Comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed which is great. Nice beach to walk along to the beautiful pool about 10 minutes walk.

The owner Blossom goes the extra mile. So friendly and accommodating. I love the old style absolute beach front building. Takes me back.

A lovely relaxed spot for families, couples or even if you’re flying solo. Nestled away in Cooee Bay with access to its own private beach! Three generations of my family have and still enjoy Blossom’s hospitality and Seaspray’s comfortable home-away-from-home vibe. Everything you need is here, but beware the ‘luxury’ hotel chain star chaser as Seaspray is not meant for you. Prices are very reasonable which encourages you to stay a little longer and enjoy all that the Capricorn Coast has to offer or zip up to Rockhampton if you are missing the hustle and bustle. Visit Upper Stony Creek, Emu Park, Nobb Creek Pottery and the national parks in amongst time on the beach. We like that it also has rooms that cater for all members of the family so we can stay and play together. AAA+++ PS I forgot to mention pretty handy to the Rosslyn Bay Fishermans Market! Yum!

We loved our stay and the ocean breeze we even spotted dolphins whilst admiring our view up close to shore Very comfortable accommodation and Blossom this is a hidden gem we will be back.

Love being on the beach, the rooms have lots of space, parking is good. Blossom is lovely to talk to! kids could just walk to the beach, build sandcastles and fly their kites. Very relaxing!

Absolute Paradise here. Best Ever location, beautiful gardens and owner Blossom Hooper is always super friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The Beach front here is great for swimming or fishing. We’ve been coming here now for 21years and we will continue to stay here every year for our holidays.

Position, position, position. Seaspray has an incredible location, right on the waterfront, 10 min walk from yeppoon main beach a 3 mins to stores. Motel rooms have kitchens, and Wi-Fi is available, but you're there for the beach not to sit indoors.

Wonderful owner and staff. Asking how everything is and seeing if you need anything. Units are revamped and lovely. Always giving fresh towels etc. Will visit again.

Stayed recently at this magical spot location is perfect. Blossom the hostess is very friendly and caring person with your comfort at the forefront. Unit was dated but very comfortable clean and everything you need. The gardens were beautiful to relax and take in the wonderful water view. Moderately priced well worth a stay.

We did a road trip with my partner from Sydney and stopped over at this oasis. From all the motels we stayed at, this place was the very best. Beautiful units, stunning view on the beach and best stopover towards Great Keppel Island!
