I stay here ever year. Great location right in the heart of everything. Fantastic, clean apartments,

Comfortable accomodation centrally placed at good price.

Lots of stairs to get to rooms/appartment Clean and neat close to lots of eateries/restaurants.

Fell in love with the humbleness and such beautiful island and people! Zero crime everyone smokes weed and is happy.

Very clean and good location, Wi-Fi is unusable and not wheelchair accessible. The rooms are older but everything in clean working order. Reception hours are incredibly limited.

Unfortunately, this is what happens when someone makes a booking on your behalf. *The room we were in was near the street, one could hear everything. *Some of the room facilities were outdated. *The extra blanket for the bed I slept in needed a wash and had holes in it. *However I found the mattress to be very comfortable.

Terrible RUDE staff now there is new owner ship. Room was advertised cheaper on the day however we were charged more. Broken dryer — too bad if I needed to use it. Only good thing is it's close to what I need. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I had a studio room with all the basics you would need for a night stay which is good — bed, bathroom, air conditioning, a table and chair, fridge, ceiling fan. They also offer a microwave and tea/coffee but that's not in the room… they don't have an elevator so its stairs all the way. There's a small gym and pool, and the parking is very small. There are a lot of rooms but not many with balconies from the looks of it : ( However, if you're on a budget and need a cozy place to stay, this is a good place with a pretty good location!

I'm highly disappointed. Shower scum so bad the I can write words into it. I was wanting to change bedrooms due to noise pollution, while I was asking for a tea towel that should of been in the room, she told me that only one room has been paid for n not to use the 2nd room or I would be charged extra. So they don't care for there guests because immediately she should of sent a cleaner up to clean it, except no cleaners were available n they are quite happy about not ensuring I enjoy my stay by forcing me to listen to noise pollution, which I was unaware of until this morning listening to busy traffic n motels gates slamming real early in the morning. When brought to attention that letting me use the 2nd room would compensate the shower scum, well that was refused. This is why I am writing this rate of stay. These are pictures of shower scum. Just spent the weekend at Aruba with my family & friends! We all had such a great time and absolutely loved the location of the resort.
It's close to the beautiful beaches, shops & soo many restaurants — too many to choose from!
All of our apartments were on the same floor and had such lovely views, they are clean & tidy and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway! The managers were really great and helped us with local info and extra towels for the kids! Oh and the kids loved the pool, sooo pretty in the evenings for a dip.

Terrible dirty apartment with torn furniture and disgusting smell. Not worth the money. On the upside great location and safe parking.

Very happy with the stay. Disappointed all the TV channels weren't available. Very comfortable and so close to thecbd. Yes I wouldstay there again. 2

Bunch of fools run this place. They will take monwy from you in any overcharge they can.

So far the Studio Apartment is O. K. A good bed and not enough toilet paper, sugar coffee or tea for more than a day accomodation.

Small pokey double room. Not value for money. Looks nice on the outside disappointing inside. Also no lift to other floors. Not great after a long journey. Lugging baggage up 4 flights of stsirs. And reception is only open mon to fri. 9am — 5pm. A hopeless set up.

Not a bad place to stay for the price. No elevators to higher floors which didn't bother me, but was a bit harder for my mother. Loxation is great, short walk to the Gold Coast convention Center, The Star and Oasis shopping Center. Also close to many restaurants.

Always very welcoming on arrival. Lovely pool area. Close to lots of things to do.

What it says on the box, cheap no frills accommodation just outside the Broadbeach shopping strip. Rooms only serviced if staying for 8 days, no replenishment of consumables. Spending 20 bucks at the supermarket will cover those, what you spend the rest of your savings on is up to you.

Would not stay again. Would not fix a broken fan Very old.

Comfortable apartments. Closed to beach and shops & dining. Bus and trams to surfers paradise 2 mins from apt.

Chose this resort mainly due to its location! Superb! Great restaurants and cafes right outside the door! Clean and comfortable and the owners couldn't do enough! Highly recommend!

This place is great value for money, the room was clean & bed very comfortable which is a must, would definitely recommend this place to others the garden & pool is immaculate a credit to the care takers cheers guys & thanks.

This place is a ripper joint, great room and bathroom. Shower was amazing, water pressure blew the Brisbane pollution off and down the drain where it belongs. Allowing me to accept the sweet golden breeze of the coast. Good to see a place with a couple stairs, glutes were pumping. Only thing pumping in a place with a elevator is high blood pressure. Service was great, room was clean and location is fantastic. Knocked off a couple beers on the balcony with a view had a dip in… the heated pool and spa and headed off to enjoy the night life. 10/10

It good holiday in gold coast holiday in February.

Stayed several times… booked again for end March and will so again for end May — good value.

Clean, practical and reasonably priced. Great location for Broadbeach, shops, cafes and the casino. Good pool.

Rented the top apartment. 3 bedrooms, 1 living room. Great accommodation for 6 to 8 persons. Food places and shopping mall just across the street. Short walking distance from the beach. This is a great vacation accommodation! And the owner and staff are friendly and approachable.

Love this place! So close to everything. Stayed here back in 08 n have actually booked 2 stay here again this november n didnt even look at any other places. Really tidy beach n all other stuff sooo close just love aruba beach.
