Tee is the MAN! Always great service when we come in for the buffet dinner.

Love feast for the kids playground and the food has improved but tonight we were there for my daughter’s birthday, it was so busy that the line was out the door. When we finally sat down it was almost 6pm and then within 40 minutes we were being reminded that the session finishes at 7pm! Very rushed and no time really to relax. Please look at extending your sessions, far too short for large groups and kids.

Absolutely fabulous function Center. Highly recommend this place for any event. The staff are all so amazing and hats off to our host Sharyn, she’s an absolute gem! We had such a fantastic day, thank you Springwood Hotel staff, you guys are amazing!

We had a great family dinner at Feast! The food was great and the service even better. Our waitress Coralie looked after us from the time we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

Greatly improved — new menu. If you’ve not been in a while recommend giving this place another try! Great staff. Teigha was very friendly and attentive.

The staff are wonderful very helpful Sharron, Katie and all the staff the chefs beautiful food just makes for a fantastic party this is the second time we have used the Springwood function rooms and have booked another one in August I would say to all if you are looking for a venue this is the best.

Stayed at nightcap springwood for two nights. The rooms were nice, spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Definitely recommend.

What a wonderful night we had for our Staff Christians Party. The staff were professional and so helpful. The food was scrumptious and being local centre point for all our staff that live all over Brisbane, Redlandbay and Gold Coast made great attendance. Just had the best afternoon at THE BARRA BAR, Springwood Hotel. The staff (Tia & Hayley) were absolutely amazing — we had fantastic games for the kids (and adults! ), great live music, costumes for St Paddy’s — honestly, one of the best family afternoons we have had in ages. Thanks Barra Bar & Tia — if you had this once a month, we would be there EVERY TIME!

Had our prizegiving a few weeks ago and was a successful event. Massive thank you to Jude for organising everything prior to the event. Thank you also to the lovely lady behind the bar on the night looking after us all. I think her name is Deb? Great customer service will definitely book our future events there thank you! Sound system, lighting, projector and food on point.

First time eating at this “restaurant” they did.
Not have a wide selection at all they had more of.
A children’s variety rather then anything decent to actually enjoy on a night out, was expecting so.
Much more. I will say the seafood.
Selection was minimal and full of water and far from enjoyable to the point of having to only try the one prawn and it be bitter in taste, and didn’t eat another. For the price of $68.00 was a total rip off and not worth the money! The deserts — disgusting (what a shame) Will not be returning!

Came here for a small event in one of the function rooms. Even though the outside and inside are fairly dated and could do with a more modern facelift, the premises are well kept and clean. The food served was fairly standard, cheese was cheese, hot food was hot. Everything seemed freshly prepared.

Chose it only due to the proximity with my work place. Not the most welcoming check-in experience, but the room amenities were nothing to complain about. 10AM check out time was not very pleasant. The area just outside the rooms had loose fine gravel. Some idiot scrarched my car while it was parked outside the room overnight.

Great place for a buffet cheap prices. Prices go on the kids age so works out nice for a family. Kids play area with playground and games. Nice selection of hot and cold mains and hot and cold desserts. The bar are a mid price for drinks. Idea to book first for bigger groups 5 plus. Apart from the split service time 5~7pm and 7pm~9pm depends on the night, what time you come in and how busy it is will depend if it gets followed. Apart from that staff was nice. We came through the Christmas in july promo so the kids got a guft box too which was nice.

The Feast is our fav buffet join, as we are a family of 5 we enjoy the variety they offer, my kids love the desserts and food that’s every kid loves. Everything is always fresh, the salads the roast meats, the, we love ice cream and hot chips. The steak pie from last time was to die for! We like to go at 5 then we get first pick I have heard a new menus on the way, but we plan on dining in next week 4113

We had all you can eat lunch. Most of the food was good but some of it wasn't very fresh.

Mother’s Day lunch buffet was amazingly good and tasty I love the sea food, I enjoy all of it especially the prawns they were delicious.

Awesome karaoke with an amazing Aussie atmosphere. Slightly scary but a place you could get to call my local. Maccas and Zambrero near by.

Motel Rooms. Not modern but Clean and Tidy and one of the cheaper Motels around. Handy location, have restaurant attached "The Feast", next to McCafe and Arndale Mall. Huge carpark, easy access for larger vehicles.

Great place to take the fam out for a meal. Great buffet beautiful food, well worth your money and stomach too. Many praises to the chefs behind the scene.

Always enjoy dinning here. Good service and a wide variety of dishes to choose from the buffet and same for the dessert menu. Very family-friendly and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly considering it was past 12 am. Rooms were clean and fresh and a welcome sight. Nice cold beer and a comfortable rest at an affordable price. Thank you.

Good selection of food and drinks. Plenty of space and has all bases covered (Sports bar, restaurant, pokies, TAB). Reasonably priced compared to other local venues.

Not bad food but wouldn't go out of my way to eat there myself but a big family get together may make it worth while for the all you can eat restaurant.

Love the food at feast, took a while to get in even though we were on time and they opened late. Try and go on a quiet night.

Big rooms, everything you need for a good night's rest. Shopping centre and Hotel all in the same block. Showing it's age but the filthy carpet was disgusting and a little tacky under foot. Twas the spider who dropped in on me while sitting at the foot of the bed & during the night a cockroach crawled over me to get into bed. Great place just needs clean up.

Haven't been there in a while and last Saturday night, we decided to go and eat there. We lined up in a line for about 5 mins then we reach the desk. We did not have a booking and she was not happy and said in a abusive way that next time you come without a booking we will not serve you and will not allow you in. I think thing is very rude, the food was dry, and if you want a glass of water you must be 18 which legally you must have water available to all people. I would not recommend this place as staff are rude and food is absolutely disgusting. I wish this place had nice people This place doesn't even deserve the one star.

I took my 9 yo granddaughter and my 5yo grandson for dinner and all three of us walked away totally satisfied with the selection that covered all of our preference the kids went on to demolish the deserts. The staff were very pleasant while clearing the dishes. Will be back again real soon.

My wife and I enjoyed lunch for her birthday at "Feast" which is an all-you-can-eat buffet style restaurant with a good variety of food. It was a quiet day so there was no lining up for food etc. The Springwood Hotel is just off the M1 and easily accessed straight from the highway. There is ample parking. The venue was nice and clean and overall the ambience was very pleasant and relaxing.

Springwood Feast is a great place to go for dinner with a wide range of options and all you can eat!

The jam night at this hotel run by the band, Blackwagon, is not safe for women. I had to leave the jam night after being sexually harassed by a man at length & then told to "f*** off" twice by his friend, and more. These predators knew I am married. The 1 security guard was absent throughout the nearly 10 minute ordeal — there was no walkie talkie to contact him. I asked for help from the jam organiser time & time again but even after the 4th time he did not ask these obnoxious predatory men to leave. He asked me to move — the victim. I had to get my husband off stage, go to the bar to get to the manager. She was exceptional and handled the situation very well. A male that helps run the jam night said he was a "good friend" of the predator and told the female manager of the hotel, QUOTE: "this is (his) jam" and he would handle it, telling both the manager and I to, QUOTE: "Stay out of it or it won't end well. " A direct threat from a man to 2 women, said twice to ensure the threat was heard. I am a 50kg 50 year old female and was threatened by a large male in the prime of his life. Threats are made to stop people taking action. This threat was made after I complained about the sexual harassment, to get me to back down. Neither I nor the female manager did. This is not a safe jam night for women. As the man that is part of Blackwagon and believes the "jam is his" said so accurately: "Stay out of it or it won't end well.

Excellent value all-you-can-eat buffet sessions. Sunday's are great with a brekky buffet from 7am-10am from $8-18 (at 29/07/207) ' Casual dining with all the trimmings.

The Springwood Hotel is brilliant for a professional function, the atmosphere and facilities were perfect for the occasion. The snacks that were brought out were of excellent quality with fresh fruit, freshly baked croissants, and a decent lunch. The gaming room was great too! I would highly recommend this venue.

My husband loves the liver and onions. I love the staff and sellection of food at Buffet especially salad bar and great coffee.

Went to the Feast restaurant, buffet has an amazing range of foods. All foods were a decent quality. Service wasn't too bad either.

Basically it's the buffet restaurant that Sizzlers should have been. All the foods that a small kid will eat at reasonable prices. Nothing for the parents to get excited about, but the food is ok.

Springwood Feast at Springwood Hotel is a great all-you-can-eat restaraunt with an affordable price. There's roast vegetables, meats, salad bar and a selection of deserts.

I stayed in room number 5 for one night last night (31/7/2016) with my two small children And I would defiantly stay there again room was beautiful the beds are very comfortable I am very happy definatly worth the money place was extremely clean and smells great :) Thankyou and well done guys! definalty getting 5 stars from me!

I originally made this a post on the wall but as no one ever responded or acknowledged it I have made it a review. After attending your 'high tea' today myself along with over 20 other people had to go to McDonald's afterwards to actually get a drink. Overall the morning was an absolute shambles. Although I'm sure you already know that, we are so disappointed. Having to line up for food, running out of food, running out of hot water, running out of cups, the staff were rude, the lack of gluten free options even though we had specifically asked prior to the event if there would be gluten free food, when we asked if there would be more gluten free food we were told 'possibly', the raffle was ridiculous random people just running around yelling numbers. The decorations were great, had you instead put tiered plates with the food, tea and coffee jugs and crockery on the tables to begin with and simply brought around refills the morning would have run so much smoother. Also a PA system would have meant people would have known what was going on and would have been much nicer than numbers being yelled out and raffle prizes just dumped. Attending a high tea you dress up and expect to be treated to a special 'ladylike' morning. Not to have to trudge in high heels across the car park to McDonald's simply to get a drink.

Very disappointed with the Breast Cancer high tea organised by the Springwood Hotel. Wasn't organised very well, wasn't a high tea at all was a line up and get your own and then they wondered why they ran out of food. Should of had the food tiers at the table with one piece of food per person then top up tiers as required — not rocket science to have organised better I asked before ticket purchase re gluten free and confirmed yes. Spoke to 4 different people who were organising it only to be told after 1 hour in line all gluten free had been eaten. No staff no communication with customers left without enjoying conversion with the table as we were all in line from moment we got there and I left without eating anything. Wanted to purchase raffle tickets but didn't know where to purchase from.
Was for a good cause but very appalling service and considering they new the numbers before arrival.

Room was well laid out, clean, and tidy. AV facilties worked perfectly.

On the spur of the moment we decided to have a meal at Feast Springwood on Sunday 24th April, the food and service was excellent, would have given 5 stars but the coffee machine wasn't working.

Dinner at Feast was a great experience! Plenty of variety. A good standard of food quality. Clean food area with plenty of staff ensuring the experience was consistent to their standards. Plenty for the kids to keep them entertained while we for once enjoyed our meal.

Local pub with friendly atmosphere. Good family restaurant. Dan Murphy bottleshop next door.

We went for luch at the hotel. Good food at a good price. Service was ok although they could do with more staff as the buffet ran out of most things.

Best meal of the year so far steak, chicken parm and bangers and mash. Beat meal of the year so far.
