A very wonderful experience, This is our second weekend here, My family made it a Mothers Day present last year and this year, Beautiful Victorian Home, very spacious, and from the moment you enter into the home, simply everything is done for you, by the two fantastic hosts, fFood just so very delicious and interesting, service impeccable, so relaxing by open fires, oh so much more, if you need to be spoilt for a weekend or more Holyrood House is for you, Mrs Shirley Spano and Family xx⭐️⭐️☘️

Andrew & Keith go above & beyond to give their guests a truly unique experience.
The breakfast… just wow, the afternoon tea is not to be missed, step into the parlour for pre dinner drinks served with cheese & crackers and you don't feel like going out for dinner.
Their attention to detail is second to none, the rooms are beautifully appointed, you step into the lap of luxury from the moment you walk through the front door.

The attention to detail and overall care from Andrew and Keith was just right. Gorgeous breakfasts, afternoon scones and wine by the fire, all the little touches. The rooms were perfect, from the wonderful linens to all the little treats. Everything has been thought of for you.

Holyrood House is incredible. Both Keith and Andrew create a wonderful atmosphere, with decor, comfort and food to die for. We felt instantly relaxed and at home and can't thank Andrew and Keith enough for their hospitality and in such lovely gardens and home. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

Had a wonderful weekend at Holyrood house with a group of friends. The food was to die for and plenty of it.
Rooms were absolutely beautiful and so very cosy.

Every great review that you have read about Holyrood House is definitely true! There is no point in repeating what so many people have stated except to say that we concur wholeheartedly. Andrew and Keith are exceptional hosts. The accommodation is exquisite. The service is faultless. Remember service? Rare these days. We just spent two days and nights there and feel as though we have had a week’s holiday being thoroughly spoilt. If you need total rest and relaxation we have no hesitation in recommending this amazing guesthouse. Laura & Fedia 10/10

What a place! Andrew and Keith are the most consummate of consummate hosts. No detail, no matter how small, was overlooked, in the accommodation, the breakfast, the conversation, or the House itself. We had the most wonderful weekend, in which we were looked after like royalty, and encouraged to relax in "our" home. The bed was a delight, the breakfasts a marvel, and the afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks just fantastic. We hated to leave, and love the thought of heading back. 5 stars do not do Holyrood House justice!

A beautiful house and service that is in a league of its own. You will not regret booking into this wonderful little find. Easy walking distance to the town and the lake, stunning gardens and breakfast and afternoon tea you would pay a fortune for in Melbourne all built in! would recommend to anyone.
