Pacino’s service is average waited 40 mins for the entree, I think they gave my pate to someone who just ordered. They then bought t the main while I’m still eating the entree, which was cold straight out of the fridge, so by time the main came back from under the ray lamps it was lukewarm
I recommend they sack the 2 waiter’s.

Under the current virus climate the food is still great. And the room is pretty classy.

Beds were comfy, air con was cold, room layout was great. However the cleanliness wasn’t the best. Lamps and bedside tables in particular were dusty, and the sink had left over hairs from previous guests.
The kids room was a let down, everything needed to be paid for expect the chalk board. And a pool would be amazing in the hotter months!

The best hotel in Gladstone. Enough said.

Great food in the Bistro with professional, well mannered young lady in control.

Absolutely beautiful stayed there last night 30th April 2019 and was just blown away, the room was just gorgeous all the staff were so helpful and beautiful hope to be back again soon.

Very nice our room is big an its very cheap too. Everything is good. For sure we stay again next time.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean as a whistle would definitely come back, the whole place was inviting, food was good also.

The best of Gladstone for me. Stayed for a night and wished it had been a weekend. The hotel is within the sports club, there's the buffet and an a la carte restaurant, and a Cafe. The bar is great and the beer is well priced. Venue is huge and inviting. Mercure Gladstone, I'll be back. Next time I'll take some pictures!

Wonderful service from the staff at the Mercure… every step of the way from arrival to our departure. I travelled with my mother who needed assistance & all the staff we dealt with were very helpful. A special mention goes out to Craig for looking after us & getting us out to the car when he was on his break. We really enjoyed our dinner (& the service) at Pacino’s restaurant. A great experience all round!

Really gorgeous, big rooms. Room service was nice and come quickly. Staff were great and they were really helpful. They allowed for a free late check out and the hotel is in a great location with the gym across the road (which you get free access too) and a doctors office next door. Biggest and best hotel in Gladstone and I highly recommend coming here.

We had dinner at Pacino's restaurant. My meal (rib fillet) was perfectly cooked and tasty. The restaurant has a great ambiance and the tables have plenty of room for each person.

Room was much bigger than I expected for a Twin share. Very quiet and very clean. Good range of TV channels. Two restaurant options with great sized meals. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Good amount of under cover parking too.

A very good experience. The food at the restaurants (the reason for my visit) is consistently good at both restaurants. Recommend Pacino's for dinner and the buffet for lunch.

Went for dinner in a very big group. All the staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful, accommodating, patient and had great attitudes! Food was great, the buffet was fresh, food hot and tasty.

Finally found a decent hotel in Gladstone for the right price. Food is great and very reasonably. The staff are very accommodating.

We attended a wedding reception here and it was beyond wonderful! The food was 10/10, the service was perfection! Loved it and I would 110% recommend it to anyone looking for a function ensue!

Free Wi-Fi of me than 20mb would be nice. Lots of probably there but kit exactly walking distance to center of town.

We drove caloundra to Daintree and back down staying at quality resorts all the way, our last night we was stuck, so I chose Mercure gladstone,. What a gem, was shocked never expected a clean friendly, great value hotel, with great staff, and restaurants that's accepted Accor card, Lisa in the Pacino restaurant was so great. Bed comfy, room spotless. 100% my first stop next time we go north.

Excellent. Rooms are gorgeous better than alot of rooms than the Gold Coast high end hotels. Check in was easy and friendly. Tv didnt work every time it was turned off but reception easily advised how to fix it. Special mention to Lisa from Pacinos restaurant, the customer service was above and beyond. Would definately recommend and stay again.

Very nice atmosphere it is clean and it has really large rooms, very helpful staff, nice buffet dinner, nothing to say wrong specially the price is very reasonable.

Not the place… but worst customer service to book a room with points. Not worthy of being a loyal customer to this group of hotels.

While staying in Gladstone, after enjoying the wonderful buffet dinner at the Encore restaurant, we decided to return few days later for buffet lunch. Variety of gastronomic delights, staff couldn't have been better and atmosphere very relaxing. Will go again next time we're in town.

Room is comfortable, great rate for king room, buffet dinner was amazing.

Usual hotel stay, staff very nice, room was modetn and updated but had really musty smell. Nice touches like coffee pod machine, comp Water bottle, mini bar, slippers and bathrobe. Food really let this place down. I had a steak which was really tough and chewy, salad very was average.

Fantastic service from all the staff … 5 star rooms which are well appointed … the foyer, lounge bar area & restaurants are spectacular… highly recommend Mecure as the place to stay in Gladstone.

We went to the Yaralla sports club for the second time and hoped that the surly woman in the change area would have a change in her mood. But alas she was just as unfriendly as she was the first time we had the misfortune of dealing with her. It's a nice club but really I just wanted to sack her. I don't know how she keeps her job.

Visited for dinner and drinks with family. Pacino Restaurant pleasant dining experience. Good wine and food and excellent service.

The staff friendly. The rooms immaculately clean, fresh, modern and well appointed. Buffet dinner and breakfast available at very reasonable prices. A great place to call home when visiting Gladstone on business.

I don't stay anywhere else. Clean rooms, great dining options and friendly staff. Avoid the rest and stay at the best.

The room was very nice. Great bar and restaurant downstairs were very convenient and the pasta carbonara meal was very nice. The room even had a pod coffee machine.

Nice room. Reasonable rates. Definitely recommend for work visit.

Dinner at Yaralla buffet.

I stayed here two nights. The room was quite a bit larger than is common and very neat and tidy. Service from staff was very good as well. All up a recommended location.

Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful with the little things. They accommodated my early check-in request with ease. A lot of extras were included in the price… free in-room movies, free Wi-Fi (that actually worked! ), etc. The hotel seems very new (apparently only a year or so old). Spacious rooms. Loved it.

I left my hard drive behind and once I got onto management they were very professional in recovering it for me.

To speak for myself. My experience was amazing! Love the strict dress code. Staff. Casino. Rooms and etc.
