Yes a little on the old side. That's a positive. Everything works well. Amazingly calm atmosphere as you walk into your room. 10 out of 10. I have looked but there is nothing wrong. Well done guys. I will be back.

Very friendly service. It was a surprising bonus to have on offer a simple but filling breakfast — toast, cereal, juice & coffee.

David and shelley are amazing hosts… willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay… will definately return.

Clean, comfortable and close to town. We left some things in the room and the owner delivered them to our doorstep in Camberwell free of charge. Lovely.

Bit pricey for style of accommodation, having said that staff were good and polite.

I loved staying here as the service was wonderful and I was early on checkin, no problem for the staff. This is very neat, tidy establishment. It's great and value for money is spot on, I'll be back certainly and very soon.

Simply horrible! The costumer service guy was helpful and stayed abit later than their normal working hours. Except of that, the room had horrific smell. The air conditioner didnt work properly and I couldnt sleep as it was too cold. The bed is way too soft. The TV is tiny. The lights in the shower is too bright. My co-worker in the other room had stains on the towel. Go there only if thats your last option as Seymour is a tiny place.

Not a bad place to stay. There was a leak somewhere in the room so there was a wet puddle on the carpet. Breakfast had the basics, but was too cold in the breakfast room to stay long — our breath condensed in the air (middle of winter). Super friendly staff, though, and the rooms were clean.

The room was tidy and check in process was efficient. We were a little perplexed as to why the owners placed all the guests in a row, instead of spreading us out — the noise from both sides of the walls could have been avoided. Breakfast was sufficient. I found the wording in the room booklet was a little strange — they seem to justify why they DON'T have some features (eg charge back service, wide breakfast selection) instead of showcase what they do offer. There is a kids playground but it's the 'third degree burn in the middle of summer' metal slide and swings. It was a warm and very comfortable bed which was great!

What an awsome little hotel for $100! Comfy bed, great continental breakfast and super friendly staff! Stayed here just for 1 night and couldn't recommend it more for a quick stop over. Thanks guys!

Finally got my beloved black Porsche. (in joke) The stay at the motel was great. Fantastic owner at reception.

A last minute stopover, but welcomed and comfortable. Great Wi-Fi access and nice breakfast facilities. Large room for the price … Friendly service made it pleasant.

Clean and well appointed budget accommodation. Rooms closer to main road are subject to noise from passing trucks, but overall a quiet area. Staff were fantastic, especially with coordinating rooms for our larger group. And were understanding of a slightly later departure on check-out.

Clean rooms, Pet friendly, very helpful staff, the room had very good Wi-Fi and excellent air conditioning and most of all very good rates if staying for couple days or more.

Great, clean place to crash if your car breaks down in Seymour. Friendly staff as well. Nice clean pool, we took a dip in it, great on hot day.

Stayed at this motel after seeing Bryan Adams on the green in Nagambie last night. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, continental breakfast is included & the price is reasonable. It's only 15mins from the concert venue so we'll definitely stay here after the next concert there.

Affordable stop over on way to Port Melbourne. Quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Clean room comfy bed good price close by to town I even had a dip in the pool to cool off.

It was a decent place to stay in but it was quite dirty. As we walked in we had to wipe the dust off the bench to place our food on and the bed linen felt like they needed to be taken to the laundry. It's not terrible and it was a still a nice small place to stay for the night if you are only needing the accommodation to relax, shower and sleep.

Comfortable room and bed. Friendly service marred by strong smell of cigarette smoke. Restaurants in the area were all closed except for a very busy Royal hotel and Burger Me stand.

It was clean enough. Cold but there was a heater. The rooms were quiet and the service was excellent.

To be honest, It's not the most modern, but as for cleanliness, the quality of the beds and bedding and the towels it's right up there with the best. Then add to this the friendly staff, free continental breakfast & Wi-Fi. In Bang for your Buck terms it's AAA+

I made a booking at the seymour hotel on the 16th feb and when I got there I was told that the booking was made for the 16 march, and im sure I booked it for the 16th feb, I was told that the place was booked and I couldn't get my money back because the manager wasnt in! yeh right, so I cancelled the booking but then I get an email from booking. Com that the hotel wants to take a nights stay and not pay me the full amount! I was fxxckig pissed at this stage, got on to American Express and told them the whole story, now its in their hands! never again will I look or even consider this place, social media will help you guys! well done.

I give this place 5 stars because it doesn't try to be anything it isn't. Its exactly what I was looking for. A simple clean room, TV, bathroom,. Hot water, a comfy bed and a welcoming smile. Its a short drive into town for a pub meal or local tourism and would stay there again.

This was a basic but comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and the environment quiet and restful. We were stuck in Seymour for an extra couple of days because the car broke down and the staff were so accommodating and helpful it made a difficult situation much better. There is a lovely little park like area to side of the rooms with mature trees and bird life I enjoyed very much. I discovered the motel is also pet friendly which is a real bonus. If I visit Seymour again I would book here without hesitation.
