Stayed here for 2 nights, very clean and well presented establishment, looks like brand new, very good food, greg is a heck of a cook, swim in the pool and play pool, or just laze around the lounge area, I was very impressed with eco stays and would recomend it any day, thank you vrey very much greg and lisa, I will be back.
Daintree peaks Eco stay is a lovely clean facility that I am sure that the host Greg has worked hard and is still working to create but unfortunately he needs to work on his hosting skills after being happy to take our payment for our 2 night stay that is a far as it went he was then a very unpleasant person to deal with, a very simple request such as 3 Wine glasses, a butter knife, an extra coffee cup and spoon and 2 plates for our room as there is a lack of utilities in the room was meet with very aggressive behaviour as apparently there is a no food to be consumed in the room rule, there is nothing displayed to indicate this, he even took it as far as to confront us on our return from an afternoon out with regards to a negative review that had been placed on the FB page, so after all his displays of bad hosting we did not get to experience any of the facilities on offer for fear of more bad experiences, even thought we enjoyed nibbles and wine consumed in coffee cups we left our room as clean as we found it. All said I would not recommend staying at Daintree Peaks Eco Stay.
