An older style apartments but clean and comfortable.

Close to Cahill ave, b3ach across the road, all round great place to holiday.

We stayed on the 6 th floor very nice for what we paid Freshly renovated Manager was lovely couldn’t do enough for us good views.

Great location, however, price was abit excessive for what you get.

Location is great. But the apartment is outdated with minimal facilities, no housekeeping and more importantly staffs are like a robot. Worst customer service ever seen in this industry. Staff doesn’t even know to say hello, or smile. Just felt like talking to a wall. Won’t recommend or go back again. If you pay this price you deserve to be treated well and make you feel comfortable.

Lowest cost to stay on Gold Coast, but interior a bit old, its time to refurbish.

Very overpriced… decent room would have been happy if not for price. No room airconditioning either when advertised as airconditioned would expect that. Only aircon is in living area, lucky for ceiling fans would have died in this heat.

Ideal for families who want a home away from home experience. It's close to the beach enough to hear the waves and feel the breeze and only a stone's throw away from Coles supermarket for daily fresh food supplies.

Arrived to be told there was a $200 bond required which wasn't mentioned on booking, told I only booked for one baby… yeah right I have 10month old twins so that's a load of crap! rooms were filthy booked 3 rooms as travelling with family and all 3 were pathetic! One even had no fly screen or any other form of barrier to stop anyone falling out (and we were on the 4th floor non compliant with Australian standards) this along with our other complaints such as toaster not working in room 20, toilet seat being broken in room 20, air conditioner running onto balcony floor room 20, bedroom fan not working room 21, cockroaches running through kitchen room 21, filth on back of toilet door along with hinges coming apart room 22, range hood dripping with grease build up room 22, oven being too filthy to cook in room 22, cane falling from the chairs every time they were used causing a choking hazard for my babies room 22, numerous lights not working room 22, bunk beds with no fixed ladder room 22, unpleasant smell throughout the whole place… could go on more but I'm sure you get the picture!
if we were to ever stay again at view pacific (not that we will be) I believe they should infact PAY US to stay not the other way around!
Spend your time and money elsewhere because this ones not worth it.

I love this hotel the rooms are clean and the cleaners definitely deserve a pat on the back. The beds are made especially for you and they always mop the floor, clean the sink and toilet. I could go on about how clean it is. I love how close it is from the beach and the views are spectacular. 4 out of 5 great hotel.

Apartment was fair for the price. I booked through wotif and wasnt told that I needed to have a credit card bond of $200 put on hold for security. Otherwise algud and great location.

Close to the bus stop going to theme parks. Close to a tram station, but we didn't use it as we just walked to go to the centre of surfers paradise. Close to the beach, close to Coles, close to a store that's open 24/7. Cleanliness in the room we stayed in could be better and the $200 bond they charge when you get there should be included in the information given in booking websites. Overall, a good enough place to stay if you and your family will be out during the day.

Had to ask for toilet paper twice. Light faulty in kitchen and wouldn't switch off. UHT milk pods for coffee was old and lumpy. Apart from that… A comfortable stay.

Excellent value for money. Rooms are clean and spacious. Excellent location. Manager of this hotel was very accommodating and very hospitable. I would stay here again with my family. Thanks.

A bit dated but had a comfortable stay. Would stay here again.

The manager ruined my whole experience. Was a very messy and run down place with ruined furniture. Was promise a bond back but never got it. Would never recommend.

Shit apartaments… the manager is the devil, I hate him, he is not a good person and makes the experience to live in here worst.

We were there on April 2014 during the long weekend and the hotel is good for the money you are paying. The service is fine. We stayed there for 4 nights and we didn't have any problem. Its just near the Esplanade and all the shopping and food court. Our balcony and lounge room has ocean view so we had good time at night watching the nice view of the ocean.

Stayed for 1 night but will definitely be booking for longer next time. Excellent locality, secure parking & close to beach (50 metres). Our room had ocean views from balcony. Excellent friendly & helpful service.
