Views are incredible! Gated community is very quiet and peaceful. The pool area is stunning. Very well styled gardens. Rooms are dated but clean. No air conditioning in the bedroom — only in the lounge.

Beautiful position right on the water. Office staff, cleaners are more than happy to help. Such good value. We stayed in the one Studio Apartment which we love.
Perhaps new coffee mugs, cutlery, breadboard and plates that match would make a huge difference.
Regardless we will return for sure.

Poor facilities, most aspects of the resort closed and no notification to guests prior to arrival, dirty room including cockroaches running throughout. Limited cooking equipment in a self contained unit. Chairs and table outside unit very old to the point that our children got itchy fibres in their skin when sitting at them. Could not even get a car park inside the complex as many taken by boats or locals. The view is about the only positive aspect.

Beautiful views. Unfortunately we were robbed at this resort and no out come or sympathies. I recommend higher surveillance and security.

No BBQS Near Pool and have to pay for them. The views are spectacular here and you can’t really enjoy them for a meal.

Great place loved waking up and having breakfast looking at the water each morning.

Very rude Onsite manager, had his children swimming in the pool Bomb diving ect, when another child done the same spoke very rudely to the child repeatedly asking him if he could read. Then caused a scene with the children using demeaning language when the parent of the children stepped in he caused a further scene making all guests feel uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend visiting as the manager doesn’t like to share HIS pool. Apparently it’s his pool his rules. As far as I am aware the rules should apply to everyone. Then as the family was leaving he yelled obscenities.

Lovely place to stay family friendly overlooking the bay clean units pools & walking distance to nice restaurants.

Wonderful ocean views. Rooms are spacious and the facilities are very secure. Comfortable furnishings and a very nice balcony looking out onto round island and surroundings.

My son & daughter in law had a leaky dishwasher, food under the lounge. Staff at reception not co operative at all.

I stayed here with my family for nearly 2 weeks very recently. I’d give 4/10, the pool was great, the views were excellent & it’s a great location. But they were the only good things.
Beds were uncomfortable & felt dirty, apartment smelt when we arrived, I had to go to woollies and get cleaning products aswell as a candle to try make room smell good. Mould in the shower. Not enough towels for a family staying for longer then a week. Games room had like two items to play.
There was a stain on one of the pillows. Couches weren’t cleaned well at all. Only one aircon in the apartment, isn’t enough to keep the whole apartment cold because you weren’t allowed to have it lower then 21, had to sleep with our doors open as the aircon was only located in lounge room. Apartments are very out dated, with no Wi-Fi. Was very disappointed, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location looking out over the ocean to Fraser Island. Rooms are good, neat and tidy. Secure parking. Marina 150 metres away.

We actually stayed at an Airbnb on this site and it was fantastic. The location is brilliant and the view is absolutely amazing. There are BBQ areas and a tennis court on the site. There is a lovely cool area as well right beside the bay. The location is extremely convenient with plenty of bars and eateries nearby. There are bike tracks which go from this Resort right into Hervey Bay. It is a lovely location for two or even a small family.

Amazing views and good resort facilities. The rooms decorations and furniture are a bit dated. Little bit away from shops have to drive to them. Enjoyed our time here.

Clean, beachfront apartments. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a quality stay.

Booked to stay here for a couple of nights paid extra to be on the beachside to keep a eye on our jetskis anchored on the beach they took our booking and it even says breakfree took the money on our bank statement but on arrival told us we were booked in the mantra next door which we had been quoted $175 per night to stay at but paid the extra $230per night to stay at breakfree which is also run by mantra on the beach side After many phone calls to head office and each person spoken to said they will get someone else to call back but never did they have told us that they will not refund the difference for the extra we paid and have said that’s the room the sales lady booked us for so it seems there sales staff would of made a nice commission on our booking Rooms we also outdated and the shower over bath was the smallest I’ve ever seen If you plan on booking here be very careful as they will down grade your room and you won’t know til you check in and it seems from reception to head office no one knows what’s going on.

Great location for a holiday and very reasonably priced, our room was pretty outdated, the sofa was ancient and with 3 bedrooms in the room, there wasnt a lot of space or furniture for all of us to sit and share TV or conversation.

Fantastic view, right on the waterfront. Private rooftop seating area. Room showing it's age slightly, but still clean and we'll kept. Overall a fantastic place at a fair price.

Beautiful location and well kept resort, but the room left much to be desired. It was in desperate need of an update, the water pressure was terrible and the shower hose leaked all over the bathroom floor, there wasnt a single piece of matching cutlery or crockery, the rug shed more than my dog and the laminate around the spa looked like it had a foot of mould growing between the layers. The bed was not comfortable either. No Wi-Fi.

The 4 stars are for the location and wildlife. I was a dolphin swim past the other morning. Unfortunately the rooms are very different. This time we have a nicer room, but even still it needs maintenance. The last room we stayed at wasn't as nice. But we'll be back! It's a great place to bring the kids.

Nice, no Wi-Fi though which can be a challenge. But the nearby cafe has Wi-Fi. We had a good room.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Described one type of room to us over the phone when booking and then reserved another without the facilities. Despite admitting we were misled on the phone they would not refund our money. Needless to say we went elsewhere.

Terribly run down one bedroom apartment with dirty fan, broken curtains, sticky floors, flaking paint and mould in the bathroom. We moved as we were not prepared to stay in this smelly room for 7 nights. The property needs renovating, maintenance and better house keeping. No access to Wi-Fi. There are better options around for your money. If possible we would give zero stars.

We loved it here… our 2 bedder apt was great. Nice and clean… ladies who did a clean we're awesome… the only complaint was the man next door complained a lot about the kids… too noisy… walked up and down the stairs too loudly… abused kids on the beach not mine someone elses …
Wont put us off from coming back next year … great place to eat is Hoolihans irish pub or the Oriental chinese palace.

We arrived here on Monday the 28/11/2016 for our honeymoon absolutely loving our 1 bedroom apartment have a spa in our apartment beautiful n gorgeous views very comfortable king size bed will be staying here again one day so nice would recommend this resort to anyone.

After booking for 2 adults and 1 child to get here and find out only beds for 2 and no bed for our son or towels or bedding or pillow. Was told if we used the so called licked room we would be charged. Finally got a fold out bed thing for our son and just had the sheets dumped on the floor and a towel but no pillow. Wasn't happy with how it was dealt with. Was to, d to pay another $100 to get a bed for him well that's NOT what we booked for. Other wise unit was clean and lovely.

Very disappointed, spa was disgusting with heavy mold and discolouration all over glass. The sofa was very stained and grubby. I doubt the op shop would even take it. The view was great. The outside patio area had no furnishings at all. We were supposed to stay a week but lasted 4 hours and got a refund. Do NOT recommend!

We arrived on Thursday night and were very disappointed to find our "3 Bedroom Penthouse" in a seriously appalling condition. The condition was immediately raised with the after hours call service at the time who advised, after contacting the acting-Duty Manager, that no alternative room was available and to attend the reception the next morning to discuss with reception staff an alternative. The conditions for our first night: Mould covered roofs, walls, bed-linen and towels Stair railing to the master bedroom was coming away from the wall and was not safe to use Urine stained bed-linen in one bedroom Unclean bathroom mirrors in both bathrooms that were covered in toothpaste and unsanitary stains Unclean windows Curtains covered in heavy dust leading to dust clouds if you tried to close them Cutlery, plates and bowls that had to be washed before first use Carpets had not been vacuumed and appeared not to have ever been washed and in addition were covered in large stains throughout the entire Penthouse Outdoor table and chairs that were covered in cigarette burns and ash which we had to wipe down We attended the reception the next morning and were told nothing could be done other than have the cleaners re-clean the Penthouse. On our way out we overheard the receptionist comment to another receptionist that they had not realized this Penthouse was available to be rented.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. We stayed here and although it's in a great location with stunning views our unit was filthy, food left on the tables mould covering the bathroom shower and we were scared to keep the air con on because it was black and mouldy inside. Food on walls and bedside tables. There was a cheese wrapper stuck to our dish rack. Sheets with hair and black ash like marks on them. We were up half the night moving all our things to another room after I made a complaint, with 3 small children in tow we waisted our first night. Then due to our room being on two separate levels and the front door only having a push button lock we didn't feel safe leaving the kids downstairs by themselves knowing how easy they could get out by just pushing a button or opening a veranda door (3 storeys up) my husband and I ended up sleeping in single beds downstairs so we would hear if they got up. (not very romantic! ) For $200 a night, never again!

Worse place I ever stayed. Nothing like the year before. Spa so tiny… Not enough hot water to fill for a spa. Noises all night. Woken at 6 am both mornings. Lounge very uncomfortable.
Left staff a note when I went whale watching at 7.30am and no reply.

Room poor mould on bathroom ceiling. Dirty carpet. Vinies furniture. Beds old all lumpy. Ac leaking water on to the lounge floor. View excellent. Location fantasic. Grounds magic. Pool well kept. Clean up the rooms.

I must admit I was a little disapointed with a few things about our stay here. Though there were plenty of good things about this resort too. Good things were that it had a great view, a nice balcony, great sized spa in our room, clean room, very seccure parking and rooms, very very close to the marina, so easy walk to catch a boat to do some whale watching or visit Fraser Island, and very pleasant surroundings. There were some not so great things about our stay too. We arrived in Hervey Bay at 5:30 pm after driving from mid NSW, (about a 9 hour drive) to find that the reception was closed (reception closes at 5 pm). As we were considered late arrivals (I would not consider 5:30 pm late to check in! and did expect to be greated by a human behind a desk. ) we had to use an intercom to get our key from a mini safe. We then had to find our room, no easy task. After finally finding our car park, we then walked up about 3 different (dark) paths trying to find our room. Could use some better signs. The next day we had to go to reception to officially check in, where we also found that they did not have in room internet access as I was led to believe, and that I would have to take my lap top to the local cafe or use the internet in the reception. If staying on an upper floor, be prepared to climb a few stairs. No lifts in our building anyway.
