Had a wonderful experience at Amamoor Homestead last weekend for our mini honeymoon. Could not have asked for better hosts, better accomodation and better food to celebrate our special weekend! Ken and Kath were highly accommodating and the most amazing cooks. I can not recommend Amamoor Homestead enough!

Highly recommended. Ken and Kathy are charming and thoughtful hosts. The cabins are tucked away amidst stunning gardens with nothing to hear but chirping birds. Food was delicious too. Great getaway.

I spent four nights in a beautiful, spotless, well-appointed cabin. The grounds were glorious with abundant bird life.
I usually take my own food but after reading the website I decided to have breakfast and dinner on the verandah of the homestead. And I’m so glad I did. The scrumptious breakfast severed by hosts Ken and Kathy kept me going all day until I reappeared on the verandah for a delicious dinner.
Ken and Kathy made my stay at Amamoor Homestead memorable. A five star event.

We had a lovely couple of nights. Spacious clean cottage with spa bath. Beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere as we relaxed on our own verandah listening to the rain. Scrumptious homemade meals cooked fresh. Ken and Kathy were wonderful hosts and very welcoming. Highly recommend a visit here and get the home cooked meals.

Lovely spot, close to all the attractions. Wonderful hosts with clean & quiet cottages. Even our fur babies loved it. The meals were so good. Go the whole hog & have the big steak — delicious!

Beautiful hosts and amazing place for getaway.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The cabin was spacious and cosy, with everything that you could need. Such a relaxing place. We should have spent a few days rather than overnight. Many interesting walks nearby too. Ken and Kathy are lovely hosts too.

I loved this place,
The hosts were lovely people, welcoming and friendly.
The cottages and the homestead itself were in beautiful surroundings.
We had breakfast and the evening meal, they were both equally delicious.
They made us homemade soup which we weren't expecting, as they said it was
a cold evening and they thought it would warm us through. How thoughtful.
Fresh juice from their trees.
We were looked after like family.
We couldn't have asked for more.
We booked the package so we could ride on the train too, excellent value for money.

What a beautiful place with friendly hosts, we had an amazing night away and Ken & Kathy cooked a beautiful yummy scrumptious breakfast with freshly squeezed manderine juice, so yummy. Loved every minute we spent there.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay and Ken is great for ya yarn! Excellent cook to! Room was great, private with you’re own TV room and lounge sweet to relax. Good size amenities. Great views (even thought it was raining most of the time during my stay). Well positioned and quiet and peaceful at the same time. Highly recommend!

So peaceful and quiet. An ideal relaxing stay away from all the hussle and bussle of a camping ground.

Stayed here recently with our puppy, was absolutely gorgeous, so peaceful & relaxing. The cottages have everything you could possibly want. Very clean & well fitted out. The fire pits are so good to relax by with a glass of vino & the sunset. We will be definitely staying here again & will be bringing friends & family with us.

Very cute cabins with outdoor fire pits. Rooms are clean with kitchenettes and air con. Bbq available on verandahs and dog friendly. Lovely hosts and very quiet country side setting. Excellent stay.

Me and my partner stayed here last night as a last minute night away and we couldn't be more happy with our choice of accomodation. These beautiful cottages are owned by a lovely couple who really have perfected the finishing touches to make your stay amazing. Our favourites were the fire pit and chairs to watch the sunset over the mountain, and the jet spa bath! This place definitely ticked all the right boxes for us, will definitely stay here again soon :)

The homestead is a place of beauty and relaxation. After working long weeks and taking care of four kids I was given the opportunity to have a night alone. The rooms are generous. On arrival I was greeted at the main homestead and given instruction to locate my cottage. On opening the door to my room I had champagne and a cheese platter waiting for me. They were absolutely divine. As the night grew cooler I watched a beautiful sunset and retreated to the spa bath to warm up a bit. After getting into the most comfortable pyjamas, my dinner arrived. It was so generous in sizing. My steak was cooked perfectly and the hospitality was amazing. I asked to be left in my room to get some space and so the only times I was contacted were to bring food or to ask how I wanted my food. It was fantastic. They offered to light my private fireplace, but I decided to stay inside instead. The rooms are clean and the views are amazing. The birds and wildlife are both amazing to see and hear. At breakfast my Husband and son came to collect me. I knew I was pushing it for time but I asked if they could squeeze two more in for breakfast. They could. The breakfast was an amazing bacon, egg, tomato and sausage, with toast, cereal and mango. I would absolutely love to come back again. My only regret was not taking my husband. Because I think I really would have enjoyed the time cuddling by the outside fire toasting some marshmallows. I would recommend this B&B to anyone and would love to return.

What an amazing find Amamoor B&B was for us. From the moment we arrived we were offered relaxing and incredible hospitality and accommodation. Thank you so much Ken and Kathy. Oh and our dinner was divine… best steak we've had in ages.

The perfect getaway location, pet friendly, all the extras and country hospitality. I would definatly recommend staying here to everyone! The views are to die for!

Stayed in one of the cottages. Very peaceful setting. Friendly host. Great for stargazing. If able to I highly recommend the walk to the top of the hill, the view is beautiful.
