. Service was great, staff very friendly and obliging and the food was second to none. Great experience and will return.

Not sure what happened. Service great and a few things tasty like chilli prawns. Canolo. Coffee and prosecco. But entire meal of 3 courses each was over and done with in less than an hour and bland. No checking if the tomatoes have flavour? Or the slow cooked meat cooked for long enough? Just disappointed and my date night was over in just over an hour. I want to feel like the meal has been cooked for me… and not preprepared in kitchen to get me in and out quickly.

Enjoyed our 21st wedding anniversary dinner tonight and had the “taste of Italy” banquet. It was amazing tasty and the service by our Italian waiter was fantastic! Thanks for making our evening special! We will be back!

We drove up to Ballarat from Melbourne for a birthday lunch and were pleasantly surprised with Carboni’s. The food was great, the cocktails delicious and the staff friendly as well as attentive. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful meals which are well priced. Lovely atmosphere and great staff. Definitely recommend.

Putrid. The room was stuffy and smelly. The locks to the toilet didn’t work, the toilet has spider webs and spiders everywhere. Our room window can be lifted open from the outside meaning none of our belongings were safe. The hallway light didn’t work so we had to use our phone light to guide our way through the dark to the bathrooms/toilets! There was no staff around and no doors were open for us to check out in the morning and no one was answering the phone, so we had to leave the key in the room and leave in hope that my debit card wouldn’t be charged any extra! I’ve stayed at a $20 backpackers and have had a way better experience then this. Do not recommend.

Room is good and comfortable. Could do with a bigger mirror. Bathroom good but floor slippery when wet. And shower head keeps sinking as it's loose and u get burnt with hot water when turning taps off. Only reason I didn't give more stars is the noise. Other guests were noisy and rude. Arguing and swearing and doors are noisy when they go in and out.
