It's very quiet and more privacy. Close to city Centre.

I have coming here regularly over 4 years. All staff are efficient with a friendly and caring approach. The room service is excellent with any issued dealt with as soon as possible. It is in walking distance the city and parks. Also love the views from the apartments.

Lovely place to stay. Carpark a bit tight and crowded at times, bedrooms need more power points (for electronic devices) and laundry needs to be open longer. Apart from that it's a great location and staff are friendly.

Loved the follow up confirmation Trudy rang us in Sydney day of departure to explain their lock box room key system " brilliant" idear for guest that miss reception hours due to arrival flights. The room was clean n comfortable with great facilities. Loved when Launceston turned on her lights fairy land view from balcony. Great position kept watch with time as the town's clock difnt miss a beat even after midnight. Many thanks for a welcoming stay especially with first time Tassie visitors when asking for directions staff lead us to our next destination without any problems. To much to see n do in little time so we'll definitely be back. Thankyou for the hospitality.

Clean and Tidy… 800m walk to centre of Launceston… Staff are friendly and welcoming… Room is well equipped and offers great views both day and night of the cbd… City park is 500m away which we enjoyed greatly… 4 Star rating.

Stayed here for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Great location and would certainly consider staying if I'm ever back in Launceston.

The 2 Reception Ladies we met were lovely, we had a nice conversation aswell and a laugh. The room was great, clean and the view was amazing. We left the blinds open all night. It was nice to have a spa bath after a day of traveling as we don't have one at home, so it was a treat. We had 4 days in Tasmania this time. We'll be back to stay in room 12 again! We love Hotels that are dated but clean and fun to stay in. We hunt them out! Everything is far to modern and boring and everyone is trying to keep up with the latest things. It's all a facade. Even the elevator here is awesome, imagine how many times it's been up and down. Not many reviews like ours, we don't think! can't wait to come back.

It's old and could do with major makeover, but the location at the top of York State is great, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. Top floor units have great views too.

We had a 3 bedroom unit that was plenty big enough and good value. Only one bathroom made things a little more complicated.

Very clean rooms with a beautiful spa bath which definitely came in handy following a long day at Agfest. Would recommend Adina to anyone and from now on, when we are in Launceston that will be the place we will stay at.

Was offered an upgrade as they wanted my room for another guest who wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately my room was certainly far from an upgrade and they were fully booked. We were too tired to try and find somewhere else. They took our money and haven't bothered responding to my email and never bothered to call me back.

Lovely motel to stay at, the view was brilliant and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy, parking was convenient too.

The room was certainly much more dated than the ones shown online however the staff were lovely, the view was good, it's fantastic location l, and it's good value for money. The room was showing signs of wear and tear, and is certainly in need of a re-do — also having to close off the bathroom using what appear to sliding wardrobe doors is a little odd! However the staff were so lovely and helpful. I saw them booking dinner and taxis for other guests, and they helped me with directions. The view over Launceston was fantastic, and it's so close to the centre of town, it's a great base for a weekend away. For it's price is recommend it, however if you're after a spa room for a romantic weekend, maybe ask for one of the renovated rooms that seem to appear in photos.

Enjoyable stay with a lovely view from the living area and master bedroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was clean with great facilities and in an ideal location. However, the room is a bit outdated. Nevertheless, we received excellent and friendly service from Karen and her staff.

Clean and comfortable, the 2 bedroom apartment we had had a fantastic view of the city, as well as a lovely view of a park behind. Parking was convenient and city shops and restaurants were a short walk away. Really enjoyed our stay!

I stayed at the adina place motel on arrival the room was dirty the carpet needs replacing the bed wasn't made right also the needs replacing the mattress you could feel the springs the cooking facilities were poor and feel that the value for money was over rated went to reception to advise them of the troubles the lady was very rude was adviced they only change the sheets every four days that's very poor paying top dollar wasn't even compensated anything would have got better services at a caravan park.

We were booked in for 2 nights but decided to leave after the first even though we had paid for 2. We got the blanket out of the cupboard and out came a cloud of dust and the blanket was disgusting so dirty with what looked like bodily fluids on it gross. No electric blanket on the beds or heating in the bedrooms. Wouldnt stay there again.

Great value and setup for intermediate and longer stays. Very good location to the city and public transport hub. Fast Wi-Fi. Would stay again.

The welcoming Late in the day was fantastic. Very helpful. Good pricing and the helped with us having a boat trailer and being able to park under carport. Would highly recommend. And would stay again.

This hotel was very comfortable. First impressions are deceiving as we were pleasantly surprised by our modern room which was very comfortable and spacious. Great for a family with ample room and within walking distance of Launcestons restaurants and parks etc. I will stay here again now I have discovered what it has to offer. Very happy and pleasantly surprised!

Always a pleasure staying at Adina Place Apartments. So close to great Restaurants and Bars you don't need to drive. The view captures the city, a working brewery and is spectacular in any season. The rooms are non smoking however smokers can use the balcony so not a complete non smoking environment.

Adina Place Apartments delivers above expectation for the price point it is marketed. It is an affordable, comfortable place to stay in Launceston. Clean, refurbished, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice towels, good water pressure even on top floor, city views from small balcony and as far as city accommodation goes, pretty quiet too. (apart from the city clock tower that chimes on the hour all night — which would be the same for ANY accommodation in the Launceston city area! ) Thanks again Marty and the team at Adina — you are the ONLY place we choose to stay when coming to Launceston with our kids — our home away from home at one of the better rates in town!

The week that I spent at Adina was a very pleasant one as the manager and staff were all very quick to help me to be comfortably accommodated as quickly as possible. The only regret I have was that there was really no bench room to prepare a meal and I had to wash dishes in the bathroom basin. As I do not use a microwave. The manager very kindly provided me with 2 hotplates which took up most of the bench space. The Wi-Fi connection is quite challenging as it simply falls out and the ABC channels on the T. V. Were often not available for some unknown reason. However, I would recommend Adina for short stays especially when you don't want to cook your own meals.

The guests who stayed at your apartments found the place to be well appointed and easily located. They were placed at the rear of the building on the second floor and enjoyed the views over Launceston city. Parking was secure and access by lift to their level was much appreciated.

No frills accommodation. Good location. Has all the required room features for a short stay. But is located at the top the hill. Be ready for a steep climb if you don't have a car.

We've stayed here many times and have always received a warm welcome. The views over the city in the morning are fantastic. Good value for money. We'll be back. Tristan and Thorsten.

A really great place to stay, central to Launceston city and it's many attractions. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and warm. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Tasmania.

Just had a wonderful weekend in Launceston staying at Adina Place Motel Apartments. They have a variety of rooms to suit. The staff are great and have good local knowledge and information. The location is perfect: a minute walk to the pool and 4 mins to the center of Launceston. Four ladies from Hobart needed accommodation for one night and Adina Place Motel Apartments suited us perfectly. Our rooms had every facility that we could want and it was clean and comfortable. The lift is an added benefit too. We would recommend the Adina to others.

Enjoyable stay at Adina Place. Staff were helpful regarding our late arrival and we were able to book a second night on short notice. It was clean and had everything we required however beds could have been a little more comfortable.

Have stayed at Adina on and off for nearly 5 years. Its perfect. Near to town yet out of traffic, Kelly and Marty are lovely. Well Kelly is lovely, Mary is. Helpful. All their staff are great. I spent a very enjoyable 2 nights at Adina — the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The location is perfect for a visitor to Launceston — just a short stroll to the city centre. And the staff are most helpful and friendly — I will stay here again.

Excellent. The place was very clean, large with tremendous views of Launceston. It was also a very short easy walk to the main shopping and food area as well as the Botoanical gardens. The people who run it were extremely friendly and helpful and they are motor bike friendly. I'll be going back there the next time I'm in Launceston.

Our rooms were immaculate. The views were fantastic. We would have liked the 2nd bedroom room facing York St to have greater sound isolation from the traffic noise though the traffic quietened down over night. Light sleepers take ear plugs. Staff were were very helpful and considerate. Location was close enough to city centre for teenage children to take themselves shopping.

Just returned from another stay @ Adina Apartments. Location! Location! Location! As a very large group we have been staying here every year for the last 4-5yrs. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms have beautiful views back over Launceston. Ideal when the fireworks are on. Facilities in the room are excellent. Adequate parking available. Fabulous self contained apartment with a great view of Launceston. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff with lots of brochures in the foyer. We will definitely stay here if we visit Launceston again and we would recommend Adina Place to anyone visiting.

I commend the management for their professional service. The room was clear and the outlook pleasant. I loved the spa. I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave in the room.

Terrific self contained apartment right in the middle of Launceston! Full kitchen which is what we wanted as cyclists riding in Sally's Ride each year. Stove, good oven, microwave, terrific shower! We needed to be able to cook our meals prior to cycling and relax in an environment free from noise. Great little balcony with wonderful views overlooking the city and surrounds. The staff are there to help and assist and made our stay most enjoyable. I would suggest to all cyclists coming to Launceston this is the place to stay. I love it and will return many times.

It was a nice place to stay. The person on reception when we checked in was extremely helpful with our questions. A great position as well. Walking distance to Coles supermarket and some lovely Restaurants.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The Apartments are easy to find and are super close to everything! The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. Plenty of brochures on things to do in the area and if you want to know where something is the front desk staff are more than happy to help. I would definitely stay here again. There is a little bit of noise that you hear through the walls and doors but it wasn't really an issue.
