What an awesome little hideaway! Golfers would be in heaven! Stunning course with beautiful surroundings. Accommodation is great value, neat and clean. The clubhouse is a very welcoming venue with a beautiful open fire, comfy sofas and exceptional food and drinks. Staff are very friendly and made it a home away from home for us.

It's great golf and very challenging.

Highly unsafe, the designated parking spot for the checked in motel guest is supposed to be the safest place where you enter get off or unload /load your vehicle. Golf balls fly from anywhere and if it can break your highly resistant windshield imagine what it can do to humans. It was a high potentials near miss, We were fortunate as it just missed us. Instead of being sorry for our plight and offering a helping hand the GM of the club said “it’s parking at you own risk” as if it were a random street parking. Wonder what he would have said if it hit my 3 yr old who was around or any of us, perhaps “Stay at your own risk”’. The ugly part was the harassing and rude tone of the property GM on phone with no accountability of the poor safety standard and unmanaged risks to which the guests are exposed. The incident and the the club management unethical and inhumane treatment will haunt me and my family for a very long time.

Parked my car at Reserved Motel guest parking and windshield got crash by golf ball. The General Manager replied saying “It’s Park at own risk” when there was no sign board where I parked my car… he also said when you go shopping malls if your car damage it’s your risk. This was not a shopping mall. I had paid for the room and they need to take care of their guest. Rude General Manager and it doesn’t matter how I was going to return Melbourne Now I have to spend $$$ Though place is good but not coming back again to get my car crashed by golf balls I am thankful that the ball hit the car but not my family Guest be careful when you park your car and be safe I can see there a safety issue here.

Absolutely I recommend The Stirling Golf Club!. I'm a mum, wife and business woman who was desperate for some respite and boy did I get it. The views are absolutely sensational and calming, the cleanliness is second-to-none and the customer service is Premium.
I'm absolutely Blown Away by the whole package most of all the price to stay here for 3 nights.
I will definitely be returning. Happy mum thanks.

My compliments to the chef! Will be back again for a vegan meal. All delicious but I’ve never tasted asparagus this good. Staff also lovely thank you.

We recently had my daughter’s wedding at the Golf Club. It is a fabulous venue with great views and locations for an outside ceremony. The reception inside the Golf Club was equally as good. The food was amazing and there was lots of it. The service was excellent and they did everything they could to accommodate our needs. We loved the golf buggy rides down to the location where the ceremony was held. We stayed in the available accommodation on Saturday night and then spent some time in the lovely township of Stirling on Sunday. Highly recommend this venue and location.

Friendly staff great view nice food.

(From part time golf slugger) Haven't been to Stirling Golf Club for 5 or so years, but had a great day on Monday. Course and greens were in great condition, especially after a hot and dry season. Staff are great. Prices are excellent and will be coming back here more regularly.

Great community atmosphere and very affordable prices, not to mention the view from the deck! It's hard to believe it's only 14min from the city! Also its worth noting I'm not a member. It really is just that nice.

Absolutely Stunning place.

I had a great game of golf there. The course is very attractive and the staff are friendly and helpful. It requires accurate ball placement rather than distance and suits all ages. Highly recommended!

Stayed for a couple nights over the weekend. It was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on ever away from home! Toast and cereal, tea and coffee provided for breakfast.

Beautiful course, add it to your list of ones to play. Really enjoyed our round (I came first so I can’t complain) also got a par on the last 5 par so was a good way to end it ;)

Great after hours to sneak in with fellow druids and hold a sacrificial ritual, haha great fun would be better if they put in lights on the course after hours so I don't have to bring burning tourch's. Overall not to shabby for a ritual. Hazzar.

Was really surprised at how much this course has changed, as the last time I was there it was quite exclusive and very well kept. It is still a great course, and a lot of fun to play, and although many may consider the fact that it isn't what it used to be as a bad thing, for the 'averafe golfer' it's still awesome.

Awesome course, felt very welcomed and had a great day. Very scenic.

Stayed over on a Friday night (pizza night), after walking part of the Pioneer women's trail and found everyone to be so incredibly welcoming. We were amazed by the total hospitality of the club members (president Paul and Andy), they helped make the night so great. Plus the beds were sooo comfy.

Nice course, not too busy for a challenging round.

A beautiful course set in the Adelaide hills, surrounded by giant gum trees.

Well maintained, nice greens, pretty hilly so a cart is a good idea. The motel units are great. This is a fabulous place to stay if you are a golfer but also if you are not. The Heyson trail runs through the course so great walking trails and the view over the course from the verandah of the units is beautiful. Sit out here one night with some friends and a platter and a bottle of wine or some beers and you will appreciate how good this is! The units are spacious, built about the 1990s so not the latest and greatest but the staff are really friendly and the air conditioner is great.

A great course, great value and above all friendly helpful staff. I think its one of Adelaides hidden gems. I can't wait to return.

Stirling is one of the best golf courses in the Adelaide hills, and the best among the short courses, actually in my opinion it's the best course in the Adelaide hills when not playing in wet weather, and most importantly has a great club pro that can help with anything you need (lessons, club repairs and accessories / clothing).
To finish I'll add by saying this club has very kind members and a great course it's a golf course for all levels who can't hit a long ball and relies on his/hers short game around a golf course for low numbers on the scorecard.
