We arrived at the apartment to pick our keys up under the mat. We opened the door to a horrible smell, holes in the floor, tiles are falling down from the roof. Previous tenants have carved their names in the roof. There is a single bed in the kitchen. There was ants in the shower, the tiles were ripped up. … There was stains on the carpet in the “living room” and chunks gone out of the wall. The countertops were filthy, overall it was a disgrace. When we contacted Ian the manager, he told us he couldn’t help us as he wasn’t in charge but couldn’t give us any advice on how to get our money back. He then offered us a different room which had only a sofa bed and double bed, which wasn’t suitable as we were supposed to stay there for 6 nights. It was much too small and the fire alarm did not work. The pool has what I thought was mould but when I brought it to the attention of the manager he informed me it was “just grass”. There is clearly no upkeep on the apartments and I don’t think it was worth $790 as it was below “budget accomdation” standard. I wouldn’t recommended this place for anyone to stay as not only was it a disgrace but it has very very poor management.

A short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars right in the heart of Airlie. Very clean room. Helpful and friendly staff.

This accomodation is very central to all the points at Airlie Beach including Mariner. Across the road from Woolworths which is very convenient. Not fancy accomodation but has the basics for a comfortable stay.

Clean, comfy & well equipped. Handy for everything. Would stay there again.

Booked a night at the apartment, there was an error in what date it was booked for. The manager was difficult to deal with and very rude in the way that he spoke to my partner. When I then called him he said that he was not able to give even a partial refund and that he did not have any spare rooms for the night which we wanted even though it showed availabilities on the website. When he realised that we wanted a refund he said the line was breaking up and he couldn't hear me even though my side of the line was fine. Overall the customer service was very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone!

Good apartment and really nearly to shop and I really enjoy to stay airlie beach apartment.

Excelent location, with a amazing structure with a good quantities of beds and very easy to find.

Old but clean — prime location — excellent reception staff very helpful and cleaners too — not recommended for families with young kids — can get noisy if neighboring rooms are having a party or staying up late — overall it's ok we had a pleasant experience.

The apartment looks like a kid, the floor is up, the apartment seems to fall, this super deteriorated, and gives the impression of dirty and fatal, the sofas are disgusting to sit. We rented an apartment for 4 and there is only one bed ofmarriage and another small one of us had Quedormir on the couch which is criminal and was very disgusting. If I could upload pictures of like this, I would upload it. But if you want to see, I can send them in the mail without any problem, because it is a shame, because what you pay is enough.

Super location (right on the shopping street with restaurants and the vagina lagoon is also right nearby).

— negative: The pool ladder consists of now canceled tiles, an injury is pre-programmed. Please just use the stairs!
Big ant problem in the bathroom. Really annoying.
In general, the cleanliness above the floor leaves something to be desired (fat dust everywhere).

Pretty tired. Shower head needs renewing. Hand basin plug not working. Frig only adequate. Etc etc. Good thing is the locality. Centre of town.

Very cozy easy going place. Across the road is woollies and head parade is just behind corner. Clean and nice room with everything like equipment in kitchen towels nice bathroom, big tv. They have also storage room.

The manager is a great bloke, was havin a good chat with him, pitty we didn’t have more time and about 15 beers each. Room was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was great with stove top, kettle, toaster and full size fridge. Aircon worked really good and the filters were clean. Bathroom looked kind‘ve newly renovated and was functional. Great location, short walk to Magnums Bar, restaurants and Woolworths.

Great little place, fantastic location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Not much of a view from our room but you don’t have to go far to experience what Airlie has to offer.

The apartments are very close to the main strip and right behind woolies, very convenient. The room itself is nice, simple, some wear and tear, great amenities, your own little kitchenette which saves heaps of money on going out if you like premaking some meals. Would recomend, good value for money.

Tidy room, quiet and perfect location, within a minute stroll to the main street and directly across the road from Woolworths. Would stay again just for the location alone.

Recently hit by the storm, and many things in worn down. Sign was sand blasted, so hard to locate, and Wi-Fi does not reach the rooms. Close to town, and quiet enough.

Best place close to everything we will be back thanks had a great time.

Well below acceptable standard. I was so disappointed I left after seeing the room. Dreadful.

Wi-Fi needs improvement. It's 2017 (at the time of writing) and this place still doesn't reach all the rooms, and it's slow when you do manage to connect. The rooms were definitely good for the price, I'd say that out of the 3 motels I stayed at so far in Airlie Beach, this is the best value for money. The hill up to some of the rooms is a bit steep, but what can you do. Seriously. Fix the Wi-Fi and I'd rate it five stars. Any hotel/motel owner should know by now that fast reliable Wi-Fi is a great way to attract guests. The lack of this makes the place subpar and I won't be coming back until it's improved. If you don't care about Internet in this day and age? ) It's a no brainer. Go to this place.

Great price, close to everything and spacious.

It's my first time at Airlie Beach and this apartment is making it a less enjoyable experience! I seriously wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know or anyone who plans to get some sleep in during their stay. The walls are paper thin and the windows are just like sheets of slanted glass. The room literally shakes every time someone walks around in the room upstairs. Beware if you're on the bottom floor! The only great thing about being here is the location!

The outside is quite dodgy but apartment 1 was lovely and clean!

Great apartments for a decent price. Stayed here for on night after our outer reef tour and were surprised by how clean and spacious it was with a great view of the harbour. Also really close to the main road where all the shops and bats are!

I was VERY VERY disappointed AND UNHAPPY when I rolled in and realized it was NOT the apartments in the photo, after I went to the apartments in the photo and woke up the manager at portview… I paid $149 to stay the night with my partner the rooms arent gross but is not what I was after the floors feel a little slimmy.

Disgusting room. Nothing like picture on website. Filthy bathroom not cleaned. Toilet wasn't cleaned. Peoples "personal" hair on shower walls and floor. Air conditioner did not work. No fans. Very smelly. Not a clean place at all and felt like a flea infested cesspool. Floors were grimy under feet and had to leave shoes on. Could not stay but had no cancellation so I lost my money and went to a cleaner motel. I would not recommend this to anyone. Definitely not worth $155 a night. Cleaner room at different motel was $109 per night. This place is a rip off.

Really enjoyed my stay here, perfect positioning in town great little units and friendly accommodating staff.
