Perfect location, great views and close to the beach. Comfortable beds, nice bright rooms and a spa as a bonus!

My partner and I stayed here last night on our way back to NSW. We loved the view & ammenties like the pool. It was close to the beach & shops. Now a few negatives the spa was filthy with mould & the front broken. Down the side of the bedside was something spilled & not cleaned up & paper stuck on the shutters over all the place needs a good clean.

Good location, great view and seamless after hours check in. Apartment well appointed.

Good facilities, lacking in local shops but its not to far to the oasis or a tram to any of the larger shopping areas. Hopefully when the jewel is finish that will improve.

It was nice and beautiful place. We stayed for 1week and the gym, spa, pool and sauna was really great but the fire alarm makes me worried though if you cook because they have a sensitive fire alarm. Would recommend this place and maybe one day we would love to stay here again.

Location is a further out from the shops than other hotels in surfers, not necessarily a bad thing. Hotel is not a high rise, so views are a bit crowded. Room was nice, but bathtub wasn't cleaned 100%, as I found hair that still was in there. Blinds and shutters are used in the room, but aren't very functional as some are broken and/or don't completely block out light.

Great location, only one minute’s walk to the beach. In the next street you can catch a bus to Sea World. A light railway station, Florida Gardens, is only a couple of minutes walk away. Easy to find. The room featured a stove, oven, microwave and fridge. TV had basic Foxtel. Air conditioning and overhead fan in the living room and bedroom. Bathroom featured a hairdryer, washing machine, dryer and a jet bathtub. This apartment suited my needs for the five nights I was there. I spent most of my time at the Gold Coast Convention And Exhibition Centre which was only one stop away on the light rail. The price I paid through Expedia was very little and worth every cent.

I love the thing that we can wash our clothes and we can cook as well. We got freezer/fridge. Overall it's good place to stay, it's similar to furnished unit. Secured parking.

Great pool… great to have a self contained apartment… good position.

Free parking and nice location. Staff were friendly and polite guests. Only negatives were that the apartment room we stayed in was very dated. The apartment would do well with a complete make over and upgrade. Other than that the room was very clean and spacious.

DISGUSTING! Do NOT stay at this crooked resort in the middle of nowhere! You will regret it! Management is hostile and corrupt. This is not in the city, you need to walk half an hour to get a coffee… Dear Frank (alleged manager), As you have chosen not to refund my money, I am proceeding to write to the Mayor of the Gold Coast, the ACCC, The Office of Fair Trading as well as report you to the police for your intimidation and bullying tactics. Furthermore I will ensure personally that nobody falls victim to your false advertising again (you are NOT in the city) ; and be sure to take the video to a Current Affair as well as alert the public by spreading these videos across social media, as well as alerting all online travel agencies you are listed with of your disgraceful service and shockingly agressive behavior which is as evident in the video's as it is unacceptable. DISGUSTING! You are a tyrant and had every opportunity to do the right thing; and thus I will make it my personal mission to have you thoroughly investigated if not shut down and then sue for psychological and emotional damages. I have already consulted with a reputable psychologist on the phone for support. I was acutely distressed by your agressive and violent nature.

We've stayed here twice now and couldn't fault them on anything. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, and the view is marvellous. Price wise very on the mark.

First impressions disorganised owners rooms clean but not working air conditioning and owners not consumer focused unwilling to fix or offer alternative room when have vacancy would not recommend.

Good value for money. Pool and spa area nice and free parking make for an easy stay.

Literally 1 min to the beach! Big round balcony to relax and enjoy great views. Great pool and spa. Tennis court & sauna was a bonus. Quite location but close to Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, lite rail and Casino. Will def. Come back!

Location is really nearby Glink which can get you to the Cavil Avenue (shopping, food, many halal food) Rooms have everything you need, loved the laundry and dryer which worked better than my own home's dryer. Theres a small 24/7 gas station nearby if you need anything asap, we got eggs, bread and baked beans there. Had an amazing stay and will go back if I get the chance to for sure.

A fantastic place to stay. Loved the fact that we could wash and dry our clothes in our room. Free Internet access. Rooms are reasonably priced. The new manager is easy to talk to and open to suggestions for improvement. We'll done Surf Parade Resort, we will definitely be back.

Our room had a live bat inside it when we arrived… because the balcony door was left open during bad weather, was a rather nasty panic attack surprise, also we had the privilege of no hot water… management was nice enough to come and remove the bat and change us rooms.

It is what it is… Self service part not bad at all. Enjoyed the tennis court and in-room spa bath. Would be great to have more Wi-Fi — it's capped for the whole stay no matter how long.

Just stayed at the surf parade hotel and I have to say this is probably the best hotel on the gold coast. We were greeted by friendly staff who are very helpful. We got an ocean view room which had not been renovated yet but still it is fantastic. The hotel is easy to navigate has quality facilities and close to public transport. No real weak points as the price was fair. Would definitely recommend to couples.

About 600 m from a very good shopping centre, rooms are very convenient and are all self serve, nice, quiet area and the tennis courts and pool are amazing! Overall great resort, recommend it!

I stayed here in 2013 and had a fantastic time. Planning on visiting again in november 2016. A fantastic location.

Awesome place to stay. My girl and I stayed here on the 31 July til 6 of August and absolutely enjoyed it. Our stay here really added to the appreciation of our visit to Surfers Paradise. Pros: We arrived early and the lady at the desk was very nice, so nice in fact that she didn't charge us the $30 early check in fee. Not only that but I requested an apartment on a higher level for better views and usually, hotels would charge extra seeing as those rooms are highly sought after; well she didn't charge me the extra $70 for that either which I found absolutely awesome. The apartment we were in (85) had such a homey feel, It wasn't fancy and it wasn't bad, in fact I found it very comfy and satisfying. Beautiful sea views and amazing sunrises. Jacuzzi in the bathroom worked a charm and the bed was super comfy. I liked how the TV swivels from the living room view to bedroom view and utensils and cutlery were at hand if needed, as well as a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board etc. The hotel is situated on surf parade, away from hustle and bustle of surfers, but very nearby, just a short drive. Speaking of driving, if you happen to bring a car, secure underground parking is available. I can go on but all you need to know, is if you're not a fussy prick, then this place is a beautiful place to stay. Friendly staff, good rooms and good amenities, close to everything. Cons: As awesome as it was here, there were some little things to mention.

Had a very nice 4 night stay here at the surf parade pool and spa was very clean tidy and a joy to relax in our apartment on the top floor had awesome views of the beach and also city life the staff on the desk are very helpful thank you very much for all your help I would recommend to all looking for a place to stay to stay at the surf resort clean tidy accommodation helpful friendly staff five stars from me and my partner we loved it.

When my husband booked the apartment for my bday for the 4th of december 2014 last minute just gone for 4 nights he had no idea what floor we would be on but amazingly we were treated to the 8th floor the 2nd top floor with views from mt warning to the gold coast hinterland to the beach the room was clean the bed was so comfortable and the spa wow amazing and the price per night was so worth it very affordable the people down the gold coast are always so pleasant to talk to and everyone greets you with a friendly hello. This resort is so amazing who said you have to spend heaps on a room to enjoy it, the sauna n pool and the outdoor spa was beautiful and hardly had anyone in it so the romantic weekend was bliss. The hubby and I would definitely stay here over and over again thank you Surf parade :).

Have stayed at Surf Parade Resort 3 times and find it to be absolutely excellent. The on-site management team led by Cathy are super friendly and helpful to their Guests. Their is a pool and spa, tennis court, BBQ, small gym and ample secure underground parking. The apartments with balcony are excellent, well appointed, very comfortable, and flat screen TV with all the channels. The location is superb between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach with a local bus route right outside in Surf Parade and a short walk to the finest beaches you will enjoy. Closeby on the Gold Coast Highway there is a selection of local buses taking you to most places. There are Supermarkets available in Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach with a Spar nearby for essentials. There is a great selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby for refreshments. The Surf Clubs and Bowling Clubs are a must visit and nearby the Broadbeach Bowling Club there is a 'Fish and Chip' shop serving take-away food of the highest order. If you are looking for the best and affordable place to stay on the Gold Coast look no further. I look forward to my next visit.

Amazing, amazing AMAZING! I have stayed at Surf Parade Resort twice now and am totally ready to go back! I recommend Surf Parade Resort to people of all ages who are looking to stay somewhere that provides clean rooms, has a great outdoor area (including pool and spa) and friendly staff who are more than happy to help. For your next trip away I recommend booking at Surf Parade Resort, you will not be disappointed.

This place is perfect for couples. The apartments are very clean with a wonderful spa bath and our apartment had great sea views. Managers are friendly and help you get the most out of your holiday with plenty of suggestions on where to go and what to do. We loved our stay at this great resort.
