Great feed great staff first time but I will be back when next in Rockhampton.

Ordered a Honey Soy chicken stir fry but ended up with beef strips and noodles. No mention of noodles or beef at time of order. Waitress even called it chicken when she delivered something that was obviously NOT CHICKEN. The vegetables were blanched not stir fried. If they ran out of chicken come and tell customers who ordered, and offer an alternative. Extremely disappointed.

The atmosphere was great and the meals were really delicious and they came out pretty fast and hot and the staff were very friendly.

Hubby ordered roast of the day which was Pork, overcooked and dry, with Luke warm gravy, mash potato the best part of this meal.
I ordered the King avocado snitzel, which I sent back as it was burnt and inedible, why Serve that? Next one was better but I got cold mash and under cooked veggies. Can't win, oh well, won't be back.

Went as a group. The lamb shank was very under cooked (Not even a little tender). But the staff was great and replaced it with a good one in not time. Great service.

Good place for afternoon drinks, they had the kitchen open too which really helps non drinkers like myself.

Below average, their kitchen staff need to be trained to have ALL meals arriving at the table in an acceptable time of each other. My family dined here tonight, firstly 30mins later one cheese burger came out, folllowed 5 mins later by 2 bowls of spaghetti bolognese, we then waited 30 mins after that for our meals to arrive. When they arrived the only excuse given to us by the waitress was "they were 1 chef down" without ANY prior notice or appologies for why the meals weren't served.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were neat and clean. The location was very good. The room furnishings could be seen with great care. If the Wi-Fi was faster, it would be perfect.

Can't state quality of staying in the rooms as haven't been in them. However decent food, got a pool table and nice staff.

We had the Buy 1 get 1 for $5 dollar deal & think you get for what you pay for. I had a Rib Fillet steak cooked to medium and it came out medium rare. The taste of the steak was not of a good quality especially being in the beef capital of Australia. You would expect better I thought. On the plus side the beer is well priced and they have a good selection. Would recommend coming here for a few drinks, but I would look elsewhere when it came to the food.

Had dinner on the Tuesday night meal social night. Buy one main get the second for $5. Ordered two rib fillets beautifully cooked. Only issue we had was the entrees came out the same time as our mains.

Good food good service was reasonably priced. Has a nice outdoor eating area with playground for the kids. Good selection of beer and wine.

What can I say? It's a good worker pub for a quiet ale to watch the footy. I recommend the steaks and raffles!

Just another pub in Rockhampton. Has the usual, pokies, keno and grog. You can get pretty good meals there too.

Went and got a counter meal. Steak sanga was okay. Lemon lime and bitters was on point.

Pork belly was good but waited for 10 mins before someone served us (noone was at the bistro and when someone came, they started cleaning cups at the bar instead of serving us)

I went for takeaway and the girls were great and very helpful, bought a drink while I waited for my food and the bar lady was lovely.

Food was nice but would have been better if it catered more for gluten free options.

Great place that is not too loud, allowing for casual catchups.

Rooms were basic but clean. Unfortunately the neighbours were a little loud and the room wasn't well sealed for noise.

There is 360 degree parking to get into the 'Glenny', the service was absolutely top notch although we were there on a quiet night. Be interested to see how they would cater to everyone of the place was packed full of people. All in all it was a great experience and would go there again for dinner.

Stayed a night on a $99 special for queen and single family room. Excellent value for money. Very clean and comfortable to stay. Bistro next door does nice pub meals.

The Glenmore tavern is a very nice place it has very good food good service but the location is very far way.

Unpleasant staff in the bistro, the girl serving spoke for abruptly, mine and my partners meals came out at separate times (almost 15 minutes apart), lobster special tasted like rubber soaked in butter. Only good thing was a $5 pint of gold. Won't be returning.

Came for dinner tonight and would definitely recommend. Dinner was beautiful and fast and the service was excellent. The girls serving in the bistro and behind the bar were top notch. Excellent customer service.

We were supposed to go to the Rocky Leagues Club for dinner but a glaring lack of service from the waitresses had us as a family of 10 ending up at the Glenmore Tavern. I ordered a med rare steak with garlic prawn topper. Hubby ordered the lamb shanks. My steak was cooked to perfection and hubbys meat from his shanks was falling off the bone it was so tender. No one in our party of 10 had a negative thing to say about their meal. We will definately be back for another meal… next time we're in Rockhampton.
Kudos to the kitchen and waiting staff. … they could teach the League Club staff quite a few lessons! Thank you for a lovely evening …

It's was really good the food was great and staff were really cheery and helpful.

We went there because of an advertisement on tv, streak and oysters. However, the staff new nothing about it and basically acted like we were making it up. The reason we were going out for tea was for my fathers birthday. The website also states that on Wednesday night of their is a table of 4 or more you get a complimentary table platter. We had a table of 6, and had a booking and yet again the staff new nothing about this. They asked for proof yet again, like we were lying! So we showed them on our phone and they didn't know what to do so have us a "discount" on our meal as a complimentary entrée was going to cost too much! Then when we got our meals they were horrible! My dad ordered 12 oysters Kilpatrick as he was determined to not end the night endless he had oysters and they were the tiniest oysters he has ever seen and said the looked like they had been "nuked in the microwave! " My grandma ordered a pizza as the glenny is well known for its wood fire pizza and even that was horrible. It had not much flavour and the base was dry and burnt. The rest of the meals were OK. However, we did not once get asked how our meals were like you you would at any other place! Think we would get more customer service at a drive-through. Not in a rush to come back anytime soon, you have certainly gone down hill!

Nice people, quite, clean and well equipped rooms. Good restaurant and reasonable prices. Handy to the CQU North Rockhampton campus.

Food was fine, but I had some gripes. It isn't obvious that the restaurant opens at 6, even though patrons are welcome to sit down. This would be fine, if the staff weren't still moving tables and taking bookings 20 minutes before opening. The staff in general were fairly unhelpful, often bumbling about and telling patrons how sorry they are that they're entirely booked out in what one staff member said was " 3 bookings, and suddenly there were many more". There was also an extremely limited selection of nonalcoholic beverages that weren't coffee or tea. Even to get a lemon-lime and bitters required moving into a separate bar to have them prepared, and taking them to your table yourself, which happened in the case of a few ladies who had their tables taken by other people who were told to leave soon thereafter.

Rooms clean, tidy & well equiped. Undercover parking. Reasonably quiet location.
