Absolutely quaint cottage with fully functioning kitchen, wood fire, and very hospitable hostess.
Accidentally parked over the owners driveway today. She jumped out of her car asking if it was my car, we said yes she said move it from over my driveway, my daughter looked and said oh sorry I didn’t realise. She then yelled at us to move it or she will ring the police. (my daughter was walking over at this stage to move it). We said sorry again we didn’t realise and she kept screaming like a crazy person that we did it on purpose. All this carrying on in front of my 3 yr old grandson. Never would recommend this place to anyas I would be scared for thee safety.

I love the atmosphere of the old cottage. It is neat and tidy and well presented with modern bathroom that compliments the period architecture. The owner couldn’t do more to make me feel welcomed here. The location is terrific. I love the old historical buildings and the old bridge. The bridge signifies the town. What more do you want. An old cottage in an old historical town with a village atmosphere.
