What an awesome place, Sutton's beach at front door, Sunday morning markets and numerous restaurant s and water front Cafe s at your back door, friendly staff, fresh bright rooms with awesome veiws.

Such a great and easy experience at this hotel. Throughout my stay I had the pleasure of meeting Emma who went above and beyond to help us with information about the area and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Can’t recommend them enough and their fabulous welcoming team. Can’t put a price on great service friendly staff.

Can not recommend highly enough. Spacious, clean, comfortable, security conscious and close to all amenities. What more could you ask for.

We loved every aspect of our stay here! We got to choose which apartments we wanted and had a look through first. We chose one on the second floor and another on the fourth floor with the same aspect. Both were clean and totally comfortable at a reasonable price for the prime location and within walking distance to everything we could need.
The manager, Emma was amazing and did her best to make us feel welcome.
We would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend.

I loved my stay, booked a room for 3 bedroom ocean view and it was just a pleasure to be able to wake up with the beautiful sun shining on the ocean just to be able to walk down right into the esplanade of shops for coffee and even dinner. Room’s cleanliness was good, I had a great experience with customer service able to assist me with all my needs. Thank you Emma!

The studio was smaller we expected but it was a lovely break and very comfortable. We would book an apartment next time.

Clean and sufficient for a short stay. Security is very good. Car parking under ground. Reception staff are very helpful. Beach accros the road. Nice shops and restaurants a short walk away.

Apartment smelt musty, stains on the walls and light switches. Dusty! Balcony floor was filthy and could see mould. Took photos of this but no option to upload. Washing machine was disgusting, poor relief manager came to clean it, and filter for dryer had not veen emptied in a while it seems. Couches gross did not want to sit on them. Spare blanket had white unidentified white stain. Beds were clean… Would not recommend and definitely will not book again. Doesn't matter what star level a hotel is, Customers expect it to be clean. $251pn for this smh…

Redvue is good and affordable. It has a great location away from busy Brisbane but close enough for easy access. It is close to the lagoon and close to many nice places to eat (less than 1km). There was a leak in our bathroom which wasn't ideal but not a deal breaker. A few areas could do with some touch up paint and some simple renovation. It would also be great if the balcony doors and the front door had some extra security latches to stop small children from getting out. Overall I would definitely stay in Redvue again but mainly for the price and location.

When booking received email stating ocean or town view, we were looking at apartment building and bins! The studio apartment was clean, but space in there could've been better utilised! Half a roll of loo paper, and no spare! A bath tub, but no plug! A ceiling fan with a remote that didn't work! We had choices of accommodation but chose the wrong place for our last night in Qld!

Wow. Avoid this one. The male receptionist/owner should not be in industry Told me he sent texts about out of hours arrival but didn’t we were lucky to check in Fire alarm went off between 3.00 am and 5.30am. With us having to evacuate. If you look at other reviews this happens before. Sure things happen — however there is a customer service focused way to deal with this There was no apology, no extension of check out no compensation for loss of sleep Most disturbing when I questioned this I was told I “had a distorted view this HAPPENS ALL THE TIME “ I was then hung up on Well if it happens all the time I strongly suggest this place be avoided at all cost!

Unfortunately not quite as clean as for 4-star would be expected in the gap between the glass plate and the metal table frame in bulk already schimmelnde food residues;
On the chairs and in their groove between seat and backrest also everywhere Kruemel everywhere rusty Moebelhandgriffe tile floor Schlamig & "Striemig" clean gefuscht. — with ' round ' corners total little fore cleaning.
Bathroom with bathtub shower — separate shower lacks internet although included but very fragile beds and towels but still OK.
Those who claim 4-star will VERMTL. Disappointed.
Since apartments are sold U. Now used as a private apartment, child trampling/— screams as well as Privatpartylaerm (on weekends) is inevitable.

We were wrongfully accused of soiling the bed and were charged a cleaning fee to my credit card without knowing. My Fiance and I stayed in the room whilst waiting to move into the house we have purchased. The managers and cleaners are very unethical and will charge you for "wetting the bed". We lived in the apartment for 5 days/4 nights and certainly did not "wet the bed". We were at work everyday and simply slept in the room of an evening. The managers attitude is poor, so expect a tough time with both your check in and check out. Also expect your credit card to be charged unknowingly.

The apartment was big and well presented however we arrived on a very hot weekend to find that the a/c was limited to the lounge and main bedroom (a/c were not adequate for the space being cooled). Due to the heat it was difficult to sleep. In the morning, the curtains were less than adequate to cover morning sun and everyone was up very early. I real shame considering the presentation, utilities and excellent views from the unit. I struggled to find value for money due to the discomfort level.

It was Absolutely fantastic! I would 100% go there again… me and my family go there every year. During christmas time, you can see the georgeous lights on buildings and walk down there to see santa, or if you are there for new year, you can see the amazing fireworks right in front of you!

My son recently got married in the area, I had family up from NSW, so I had 5 rooms booked at Redvue. We subscribe to a holiday timeshare so have been to many motels, resorts and appartments. I’ve never experienced such rude and arrogant managers as I’ve experienced here. I was spoken to like I was the cause of mayhem rather then providing revenue to the establishment. I’ve never been so offended then at check out time. We were in the basement packing the car with luggage and admittedly we were 7 minutes late in handing the keys into reception. The manager was frothing at the mouth, raising his voice and abusing me. The icing on the cake was what my daughter and her boyfriend experienced. They had their room booked for an extra day. They were rudely interrupted with the manager barging in the door and saying “what the hell are you still doing here, you should’ve been out of here half an hour ago”. My daughter explained they have the room for an extra day and the manager replied “I’ll have to check the paperwork”. WHY WOULDN’T YOU CHECK PAPERWORK PRIOR TO MAKING A FOOL OF YOURSELF? I’ve never known anyone to be so unprofessional, arrogant, rude and childish.

I was visiting redvue parents for my friends birthday, the penthouse seemed fairly clean and tidy there seemed to be a bit of an issue with key for either the first the lifts in sure this is something they could fix by utilizing a digital card system. Apart from the lift issue great location close to the beach. I didn't see any staff so I can't comment on how good bad or indifferent they were.

Comfortable stay, handy to beach and shops and restaurants. Clean and undercover parking was good. Wi Fi was supposed to be available but every time I tried to connect I got " Can't connect, the Wi Fi network Redview Wi Fi didn't respond, so no Wi FI. Spoke to both managers with no success.

Overall very disappointed with the service received from the admin staff. Apartment cleanliness can be well improved (looked like the cleaners hadn't entered the laundry area for weeks). Fire-alarm went off due to someone doing a burnout in the basement (concerns about safety? ) and the admin staff didn't have any control over the evacuation process. We were notified about the pool closure for maintenance after the booking was made and was told that nothing can be done to compensate the payment. When questioned, particularly the male staff member was rude and unprofessional. Will never visit nor recommend the place again.

We were very grateful that we were upgraded to the Penthouse due to Renovations being done at the place which meant the pool area was out of action. Beautiful views and spacious rooms. No problems with anything.

Nice place. Good view. Friendly people. Shops real close. Tidy clean rooms.

Think twice before choosing to stay at the Redvue Appartments. The Manager is very rude and unprofessional telling me on the phone to "F#@K OFF! and hung up on me"… As for my experience, I made a booking for the Penthouse and paid in full using an online booking site and the following day received a message stating that they were not prepared to rent it for only one night. I asked how much extra I would need to pay to stay one night and suggested he contact the online booking agent to ensure other people are not misinformed and suffer inconveniences. The Manager reply was, "Listen mate I've been doing this for over 25 years and don't need a lecture on how to run things whey don't you just F#@K OFF" then he hung up on me. I ended up booking a three bedroom apartment at the Scarborough Beach Resort down the road and found the Management very nice… they also had nice rooms with air con and music playing when we arrived… also great facilities such as a heated outdoor pool, large spa, sauna and gym with a restaurant/bar downstairs with fresh seafood.

The man on front reception was lovely and welcoming, the view was gorgeous and the apartment was close to our function… HOWEVER… ALL the light switches were filthy. The doors and handles were gross and had many previous tenants grime. We had to go through the entire apartment wiping down all the common surfaces that you would think a cleaner would clean including the TV remote. Went to use a glass and it still had lipstick on it. Large painting was sitting on the floor where it had obviously come off the wall. Bathroom shower frame, where people open was still covered in grime. You could tell it was a "surface" clean and not a proper clean. Could be 3.5 star but it needs some detol and a gurney.

I went to visit my sister who lives here! What an amazing place to visit Redcliffe a small walk to the beach and massive rooms! It's always clean in the foyer and pool always looks Crystal clear! Amazing place to stay for a holiday.

Really lovely staff and a great lap pool. Terrific view and huge verandah. The cleaners might need a little shakeup (we found a sock behind the sofa) but it's otherwise spotless. The parking is good once you get used to it too. And Mon Como restaurant down the road is very popular. I'd definitely stay there again. Value for money is EXCELLENT!

Very tiny room. Grubby. No fresh linen or towels. Coffee very stale.

Thank you to the management of Redvue Luxury Apartments who donated a overnight accommodation voucher to our charity dinner for the Cancer Kids Foundation. They are amazing.

The Managers at Redvue were kind enough to let my husband and I have our wedding ceremony in their lobby as our wedding day was overcast and rainy. We were staying as guests in one of their gorgeous apartments and I called up and asked if it was okay to have our intimate ceremony there as a back up and they were so kind and allowed us to and I cannot thank them enough! They helped make our wedding day beautiful! Thanks so much! I highly recommend them! You wont be disappointed.

Excellent place to stay, awesome rooms and views. Made this years trip a great one. Thankyou to the staff for a memerable and comfortable stay, the service was outstanding! From Trev and the family We will be back next year for sure.
