Great staff park kept clean and tidy close to beach and shops.

This is our second night here, what can I say Lisa brilliant from first initial phone call to booking in and arriving just fantastic. Cabin is excellent clean TV working air conditioning bloody cold but in this heat most welcome. Will defs be back and will bring my cousin and her hubby with us.

The internet is very poor. Some days not available at all. Very disappointed as we rely on it to keep in touch with friends and family.

Lovely park kept immaculate. Ensuites have no exhaust fan and steams up quickly. Staff smoking in front of guests is not a good sight.

Lovely staff, very helpful! Good location, close to the shops. Great for family.

Very helpful staff during out booking in. We could not get on to our allocated site, but they came up with another with an even better aspect.

Great park clean facilities good and the bonus four legged friendly. A great place to stay at reasonable rates.

A good little park. We have an Economy Cabin which is excellent value for money. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

This park is one of my favorites. It's clean, central and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some of the caravan sites are a bit tight to get into but we were asked if we needed assistance with getting onto our site. There are also drive through sites. The pool is lovely. Amenities have a bit of age to them but are always clean. This is a very well run park.

Good clean accommodation and they went out of their way to accommodate our dog.

I booked this place because of the games area for kids. The pool table wasn't able to be used as all the pool ques were broken. The air hockey table didnt have any air. I found the rooms to be nice but not what I expected from photos.

The cabins are ok. They need yo be upgraded. I realise that the new owners are trying to upgrade but things take time. I would stay there again.

Very nice area, very helpful staff, visiting friends who were staying, room looked very nice.

If you like ants, toilets that don't flush properly and being repeatedly lied to about Wi-Fi that never worked, leaking fridge, lights outside your bedroom all night with curtains that don't quite close… Hmm, I would never stay there again.

Great park, laid out well. Nice sites, and friendly staff. Wish there was more visitor parking though.

Good accommodation, parking in and around the cabins is a bit tight — the cabins are well appointed — 4 bunks in one room and queen bed in another.

Quite park residents are friendly barbecue area cool until power & gas went out poolside a bit green overall nice park shopping just down road beachfront too?

Close to the beach. Clean rooms and the staff is great.

Great place, assistance with parking van, concrete and grass sites available.

We gound the park clean, neat and tidy. What we didn't realise that pet friendly meant that pets took precedence over patrons. We had 1 dog on 1 side, 2 dogs the other and 2 more dogs opposite — and they were NOT quiet. When we approached staff they said they hadn"t spoke to the owners and nor would they. We moved a week early. So I say be very careful as to what you might discover! No refund either only a credit to be used later. Discovery Parks really need to lift their game.

I like it but bed wheels need luck on it. And need more tea towel. Everything is good.

The powered caravan sites are well kept. Some sites are a bit tight to get into. There is a camp kitchen, games room and pool. The park is central to shopping centres and close to Hervey Bay beach's. The staff have been very helpful and friendly.

Clean budget accommodation. Friendly and helpful management. 15 minute walk to the bay for an adult.

Lovely clean place. Staff are very friendly and helpful, amenities are very clean. Re located us to a bigger camp area due to other not being big enough no fuss and very helpful will definitely be back :)

Terrible service and terrible management. Will definitely not be back here. It takes a lot to get me to write a bad review but they pulled out all the stops. Don't waste your time visiting.

Simple and comfortable … Clean and spacious!

Really bad customer service from Peter. There were 2 towels for 4 people. No internet in our cabin although it states "Fast and Free Wi-Fi" and then the entry key to the boom gate wasn't programmed. Peter then want to argue with as he was effect by alcohol. Not safe for my kids!

Lovely Park Managers and support staff. We have been long term residents three separate times over the last few years, love the park. Can't thank Ian and Jenny enough. Barry and Robyn Wardrop.

Excellent. Staff friendliness. All amenities are very clean.
Camping number one.

Good friendly service and relatively economical at $85 per night for a double bed cabin. The cabin's also include 2 bunks and a sofa bed so if you really wanted to you could have 6 people in there, however it's open plan so no privacy! Plus no aircon in these standard rooms but the ceiling fan and fly screens made opening the window's good enough.
