Great place to stay out amongst the rainforest and close to so many attractions to the north of cairns! Great comfortable rooms and they have mostly everything you need. Excellent laundry facilities. Just a wonderful relaxed environment.

Such a great little park! Ladies in the office were wonderful to deal with from start to finish very accommodating, Cabins were lovely and clean and quite spacious and the coffee at the office was delish! Would definitely stay again :)

CAUTION I DO NOT RECOMMEND — This park is NOT dog friendly! There are deadly foxtail palms all over the park which are highly poisonous to dogs, even a small amount of the palm (Leaves, roots, sweet fruits or the nuts) if ingested can cause death or irreversible damage!

Having a great time, and nice a quite. Not to far from town centre and is far enough away to not hear the high volume of traffic. Great spot hidden away but at the same time has a great atmosphere about the camp park. 💯 coming back with or with out the kids 😂😂😂😂 but definitely coming back on the way through to home. You can recharge and refresh and have great views.

Lovely and quiet, friendly staff. Tucked way in beautiful lush rainforest with walks and only a short drive to shops.

They have done really good job on maintaining the property. Neat and clean camp site. Bathrooms, laundry and toilets were very well taken care of. Customer service was great.

Great Park, immaculate amenities, lush green grass with concrete slabs. Has a very scenic outlook with palm trees and mountains in the background. No tariff relief for a single traveller so very overpriced at $49/night, even for a couple.

Really nice location very peaceful lovely green grass and modern shower block and very clean and now even better its dog friendly.

My family spent a week here over Xmas and had a lovely stay. The 2 b/room cabin had everything we needed. The park is set in beautiful surroundings and was lovely and quiet. It is close to shopping centres and has beautiful creeks close by.

A MUST stay place if ever there was one! You simply cannot go past Crystal Cascades Caravan Park when you are tripping around North Queensland! Spacious, clean, great amenities, excellent service and help, not to mention the great range of species of birdlife that abounds both in the park and nearby! And the Cascades themselves — what a truly scenic and epic place to swim or just chillax! Make sure you bring your camera to capture the truly wondrous natural beauty of this place!

Quiet park set in beautiful natural surroundings with wonderful facilities and helpful, friendly staff.

Second time In twenty years I have been there on my way up to the Cape nice place very nice young lady owner but when I found out we had been given a price of 36 $ on the phone and then changed 48 $ things changed. I went and seen some young up start of a man and told him the problem because I was responsible for 10 people and Got a rude no I will not do anything about it. E. G 10 of us went straight past the park on the way home.

We booked an ensuite-site and would do so again. Very spacious ensuite, clean and well-kept. The pool and barbecue area is really nice. Staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Grabbing coffee from the little van which was parked on the lot became part of our morning routine. Thanks for a great stay! Will recommend it to everyone.

Awesome caravan park one of the best parks we have been too. Best toilet and shower amenities. Short drive to Cairns. Feel safe and secure in this caravan park.

Ended up with an overflow site (NYE, late booking unpowered). Staff were really friendly, gave us a solid run down of everything and you could see the bloke running around really enjoyed his job. Site was great, shared bathroom and showers were clean, location suited (3km from the lagoon), people friendly and a nice pool to cool down in.

Crystal Cascades is a beautiful campground slightly out of Cairns although not many units using it whilst we were there so nice and quiet. Amenities are first class and spotlessly clean, (fabulous showers). Great pool. Receptionists really friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay…

Great place to stay. Out of the way and quiet. Easy access to Cairns.

We visited 10 years ago, the place was beautiful, the cabins were great! We just visited again and loved it even more. Wish you were closer, would love to bring the caravan. The people are all to accomodating, and half way through our 2 week trip, the cabin was cleaned with fresh sheets and towels. It’s not to far from Cairns CBD but far enough to be out f the hustle and bustle and in an amazing location. Thanks guys for having us.

Absolutely beautiful settings and place. Some trees needed to provide some shade. Only comment is Too 10 membership is not recognised. Not sure why? Top 10 and Big 4 membership is interchangeable and the Big 4 website recognise the Top 10 membership. We have never had any issues at other Big 4. We live in Melbourne but so happened we traveled to NZ and stayed in Top 10 Camper Van sites.

Beautiful setting, immaculately kept grounds, clean and modern facilities (vases of fresh flowers in the amenities was a nice touch), and friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is how small the sites are — it does feel a bit sardine-like, and our camper trailer barely fit on the site. Overall would definitely recommend.

We stayed in one of the Eco Villas for five nights. We couldn't believe what we were looking at after a long drive. Absolutely awesome and very comfortable. The upper story balcony was our hang out spot. We would recommend these villas to anyone. The park was great and the staff very welcoming. Thank you for the stay. We'll be back.

Well we arrived late into Cairns. Had not booked anything. I rang Big4 and they were fantastic. It was dark so we were helped into the last powered site they had from a young man (sorry don't know his name). Then they said fix us up in the morning. Thank you Big 4 Crystal Cascades.

Overall great location. Only here for one night but it is clean, quiet and has great facilities.

45 AUD + Maui-discount = 40, 50 AUD for 2 people and everything included (Wi-Fi 150 MB/day), all very clean, the pool water is very cool for me personally, but if it is very warm here is definitely good.

Really nice spot, were helpful with us coming in outside reception hours. Facilities were really nice and clean. Was nice and quiet but that probably varies with the season.

This Campground has earned 5 points! The Sanitary facilities are new, clean and modern. In the bathroom: fresh flowers, although we on the whole Paltz, only 3. Wifi was fast and good (unfortunately only 150mb for 24 hours) but sufficient. I can only recommend! Top.
