Had amazing time
Staff so were helpful nothing to much trouble
Rooms spotless the views amazing pol was cold but didn’t stop us from having a swim, loved it.

A small motel not far from town with beautiful views and spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms. Host’s are very helpful.

Beautiful, private, clean, comfortable, amazing view. I loved this place. The people were so lovely and welcoming. The room was exceptional and clean and the view was so great. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, owners fantastic and so so friendly.

We have just stayed there for over 7 weeks and we had a fantastic holiday with magnificent views over the Marina area as well as great rooms and pool. Fiona and Chris could not have been more welcoming and helpful with an extensive knowledge of places to go and visit and food outlets. They went above and beyond with assistance as we both had medical problems at times. We certainly look forward to coming back and give a big 10 out of 10. Well where do I start 5star service. 5star world class views. We where made to feel like home. My partner had a mishap needed an ambulance. Chis and Fiona couldn’t do enough for me. Sunlit Waters Studio Apartments was a place I could have all my friends stay at one time it’s our meeting place. A quiet atmosphere, infinity pool, great hosts with amazing knowledge of the area and a great place to meet new travellers from all around the world. And that view…

GREAT location and VERY comfortable rooms. Can self-cater if you wish, although numerous GREAT restaurants nearby! Woolworth’s Grocery not far either! The walk into the main area is a steep hill back to the property — BE AWARE!

The owners where very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, the view was amazing and the location was excellent. It was a easy walk to the town center restaurants the beach and lagoon pool, we enjoyed our stay.

Wow what a great place to stay. Lovely rooms, comfy beds with a nice kitchenette and bathroom. The views are stunning over looking the harbour. Fiona and chris the owners were friendly and very helpful in organising tours for us. Would go back.

Great staff, rooms were great for the price, definitely not the lap of luxury but seemed clean and well kept. Pool was nice and had lots of chairs for sitting and such.

WOW! We reluctantly had to leave Sunlit Waters this morning to continue on our journey north. We have travelled from Sydney and this was by far our highlight. Wonderful views, comfy rooms, walking distance to the main strip and Fiona made us feel so welcome and at home. Even with our one year old, we couldn't have been more relaxed. A bottle of wine is a must as you watch the sunset over the marina. Bliss!

Such a beautiful place … drove in and thought it looked dodgy from the back … but I was so wrong … walked through to reception and the views are spectacular! The room was immaculate and comfortable. The pool was amazing. The owners were friendly. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Totally recommend it … and I’ll be back again ASAP.

Great stay. We hace stayed for 2 nights and the place is great. Stunning views to the marina, big and well equipped apartments, very nice swimming pool… but the best is the treatment we received from the owner since the very beginning. Just amazing. Helping us with everything, giving good advices, always smiling… just great. I would advise anyone going to Arlie Beach to come to Sunlit.

So fabulously quiet after the backpacker noise down on the esplanade. Stunning view, brilliant pool and clean rooms. Couldn't ask for more. The hill is NOT a problem — I even got my postie bike up there without a hitch. I loved walking back from town after a nice meal, the evening breeze was pure delight. If you walk along Airlie Cres, it's not so steep and you get a great view.
