Review of Aloha Apartments

DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL! Me and my parents booked this hotel during the peak time of the year, we paid $420 per night and the room they provide was shocking. This hotel does not even deserve one start. The first day when we arrived at the hotel, the reception staff offer us a proposal, he said if we cancel the booking of the room from Booking. Com we will have free parking. We didn't think much at that time, because free parking why not. But when I enter the room I was shocked, the room is disgusting, almost everything in that room was rusted, I cant never forget even the lamp next to the bed is full of rust. The room smelled like musty, we were very unsatisfied and we wanted a refund, the hotel refused. They arranged another room in the building next to it, and it even worse. The new room was full of the cockroach, the first day of our stay we killed at least 10 of cockroaches. And the first day slept so bad. And something even disgusting me is, when you put your room on Booking. Com, the platform take 15% commission from the hotel, why we didn't get discounts. Actually, the hotel also overcharged us which we discovered later, 1. They charged 2% payment fee and no refund of 15% commission 2. They still charge the parking fee, which they refunded afterwards, but if we didn’t check the bill carefully we would know, they also didn't wanna give us the invoice at the beginning. 3. They guaranteed free Wi-Fi and cleaning the room. They didn't provide me with Wifi and room service which we paid $420! for what! We paid $3000, the commission is total $450 and they still charge $60 of payment fee. This Hotel is a fraud, I spent my time to write this review is for preventing others have the same experience as us and end up has a bad mood for the holiday. I also reported this Hotel to ACCC organisation and BOOKING. Com.
