Beautiful stay. Our room was Gorgeous and great location. Would definitely stay there again.

This is one of the most spacious apartments I have ever been in. The decor was beautiful as were the beds. Checking in and out was really easy as well.

Beautifully apointed, spotlessly clean apartments. Hands down the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Almost in the center of town, it is conveniently located. Customer service was amazing, and room service was available.

The rooms are amazing and check in and out was one of the easiest I have ever experienced.

Hi It was nice to have the gas fire on when I arrived it made the room cosy. Once I turned it off I gave up trying to turn it on again. My only gripe would be the small Irong board which you need to put on a table or bench to use. I am unsure why it was so mall when there was plenty of cupboard space to store a full size one. The rooms are large and airy and have a small kitchenette in them. Nice Spa. I couldn't see the tissues the lady said they were in the cupboard. Not much good in there when you have a Cold. Only 4 parks out the back so I am ssuming everyone else has to park in the street which from memory was 1 hour I think during the day.

The abode was fabulous. Wifi, TV, beautiful furnishings and a cute self-contained kitchenette. Lovely and quiet and a gorgeous old building.

Wonderful beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in central ballarat.

Beautifully renovated historical building. Had the King room. Was spacious and comfortable. Shower was amazing. Great water pressure! Staff were lovely. Easy walk into town. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic accomodation. Well worth the stay. Great position right in Ballarat and the most comfortable value for money apartment. Very stylish and the beds were so comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in premier suite for a night, one of the nicest rooms in Ballarat and very easy check in.

My bridal party and I stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment the night before my wedding and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was nice and big with beautiful bedrooms and a large bathroom. We then moved to the premier suite the day of the wedding to finish getting ready and my husband and I stayed there the night of our wedding. It was very grand and beautiful. Great for photos! The staff left us a bottle of champagne, chocolate strawberries and a lovely card. Perfect for any couple on their wedding night!

Absolutely fabulous, we really enjoyed our 2 night stay. So inviting when we arrived with the aircon on and bedside lights were turn on. It was instant relaxation.

Really nice decor in rooms, but we found the room dark, and had to keep shutters closed as to have some privacy (from the substandard property next door) We were asked by housekeeping on the second morning whether we ‘wanted fresh sheets and towels’. We are environmentally conscious, so we said no, thinking they will return to service room later, but they didn’t, which was really dissappointing given the cost of the stay, and the “please make up my room” sign we put on the door. (Clearly saying no to fresh towels and sheets meant to them that we didn’t want the bathroom cleaned, the rubbish bin emptied, toiletries replenished nor the beds made! ) We ran out of toilet paper. (We only had one extra roll and were there 3 days; family of 4) and never saw anyone at reception to report this. The room really wasn’t squeaky clean and had cobwebs in places. Furthermore, the tiles in the shower are really unacceptably slippery when wet, so I slipped in the shower, and we had to shower with a towel on the showerfloor to make it safer. Our first day was good, and we unfortunarely gave 4 stars on another rating site, but clearly we should have waited another day or two. We found this overpriced and wont be staying here again. Weve stayed at similar priced accomodation in Ballarat a few times now, and this one is definately not comparable.

I stayed with my family in this apartment for a day. The experience was exceptional. Cleanliness wise, it was 5/5. The size of the apartment was great. All the amenities were there. It is situated in the heart of Ballarat, which is added advantage.

We just came back from a 2 night stay… the room was heated when we arrived and everything you could want for a family with young children were set up! The only criticism was we all woke up the next day itchy & rashy… I mentioned this to the staff and they were so obliging to help in whatever way they could… it maybe an alergic reaction to the detergent… they even gave us a $15 voucher to Oscars that we enjoyed a nice coffee and cake!
Highly recommended.

Just visited to see friends staying there. Everything was lavish and elegant, accentuated by crystal chandeliers in every hall and living space.

Interior design lovely, staff friendly and helpful. For best rates ring directly. Bed firm and comfortable.

We stayed at one of their rooms at the back of the hotel. It was very clean, spacious and high quality. There was a generous amount of condiments, bathing kit, etc. Also, even though it is winter and cold outside, the room is well heated and I was able to sleep really well. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ballarat.

Delightful historic home turned into a pleasant place to stay that does not quite pull off the claim to luxury. Despite the great location and grand rooms with soaring ornate ceiling, this place certainly lacks some basic things and finishing touches of luxury accommodation (like the lack of a coffee table that matches the rest of the furniture, shower head being broken, cheap faucets and basins in bathroom in stark contrast to the marble tiles, etc. ) There is a beautiful big candle holder without a candle in it. There is no artwork on the massive walls, free Wi-Fi is non-existent after a few hours of use, and the cable TV is reduced to a few channels (no movie channels). Still, the place is exceptionally clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Wow — such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. I travel a lot and the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home! The room size is very generous and spotlessly clean. Manager is very helpful and good communication made checking in and out a breeze. Lovely Thankyou.

The girls got ready in the Premier Signature Suite on the second floor and the photos were to die for. Our family all stayed downstairs in the 3 Bdrm apartment — it was just perfect. Couldn't recommend anywhere better.

Well worth the extra cost for a 3 bed appt. High end, clean and spacious.

The best accommodation in Ballarat, bar none. Was recommended by a friend and so pleased with this hidden gem. Customer service absolutely excellent (thanks Jennifer! ) and would recommend this to anyone visiting Ballarat… you will love it.

Fantastic hotel. Great decor, large rooms, incredibly comfy bed!

Stunning. We have stayed here 2 times, once in 2013 and again the other weekend April 2015. The staff and owners are ever most helpful and the rooms are warm and beautiful, it is like staying in a luxurious heritage residence. The custom aesthetics are just gorgeous. The apartments come in range of sizes and I have had a sticky beak at most of the rooms. There is even one large down stairs apartment to suit a family who want space and luxury too. The Deluxe room is my favorite and I will request this room each time I stay. I probably bug them telling them how much I love the interior design and decoration, but I just do! Just off the main street, you call walk up and explore.
