Units are very well equipped and clean. Highly recommended for families.

Facilities were great, room very spacious and affordable. Can see how it can be a great place to chill out and have some peace and quiet. Just be in your room before 9pm. :-D HOWEVER! Just don't laugh and have too much fun, no noise at all allowed. Very sad Manager, he was very rude and the police had been called one night over a bit of laughter, it was nothing! Sad really.

When stayed there it was a great experience.

A really great place to be,, and is surrounded by great restaurants. If you are nearby you should go to the sushi place called ginger!

Needs an update. But clean and respectable.

Owing to a disturbing incident that occurred today — I would NEVER stay at this Resort, just on principle. A small child, who lives locally, was stung by a Blue Bottle today, on a nearby beach, and whilst her Mother was quickly carrying her screaming child home from the beach, the Mother stopped at your Resort to ask for some hot water (commonly known to help reduce the stinging sensation caused by Blue Bottles), and was told by the Manager/Duty Manager that they were unable to help and promptly closed the door in the distraught Mother's face. I find this act of unkindness abhorrent and disgraceful, but sincerely hope that you never find yourself in a similar situation.

I stayed at this hotel with my mum and children and my 5 year old daughter was unfortunately sick (only once) in her bed. We tried to wash it ourselves however the washing machine in the room was to small to fit the quilt cover in it. We let reception know and apologised to them, we were only given a top sheet as a replacement and were told it was an inconvenience as they needed to wash the sheets before the next people. Am I wrong but isn't this already a requirement between guests? Or were we already sleeping on dirty sheets?! Anyway we took the top sheet and enjoyed the rest of our stay until checking out when we were given an extra $60 bill for the laundry. My mother asked what it was for and when they replied it was for having to clean the linen, she was shocked. The woman at reception then replied with the owners shouldn't have to pay for the cleaning and it was our responsibility. If we had of been aware of this then we would have paid $13 at a laundromat instead. The woman's only reply was please don't attack us on facebook to which my mother replied she had no intention of doing so. It was settled by the lady telling us that she would have to take care of the bill as she didn't want to burden the owners with the cost. We left the apartment spotless and were grateful to not be charged the extra cost. However only a few hours later we received an email thanking us for our payment and wishing our little girl better health.

Really nice place will stat as guest next time not a visitor.

Fantastic place to stay just a stones throw away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Australia. The apartment itself was excellent — very homely feel to it. Step out onto the balcony and you can see the ocean. So peaceful and quite. Perfect spot to relax and unwind. My only issue was that I wasn't able to stay longer. :)
