The worst pub meals in hobart… they only time the staff put any effort in is when ugly bartender comp is on… possibly the worst pub in tassie… shame as it has potential as previous years have shown…

The location is perfect for us. Right where we want to be. The room is modern and well sized. Comfortable and clean. Service has been smooth and helpful.

This place is exactly what we were after. Very clean rooms. Modern rooms often stay in and around Hobart and normally disappointed we service and quality. Prices are good value for money. Anyone saying its to far from the city are dreaming. 10 mins easy and same to airport. Off the main Rd so quiet.

Good place for family. Good meals. Regulars can enjoy ten per cent off.

Great kids play area. Fast service, spacious comfortable. Meals are average pub type of food, not fancy. If you like your parmigiana and chips or your Sunday roast this is the place to go.

Good hearty meal. Service is friendly and helpful and the Bistro is clean fresh and relatively new. Great evening sunset views.

Friendly staff, great food and nice environment. Would like to see some live performances come back like they used to but I'll still be a returning guest.

We had a party of 8 people. 3 of our meals were either undercooked (Blue steak instead of medium) or missing components. Overall still pretty good.

Lovely clean motel rooms, attached club is ok for food. It's decent for your everyday Parma, pasta, stir-fry. Drink prices are good also. Lovely IGA just down the road for fresh cakes and deli.

A lovely spot… The Sunday evening in January found plenty of seating available for dinner. The dinning area is kid friendly and gave a real family welcome feel. The food was good and enough to fill you up. The beer was cold and the staff friendly. A nice place to beat tge crowds closer to town.

The soup is really awesome here.

Meals where absolutely revolting. Order the Parmigiana to find a plate of poorly cook piece of meat covered in a mountain of greasy disgusting cheese with little to no sauce. Service was horrible, bistro staff no regard for customer service. Overpriced for a self-proclaimed 4 star motel and bistro.

Clean and tidy I stayed 2 nights so I could go Aurora chasing near by…

Clean and modern, lovely people and the best spaghetti bolonase I ever had.

Comfortable rooms, food at the bistro was decent and reasonably priced. There's a gaming area too.

Food was good and there is a park for kids and nice outside area.

This is a modern motel built in the traditional Aussie style. It's smart and clean, and the units are far enough away from the pub and the road not to be worried about noise. If you're looking for a base for touring by car, this is not a bad choice — much cheaper than Hobart hotels and with good roads leading in all directions. Just bear in mind there are no cafes or restaurants for miles, so if you arrive back at the motel after a tiring day, your only choice is the on-site bistro. The food is fine but I like more variety when I'm on holiday. If, like us, you're visiting Hobart, I don't recommend this motel. The 17 km drive becomes tedious, although it's a good road, and there is virtually no public transport.

Food was amazing, size of meals was astounding. Great prices worth a visit.
