Can’t thank the lovely staff here enough! Accommodated my family and our pups after we had to evacuate East Gippsland. Lovely staff, can’t recommend enough. The dogs loved the run out the back.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in the family suit at this lovely motel. The owners were amazing and so friendly towards us which made the stay feel even more relaxed. Thank you so much for having us. We’ll be sure to tell everyone about the wonderful service they’ll get when staying with you.

Lady at reception was more then helpful and efficient at her job. She was quick to get us out of the cold and straight into a room she was Very friendly and polite and made us feel more than welcome upon arrival. Room was comfortable clean and well presented. Would definitely recommend this place and would be more than happy to stay again in the future.

Nice motel with friendly owner. The rooms have been renovated (except bathroom) and are well decorated. Bed is confortable. Location is easy to find. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the owner I'm guessing he was an elder man over parking he came and yelled at two ladies really aggressively he actually scared one of them to the point they left early has definitely lost our business they had two children with them while he abused them it was just horrific and very disgusting please take this seriously as this man has bad anger issues who knows what he's capible of shame on you! And there was a toddler with the young lady whilst he was going off and the lady said just say yes and move so she's obviously aware of his shenanigans! Disgusting mAn!

Absolutely appalling. Owner was very abusisive an used vulgar language infront of children and made them very scared and uncomfortable to be on the premises as they very visiting their mum and their aunty that drove them to their vist had accedently parked half an inch over the parking line. Cups and glasses were disgustingly filthy and both my spn and I got an itchy elergic reaction from laying on sheets. We will be reporting the matter to police for being abusive to two women infront of their two children aged four and twelve. Whom are scared to go to a motel in future thinking thats what happens when we now mention the word MOTEL. Minus 5star rating.

Absolutely the best motel I have ever stayed in. Trish and Kieth are such beautiful people and provide such a wonderful experience. I would recommend this motel to all travellers.

Booked online and when we arrived were told they didn't have a room. The only solution was to send us elsewhere which was a lower standard room for a higher rate. Was very unimpressed having driven for hours.

Wow, that customer service! We were greated by a lovely lady with a fantastic and enthusiastic personally that made checking into the motel a pleasure. The room was clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable and fresh. We loved that there was an array of dvds you could hire from the front desk. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at mid valley motel. The owners are lovely and welcoming and you could tell they took pride in their business. The rooms immaculate and well presented, beds were comfortable and pillows amazing. I would definitely make a habit of returning to this motel whenever I'm in the area. A++++++

A great place to rest your head for the night. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The best part was the location and ease of access to so many amenities in the area like cinemas, parks and shops. The friendliest and most helpful owners I've come across during my trip around Australia. If you looking for old fashioned service, comfortable rooms and vale for money then this little gem is for you.

Not 5 star accom, however, 5 star cumphy and friendliness to us and our dog, the bathroom is great for big people too.

I made the best choice to stay at Midvalley Motel Feb 2015. We stayed in the newly renovated Family Room which was Very Comfortable, Clean & Accomadating for us with my 8mth old son. We thought they had Very Affordable Prices in a Lovely Quiet Location, Close to everything including Great Meals & Entertainment at the Italian Club right next door. New Owners Keith & Trish were very welcoming & plesant people throughout our stay. I believe they have not long taken over managment here & have just started renovating already making it a Relaxing & Peaceful Setting. I wish them all the best & will definatly reccomend this motel to anyone & everyone! & cant wait to return to see completed renovations in the near future when holidaying in Vic. ★★★★★

What a fantastic motel :) Right next to the Italian club with a great menu and a 10 minute walk to a beautiful lake. I would stay here again and again.

Great value. Had a lovely stay at this motel The owner Trish is delightful and couldn't be any more helpful. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. For the price it is the best value in Morwell, hands down! The shopping centre is just over the road and the club is next door soooo convenient Like this place a lot.

Neat and clean motel with friendly new owner. I loved to stay there, The hotel has all types of rooms, designed to fit the needs of any traveller. Guests with a car can visit Traralgon and Moe, both within a 30-minute drive of the hotel. Latrobe City Stadium is five minutes away by car.

Great value for money new owners very friendly and accommodating very clean right behind the Italian club great location.
