1. I was charged more money than booked amount. I have try to call owner to know the reason, but the owner never answer the phone.
2. Pretty dirty. The linens hang in the rain, ants everywhere, no air conditioner, noisy…
3. The owner took another about $50 on the day we left but she did’t tell me what is it for? I called, but no answer.
4. The bed linen was found foundation on it in apartment 3. It w was disgusting.
5. The owner never answer your phone and message.
This quaint apartment block was ideally located overlooking the park and river however, if you book a Friday or Saturday night be advised that the Criterion Nightclub 2 doors up kicks up its heels between 10 — 2 am and the patrons are very noisy … and drunk when leaving. I was disappointed with the state of the apartment, it really needed a spring clean, the shutters in particular. Also suggest more cooking equipment during these COVID times is required. The beds and couches all very comfortable, however it would be recommended there was some form of need heater for those early winter mornings.

My wife and I chose not to stay here after viewing the flat which we had already paid for — had we been able to view first, we wouldn't have booked.
Accessing a shower over a bath is a danger to someone with hip and knee problems and simply does not suit us.
Car parking is not provided but on street parking is available at the front on the street or in someone else's business carpark at the rear but the key provided didn't open the lock on the gate — jump the 1 metre fence? Neither form of car parking is secure.
There is no "stunning view of the beautiful Mary River" from apartment 4 which is downstairs at the back but provides a view of the neighbour's carpark through the wire fence.
Like many others, "management" have failed to respond to my text messages or emails.
As we did not stay after a 2 minute viewing, we caused no need for housekeeping and should be reimbursed our accommodation fee, as I have asked for a number of times.
My first notification to them was the following morning and there were another 4 or 5 following that but no replies.
