Staff rude, though I loved the accomodation. We checked in on 12/02/2016. Requested for a late Sunday check-out and was more than pleased when she agreed to extend our check out by 2 hours. We enjoyed extending our morning in bed following a night out. 15 minutes prior to checking out (all readily dressed and packed-up), I felt my blood sugar levels were very low and was feeling weak. There was no sugar in the room. So, I rushed to reception to request for sugar so l could make a sugary drink. I was met by the same lady who had checked us in, only this time she wasn't pleasant when I requested for sugar. She told me I was meant to be checking out and that I should not delay her as she had to leave at exactly 12:00. I told her I will be down for 12:00 and I needed the sugar urgently. She went away and came back without the sugar and told me she couldn't find any sugar as it was likely to be on the cleaners trolley. She then went on to tell me to hurry up and check out as she needed to leave on time. I told her she was being rude! and that her attitude drives customers away! It wasn't good for the business! To my surprise she goes "l know! you can go and book somewhere else next time" Honestly I was shocked to be told this! What happens to good customer handling skills, customer is always right! I hope this kind of rude treatment to customers gets addressed and stops. It doesn't give a good reputation at all. I usually get attracted to places that allows me a late check-out where possible, but not to get harassed for it afterwards! That's poor!
